Complaimt

I was upset with an employee of the Panera bread in Moline, Illinois by the name of Logan. He called me Hon I found it very inappropriate and told him so he hung up on me when I called back ask for his managers name and to speak with her she wasnt in. I said I would call tomorrow and he said very sarcastically. I will look forward to speaking with you tomorrow. I then called to try and reach out to regional or district manager, and was told they would call me back that was a week ago and Ive yet to hear back from them. I will not be doing business with that company any longer while I enjoy the food they obviously do not know how to train their employees, and that must come from the top management level because they are not following through as well.

Online order

For the $493.00 I spent on this order I was quite surprised to find three big tins of salad. It ended up being thrown away. The sandwiches were bland and tasteless! The only good things were the chips and cookies. I as Manager here will never order from Panera again! style="background-color: I had a bad experience and it will not be repeated

Ordered pic 2 not enough dressing

I ordered POPPYSEED Chicken salad and it was fresh and delicious. Although not near enough dressing. If I order extra, I am charged. Could not taste the dressing at all. My meal was almost $14 with tax and I cant taste it. Hmmm? Questioning my loyality.

Complaint

3713 Roswell Road, Atlanta, Ga. 30342 is my pick up store. It is located 5 minutes from my house. I order quite frequently. Today I placed an order for the same items. Pick two which was Broccolli Cheddar Soup and a grilled cheese sandwich on Focatta bread. I ordered 2 orders. Once again, the soup was all water and so I had to drink it. I have complained about this in the past and it stopped. Today it happened, again. I ordered 2 and both were water. The total order was near $20.00 and I used a $2.00 coupon. I hate to complain! I just want it right. Additionallyl, I do not think they make my order with Focatta bread. I think they subtituted another type of bread. I ate about 3 bites and it just didn't taste right. I know you want to please your customers. I am a St. Louis girl and have had a loyalty to Paneras for years. Please get this store to try harder to please their customers. I am 78 years old and my 84 year old partner picks up the order. Please take care of this matter so that I can once again enjoy your soup the way it is suppose to be. Thank you. Joanne Tally

Unhappy with the customer service

Today I visited the Bay Terrace, Queens, NY (Panera Bread) in The Bay Terrace Shopping Center. It was such an awful experience. My daughter wanted a soufle. I said ok, so the person in front of me had one. I was glad they had some left. They had three souflees left. Just before I go to order, the person working in Panera threw out all three souflees right in front of me. When I questioned him, he replied it is protocol. He was very rude, & impolite. I was willing to pay full price for the souflee. But to just throw them out. My goodness if he didnt want to sell it to me, the employees should have kept them & they could have ate them. Its so sad they threw them in the garbage when there are people in the world who are hungry. Then, in addition he had a terrible way with customers. Wish that going forward if I decide to frequent this restaurant again, Im hoping to be greeted with friendlier staff who talk with the customers in a kinder manner. I really also hope to never see anyone throwing good food away.

Worst experience i have ever received

Worst experience ever at a panera! Ordered online, went in to pick it up. Double-checked it before I left to make sure as I was driving 3.5 hours away. There was something that seemed to be incorrect, so I tried to question it and understand if I Miss placed it online. As I'm asking the takeout young lady, the manager (Courtney) rudely jumps into the conversation and says she will remake it. Okay, no problem, but I was just wanting, i understand still. So I see a gentleman manager sitting to the side, and I figured I would politely ask him while I waited. He acknowledged me and answered my question. I thanked him and asked if I needed something remade, and I let him know they were already doing so. As I was standing to the side waiting. Courtney, the manager, came walking up quickly, saying how I'm getting a refund, and if I kept making a scene, she was going to call the cops. I was so confused as to how things escalated. I asked where I was being rude and causing a scene. She proceeded to threaten me with a cop being called. I just stood there baffled. I'm waiting around for my refund receipt as she literally went and called the cops on me. With my family to my side, here came 2 cops walking in, basically telling me I'm not welcomed back because she felt I was causing a sense. When I was trying to wait for my order and understand my perhaps mistake. Moral of this experience when you order online and you double check it and question. Becareful. You may get 86d and embarrassed in front of your family and the inter establishment. #CourtneyistheirGM worst GM I have ever met. That's not how you run an establishment. Staff all stairing because she got them all worked up. Because she was having a bad day during the lunch rush. What a way to make the customer feel 100% uncomfortable and disrespected and be littled.

401k Owed to Me

I worked for a year at the Leland location in NC and I had contributed to a 401k in 2018 to 2019. I have tried several times to collect my money but I have no clue as to who to contact in this regard. TY Mr. Anthony Corso

We are at Victor location and for the second time they do not have bread for the steak sandwich. They also do not have French bread as an alternative. This was very disappointing and obviously poor planning to happen more than once. For a place known for their bread I was surprised and disappointed. Wont be coming back.

Poor customer service

I asked for a Mac and cheese and a parfait. For my side I asked for a baguette, I was told they were out. I said can I have a piece of bread or a roll I was told no. After my card was charged they came back and told me they didnt have any parfaits did I want a cookie. I said no Id take another order of Mac and cheese, they said it was more than the parfait so they couldnt do that. I didnt mention that they had offered to sub a cookie which was less than the parfait. I said can you just credit my card. She took my card, told another coworker to come over that she was getting pissed off. She then opened the window and asked if I wanted them to make me a parfait, i said sure. The other coworker proceeded to make me a parfait. The employee who I had originally been helping me handed me the parfait, I said thank you, to which she said nothing, stared at me and then shut the window.

I ordered two things yesterday I've been trying to figure out how to report my problem the store I ordered from wasn't helpful and nether was the app Both coffees were wrong They tasted awful and the ice was almost melted and they were almost warm

$6 for a baguette

This is an unbelievable price for a baguette. Just paid on Cape Coral Pkwy, in Cape Coral Florida. That was my last dollar I spend in your shops. There is only one therm for this RIPOFF

Panera Bread Dangerous Food

Panera Bread does not take accountability for their actions loredes a cob salad with avocado and extra avocado PANERA BREAD delivered my salad and when i started eating my salad there was cut up avocado skins cut up all in the salad due to their negligence my tooth broke I reported the issue to Panera Bread they did not care Panera Bread did not accept any accountability and their insurance adjuster offered me $200 and Travelor Insurance are saying they don't how this happened and it's not on their end and yet they offered me $200 I provided PANERA BREAD X RAY and my dental bill and Panera Bread declined my case avocado skin can do dangerously damage to anyone and they know this I have pictures and the receipt for this salad and PANERA BREAD of MACON GEORGIA. still will not take accountability for what happened this is the worst customer treatment I ever experienced
