Missing item and personalized notes

I ordered two items totaling 200$. I received the much less expensive one and thats it. I paid extra for two note written, and didnt get it. The order sticker I got in the package listed both items. Theyre screwups in every sense of the word. Even the one I got looks different than the one online. I talked to customer service to get it shipped out again but its going to be a week. Meaning Im going to not have my full present for my second anniversary. I dont understand how such a well know company can be such massive idiots. Order from somewhere else. Dont trust them.

My order was never delivered and I never got the email when I put in my email address and I called the customer service number they transferred me to automated line which I could not access

AWFUL EXPERIENCE

I had a horrible experience at your store at Woodbury Commons in NY.! I walked in WITHOUT a greeting but decided to still shop. I witnessed a very tall female associate make a racial comment about a customer who had just made a purchase. Being of Asian descent myself, I took offense to it and left. I really didnt want to complain but this particular employee (I think may be the manager) has been rude and nasty a few times that Ive been in the store. Sorry Pandora but I will NOT be back!

Products are CHEAP!

I purchased a bracelet and it broke. I took it back to the store and was told it was no longer covered under warranty so I could Not exchange it. I purchased another right then. Sales rep transferred my charms to the new bracelet and off I went. The second bracelet broke as well in the exact same place. That says to me that the bracelets are CHEAP!

Dissatisfied

To find the nearest store in the Nashville, Tennessee area. The numbers you have listed is not valid and I have jewelry that need service and can't get any assistance. So is safe to say that Pandora is no longer in business

Terrible Customer Service

I will never shop at your stores again. I have been a customer for years when Pandora was in Jared's and before. You are treated like a criminal if you want to return something and they make up return policies depending on the store and your color. I was visiting New York from FWD Texas and I bought two New York charms from the Herald Square Store. I asked about the return policy and was told if my sister didn't like I was told could return to any store. Which it clearly says on my receipt. I was told today at the Hurst store in Fort Worth Texas they can't accept the charm form New York because it's specially made in New York. Why was I not told that. I can't return the other one because I no longer have the prepaid Visa Gift-card I used. I asked couldn't they return the balance to another card and was told no. What if my card had been comprised and account closed they would be able to use that card then what? All this was told to the clerk from someone in the back who NEVER came out just kept telling people what to tell me.

Amazing customer service

I purchased a bracelet and the clasp just broke. I called and spoke with Jarvis and he was amazingly friendly and helpful. We were on the phone for less than 2 minutes and he sent me out a new bracelet and shipping label for broken one within 5 minutes of our call! Amazing customer service! I applauded pandoras customer service and Jarvis for making the process so easy! Would 1000% recommend doing business with pandora! They know what customer service is!

I ordered a gift for my daughter. I specified it was a gift and wanted gift packaging. I put a message in there as well. When she received the gift she had to ask around to find out who sent it as there was no card or message. As well as that she sent me a picture of what she received which just looked like someone had quickly thrown yhe charm in the box. They didn't even take the charm out of the plastic- no presentation at all. This is very disappointing. I could not physically shop for it as i am in hospital recovering from surgery. I don't think i will trust this company with a present again. What has happened to Pandor? I know it's mothers day but that is more of a reason to get it right.

Went to the Tampa mall today and visited pandora jewelry store to have my two bracelets cleaned , the manger Ambrosia or ambiria was working told us on 5-2-23 we could not have our jewelry-cleaned

Ambria or ambrosia the sales manager at the Tampa mall location told us they do not clean jewelry before major holidays ??? It was about 4:30 pm on 5-2-23 we drove from Sarasota Florida and usually go the pa Dora jewelers in the UTC mall . We were lied to once I called pandora at utc they did tell us they only time they do not clean jewelry was on a holiday due to the holiday crowds , we Completly Understand thats . We knew the store was not busy I am sure they have cameras to prove this 3 ladies behind the counter and 3 customers Includeing my husband in the store and they did not say they were short staffed they said they do not clean jewelry before a major holiday and I was like what holiday Ambria or ambrosia the sales manager said Mothers Day I said its may 2 nd Mothers Day is t till may 14 th . I was just appalled at how she straight lied to a pandora customer like that and again not at all busy at 4:30 pm on a Tuesday ? Why would u have a sales manager working for your company that does or says these things ?

I am STILL waiting to hear from a supervisor about a charm that was cancelled after 3 days. Even though I drove 200 miles each way to discover on the 3rd day (day I received the email) that the store was closed. Then, the next day they canceled the order because I didnt pick it up by the third day. Hmmmm. I am still waiting for Dells supervisor to call me. She was checking to see if the charm was in Orlando. Ive been here 3 days and no call yet. I should mention that I did take time to call this location only to find out the phone is disconnected . How do I rate no service?

Resolved: Ups lost my jewelry

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Pandora gave me my ring that ups lost so thank you I appreciate it.

I ordered jewelry from pandora it was supposed to get delivered and never did it keeps saying my package is on the way all I want is my ring that I ordered. Ups losted it I just want the same ring I ordered can you please send me a new one I paid for it and I still dont have a ring. Its been 3 weeks and I still dont have it.
