Crooks

I'm tired of you *** ripping me off, if someone wants teriyaki chicken you put the *** $0.10 teriyaki packet in the bag!! You ruined my whole *** Dinner. That's why you m*****deserve to go out of businesse. Going to play packet games like Wendy's. Smfh

Does not honor offers or coupons

As of 7/2/23, management at Panda Express 1603 Wilshire Bl Los Angeles has rejected three free a la carte entree coupons from customer feedback as "expired" WITHIN VALID OFFER TIMEFRAME. By my count, Panda Express owes me three entrees. CORPORATE HAS BEEN COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE TO MY CALLS AND MESSAGES.

Charged wrong in Cottonwood, Az Xavier was rude

I was not given our offered a receipt. I was not charged correct I was charged $31.42 I showed Xavier my bank deduction, again he said with no receipt, again I wasn't offered or given one. We purchased 2 meals at $9.70 and 2 drinks @ $2.40/each. I was charged $31.42. Xavier was rude and I called your corporate number the guy didn't give his name but he was rude as well again saying w o a receipt. Tell your stash to offer or give a receipt. A worker came to our table to see what we ordered no steak or shrimp !! Your customer service needs a lot of work! I have successfully run several shall businesses and I workout not great my customers like your employees do! Toni Toya

Food poisoning

I suffered E. coli from the walnut shrimp been to the hospital 3 times, two of those stays were 75,000.00 the 3rd one will be just as much what good life I had left Panda took that from me.. Shame on you...

Bad Service

7/23/23 Panda Express in Longview, Washington dropped one of the dinners upside down. Instead of remaking the meal, she put it in a new container, flipping the dinner upside down, which mixed the noodles and orange chicken even more. When I asked her several times to remake the meal, all she would do was take tongs and pull the noodles off the orange chicken. She was very rude and sarcastic towards me, so in turn I started getting heated up. Mind you, this is after waiting over 10 minutes for rice for the 3rd meal. I had them refund the entire meal. They apparently don't need my business, I will not be going back to this restaurant.

Pesima experiencia

Primera vez comprando en panda express de cedar city utah y tuve una mala experiencia la persona que nos atendio nos grito muy feo y nos dijo que nos apuraramos elijiendo la comida ...nos sentimos descriminados por ser Latinos...porque ala otra persona de la Linea la trato muy bien era americano...pedi hablar con el manager y resulto que el manager era esa persona que nos grito a mi hijo y ami...mala experiencia

Horrible dinner

Went to pick up my food, got home to eat my food and it was all cabbage and no noodles. Very disappointed, tried to contact customer service and when they went to answer then hung up the call. I want my money back!

Complain

They give me not what I ordered! Nothing but rice with a little oh beef and broccoli very disappointing. Im not too sure Ill be going back there.

Over cooked egg rolls!

Nothing happened! The manager stated that they were not over cooked and that they were not going to replace them and went back to go talk to two other employees in black shirts. Line was extremely long also and no help was given.

Old oily as *** food burned up food and the egg rolls are bad also not happy this is bad tjats all you need to fix this is a big problem

THE RACIST HISPANIC PEOPLE THAT WORKED ON MAY 30th 2023 REFUSED ME SERVICE I SIMPLY WALKED IN TO ORDER SOME RICE, AND THE MONSTERS JUST LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WASN'T SUPPOSED TO COME INSIDE OF THE PLACE THIS IS THE 3rd TIME THAT I HAVE RECEIVED THIS TYPE OF RACISM FROM THIS PANDA EXPRESS. I WILL NOW BE MAKING A LAWSUIT ON PANDA EXPRESS. I WILL ALSO CONTACT THE IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT TO TELL THAT THIS PANDA EXPRESS IS HIRING NASTY RACIST ILLEGAL ALIENS THAT REFUSE BLACK PEOPLE SERVICE AFTER 9 P.M.. Legitimate the coupon reissues the back of the coupon has a space for a redemption number the new one that I received today is different, but they refused. The one that was requiring a redemption code doesnt seem fair..
