Pool Issue

Hello, We have been renting a space at Royal Pines trailer park in Idyllwild for over a year. One reason we chose this park was for the heated pool. Unfortunately, it hasn't been heated the entire time we have been here. Our granddaughters really want to swim. Can you help with this? Thank you, Lynanne Major

Multiple continued problems

Our on-site managers were fantastic. I never had an issue with them. They kept our park clean and safe and kept the riff raff out. Each time I made a complaint they did their very best to fix the problem. However, they could never get Management to take care of the big problems, like our sewer backing up, roaches everywhere, rats EVERYWHERE! I have lived in this park for 5 1/2 years. Around 6, maybe 8 months ago, Management let our on-site managers go. Since then the place has turned into a straight pile of *** There is garbage EVERYWHERE, RATS EVERYWHERE, VIOLENCE EVERYWHERE! I have only been late on my rent twice. Once because my dog got hurt and I used part of my rent for the emergency vet. I have never refused to pay rent..not even during the damn pandemic. I did have to hold rent for nearly 4 months because there was a broken sewer line in my yard and every time any neighbor flushed, all their waste shot straight into the air right outside my window. Both me and my dog got sick and had infections all over our bodies. The rats got so bad that they completely destroyed my trailer and I had to buy a new one. It took 4 months and for someone to call Environmental Health on them for it to get fixed. Since our on-site managers have been let go, I haven't been able to pay rent on time because I can never get to the place to pay rent before they close. I get paid on the 5th and 15th. Rent is due by the 5th at 5pm. By the time I get paid, cash my check and drive all the way across town...they are closed. I also, since management was let go, have never gotten a statement for amount due. I know how much the space is but water, garbage, sewer, pge? It's a nightmare. I have to bring what I THINK I owe them...but I don't know if it's right. I always bring a generous amount but I'm afraid one time they might just say I owe them more than I can pay and I will be screwed. It sucks. The only good thing is they haven't charged me a late fee yet, but I'm worried they might be racking those up. Idk...I just wish they would get our park back to how it was. Sewer has been busted AGAIN in my yard. This is month 2...I have rashes all over my body again. If rats tear this trailer up I will be under a bridge somewhere. I still haven't finished paying it off...

Parking crisis

Original review Jan 19, 2023
416 N Garfield Ave, Pasadena, CA, and I can't stand it. Last month, Quakestrong Construction came and closed our parking lot to do a major earthquake renovation and are forcing us to park in the street. We are being told that Neither Quakstrong, nor the Property managers are responsible for anything that happens to our cars. Due to Pasadena's strict parking laws, we are all being forced to buy parking permits. The work they are doing is way too big of a job to do when you have tenants living here. We are getting plaster debris in our units. Although Quakstrong Construction told us that we are not allowed to park in our garages at all, some people are taking advantage of the empty garages at night and are parking there even if they belong to other tenants. Someone parked in my garage space last night and this morning I got blamed for it. I had to email Quakestrong and tell them that it wasn't my car but someone else's. It's crazy! I would move out, but I don't have the money.

No Tenant Control

Some of their Tenants are loud all day and night playing loud music practically shaking walls. These so called property owners should be out of business they are only in it for the money and nothing else. unsatisfactory property management.

Unethical

Unethical, play dumb about reasonable accommodations, multimillion dollar law suites, inhabitable rental units, termites, no certificate of occupancy, no legit USPS address, no legit PG&E meter, no water meter, tenant thieves as neighbors, which Pama won't resolve bur, ghost my concerns, no new door locks for 5 weeks, took 2 weeks for toilet to flush, still doesn't flush well, 4 weeks mailbox key, some staff are rude, tenant neighbor hit my rental house with his pickup after I warned Pama that I feared for my life, loose paperwork, under staffed, etc. Run away from Pama and all its entities! Many entities have no employees. Pama just wants to confuse investigators. Mike Nijar, overall owner is known as "the millionaire slumlord". He purportedly lives in a Mediterranean, 12 bedroom mansion in Beverly Hills.

Pama aka Regency Mis Management

I have heard no reply back from this company! This company has gotten away with so much that the real crime is the politicians, code enforcement, and inspectors, as well as law enforcement, must be inept, ignorant, or corrupt to allow this company and those who operate like this not be held accountable! We are barely dealing with inflation, a pandemic, and homelessness...The tenants are reported to be getting sick from mold, lead paint, and sewage water in the Chesapeake apartment complexes.!!!??? I feel one or a half of a star is even too much for this company!

Data is incorrect and totally outdated

This business was closed in 2015. The address is wrong. The phone is not correct. I am retired. Really, who could trust this site for any valuable data at all???

Balance!!

I perform service at MOST of the properties across Southern California (almost 50 sites) since the early '90s. The people there genuinely CARE about the tenants and the property; and I am paid promptly!!! The problem is SOME of the residents. I see sites where things are nice and clean, and others where drugs are being done outside, people do not pick up after themselves, and vandalize almost anything in sight. I know!! It's my sad duty to make the repairs way too often. Landlords can have a very tough time trying to remove bad actors, and keep up with all that needs attention while providing a place for people to live, especially when many are working against your efforts.

Termites in my house and coming Out of my walls

They took forever to call pest control until its was too late

Slum lords - do not rent

I had mainline plumbing issues. Tree roots were growing into the mainline (Orangeburg pipes). It is nearing two months (first reported 10/5 now 11/25) and still no resolution. Anytime you need maintenance the only way they respond is to go into the office and have a complete melt down and threaten to report them to the city.

The worse company ever

This company took over the house I live at and they never want to repair anything, they increase my rent every year yet no repairs are done. My roof is falling apart, I have mold in the restrooms, the garage door broke and they wont send anyone to fix it immediately, i can't leave the house because we can't close the garage and are afraid of someone breaking in.

They increased my rent drastically! And we don’t have any rental assistance on our fixed income.

Pama Management hiked my rent up 200$ in Moreno Valley’s worst crime infested neighborhood they have to offer. My room window is right next to a gate that’s gets slammed frequently and it’s so annoying. If they are going to increase my rent at least make it more comfortable for us live their! Right now it’s like living in *** and having to pay an expensive fee just to stay their. I’ am currently considering moving now, after being at my residence 5 years, because I know they are going to keep raising the rent. So if I’m going to be paying a 1,000 a month a for a small 1bedroom then I want to pay for a better environment. Re-gentrification is what Pama Management is currently doing to us low-income renters!

Horrible Rental Management Company

Pama Management is horrible. All of there apartments are roach infested. You make complaints to management and they do nothing about it. There is trash all on the ground, dog *** everywhere. They don't enforce parking. They let people sell drugs on property. Management has favoritism and they are racist. Pama Management needs to get rid of the manager that has been here for over 10 years and get new people in place. Oh and lets not forget they keep raising the rent.
