Issue with pistol

I bought a blem dagger with a suppressor barrel on it. Shot good for a while, but then had trigger issues. I replaced that trigger. I bought a slide with a ported barrel, and it immediately had failure to feed and the front sight flew off. Around the same time, I bought another lower, and I was having problems with that trigger also, and the slide didn't want to go on it very easily. I tried to get ahold of the company, but they want you to go through email and send videos, which I do not find user friendly because I am dyslexic. I would much rather talk to an actual person. My slide with the suppressor barrel has an issue now as well. So now I have 2 guns from PSA that don't work at all. How can I trust a gun to be reliable when I have these kinds of issues? These were supposed to be my carry guns. I always do business with places that have good customer service. I don't think you have that anymore

Impossible to set an order on line on a gun they did advertise

I couldnt finish the order and I was going to end with 3 of those guns bc the site kept sending me around.I had to go to a gun dealer friend to proceed with the intended buy.

Are you kidding? I have bought PSA merchandise trough a gun dealership,never had this kind of problem.If PSA doesnt want to sell a gun at a low price it shouldnt advertise it. Thank you for nothing.I do value my time. Osvaldo Hans MD

PSA decided to ship the magaziner seperately costing me almost $30 extra.

I somehow managed to forget that I added a 32 round mag to my order for the new dagger. I live about one mile from a gun store/range that sells the same magazines for $29 plus tax. It was listed for $34 or something on the website so I decided to add it to my order since they would most likely just throw it in with my new PSA Dagger. Instead of paying $37 for it, PSA charged my debit card an even 50 dollars the same day that I paid up for the Dagger. I was dumbfounded because I didnt know my GF had found it in the mail. My main issue is that they could have just put it inside the carry case for the gun and saved me $12 in shipping! I know the difference between $30 and $50 isnt huge... but I could have got the actual Glock brand extended mag for $30 flat at the FFL store I have all my stuff sent to. M.

ABSOLUTE DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMERS !

I was left on hold for no less then 10 minutes plus i got the run around by stupid computer answer bots which dont work !! And after all that frustration i was then hung up on by Whoever at that time ... I needed the parts so i went else where and found them and purchased them .. lets just say they lost my purchase and mayne even future bizness becuase of there ignorance and careless regard for past present and future customers !!!

Trying to place order

Worked out the problem with placing an order on my own, now cannot get into website to track order (my account temporarily unavailable). Tried to use CHAT and it gave me GARBAGE info on everything BUT what I was asking about. You need another IT resource!

Horrible Customer Service!!!

Where do I begin? Let me start off with the good by saying Ive spent thousands of dollars with Palmetto State with no issues. They have some great deals daily and I have been pleased with all my prior purchases. I have spent thousands with them and they are about 2 hours from me so what I order(if early enough in the day) is usually delivered by the next day which is nice. Now, the badI placed an order on 5/5/2022 for 3 different Daily Deals or specials on several ammo types they had for sale. First, I ordered 2 boxes of .45 PMC Bronze 50rd at $24.99/box. Secondly, on the same order, I purchased 18 boxes of PMC X-Tac 5.56mm NATO 20rd at $9.99/box. And lastly, on the same order, I purchased 200rds of Tula .223 Steel Case ammo with 10 Magpul magazines. Two days later, I received the 200 rds of steel case ammo and the 10 magazines with no problems. On 5/11/2022, I receive what should have been the rest of the order. I noticed the box was smaller and lighter than I had imagined it would be. I opened it up to find 4 boxes of PMC Bronze 9mm FMJ bullets at 50rds/box. The packaging slip in with the box was correct with what I ordered but that was not what I received. No big deal, accidents happen and I understand that. That being said, I called Palmetto State immediately. I waited a few minutes for a rep to pick up. When she did, I explained everything above. She stated I needed to return the wrong ammo I was sent and once it was received, they would send out what was originally ordered. I have no problems sending it back, however, I need the ammo I originally ordered ASAP. I asked if I could send it back with proof of shipping so they can go ahead and get the correct ammo on the way? She stated no, they have a policy against that. In order to send out the ammo, they have to have the other back in theyre hands. Assuming the time I wait for them to send me a return label, ship it out, wait for them to get it and process it, then send over the order to have the correct ammo sent and shipped, Itll be at least another week minimum before I get what I need. Not acceptable. If I didnt need the ammo, I wouldnt have ordered it. So, I explained that but she said she couldnt do anything more. From there, she proceeds to tell me that they are now out of stock on the .45 and .556 ammo that I ordered. Freaking great! I asked to speak to a supervisor and waited on hold 25 minutes before she got back on there and stated her supervisor was busy but would call me back. Its 5/18/2022 and I still havent gotten a phone call back. Somewhat upset, I called back the same day but roughly 2 hours later and spoke with Randolph. I had to spend 15 minutes explaining the entire situation and he was very helpful(or so it seemed). He actually didnt seem like a robot reading from a script who doesnt give a crap about who theyre talking to. Randolph said that the return process was correct on how the previous person told me. But then he said, I have a trick that I use for situations like this. He said, what we will do is file a lost claim with UPS saying you did not receive the package. That will allow me to go ahead and send out the correct item to you due to not having the other package to send back. I questioned this because I did receive the package, however the contents were incorrect. He said it would be fine and that this would get the correct ammo I ordered on the way. I asked how to get the ammo back to him and he stated I could just keep it or I could send it back that it was up to me. He stated that they dont even receive ammo back. All ammo goes to another location because they cant re-sell it so it is destroyed. I reiterated that Im not looking for free ammo or trying to keep the incorrect stuff, I just want what I ordered. He said he understood and would send me 2 emails with the details of this lost package. I also asked how the lost package is going to be handled considering it was delivered? He said not to worry about that as it would handle itself. I told him I was told by the previous rep that they were sold out of both types of ammo I purchased. He stated on the phone with me that they had over 6000 cases of the .556 rds and several thousand rds of the .45 ammo I purchased. He then stated he thinks whoever I spoke to was new. On 5/13/2022, I have not received a tracking number or any signs of my correct ammo being sent out. Palmetto has always been quick to ship and send tracking numbers when they do. I know its only 2 days but I just wanted to make sure the ball was rolling so to speak. Of course, I spend another 15 minutes explaining everything and this guy told me he could see where the new order had been pushed through to the shipping department. He stated it was approved and all theyre waiting on at this point was for them to put it in a box and ship it. He said you should get a tracking number and the ammo any day now. Later I get a phone call on Friday afternoon from UPS in regards to a lost package claim and they are trying to figure out what was not received. Unfortunately, I worked all day and was not able to talk to them. On 5/17/2022, still no ammo or tracking. I was flagged down by my UPS driver who asked me if I had a package that wasnt delivered. I told him no and that it was delivered but the contents were wrong. I explained everything that happened and I agreed with him that it was not UPS at fault but Randolph said it had to be handled that way. UPS asked if I could sign a form stating I received the package in which I did. Those UPS guys did theyre job and they should not be held responsible for something they didnt do. I contacted Palmetto State and spent about 20 minutes this time telling the rep everything that has happened. The rep then said I would need to return what was incorrect before they could send out what I did order. I explained to her that this is becoming a long drawn out ordeal and that I need the ammo that I ordered last week! I told her I have no issues sending the incorrect stuff back(even though Randolph told me to do what I wanted to with it), I just need what I ordered ASAP!!! She stated she didnt know why he told me that but it was incorrect. So then I ask, do you still have what I do need in stock? She then looks and says, No, its all sold out. So now what am I supposed to do? She stated well you send that back for a refund. I said ok and how am I supposed to go about getting the right stuff? Then she says youll have to wait for it to come back in stock. At this point Im livid! I ask to speak to a supervisor and she proceeds to tell me theyre not in at the moment but she can have them call me. I said Im still waiting for the other supervisor from 6 days ago to call me and they havent yet. Hows this one gonna be any different? I then ask how to speed this up and she stated to take a picture of what they sent me and send it to us. She says can you take the picture now? Well no, Im at work and dont carry all my ammo everywhere I go. She stated that the quicker I can send them a picture, the quicker my correct ammo would get here. Butshe never tells me where to send the picture or a reference. So do I email it to a particular person, Palmettos main email address, the president, etc??? So I ask and Im told to just send it to the main email address for Palmetto is fine. So is this girl sitting there waiting for this email? I highly doubt ittheres probably someone who monitors all the email and is going to get a random email with a picture of 4 boxes of 9mm. Theyre gonna say wtf is this??? Delete. So I call back AGAIN and spend 20 minutes going over my story AGAIN! This time, Im told that Randolph was not authorized to file a UPS claim b/c you in fact received your item. I KNOW! Ive told him and everyone else that. So then she tells me to send the old back and they can send the correct stuff out. Is there any way to get my other order rolling while this is on its way back?!? No, we cant do that. So whats up with having to take photos of what I received? She replies, idk what you need a picture for? GRRRRR! B/c the previous person said I need to send you guys a picture of what I received. She stated no and emailed me a return label. She stated once they receive it back, they will refund my card and I would have to re-order the ammo. Whateverdo you have what I ordered in stock? She replies with one of them is in stock, the other isnt. Ok, so how do I get what I ordered then? Well youll have to wait till it comes back in stock. Ok, well is the sale price going to be granted on it since I ordered it when it was on sale and never received it.? She states, well thats something your gonna have to call back and ask a supervisor. Well Ive been waiting on one to call me a freaking week now!!! And how do I know Ill even get my refund??? So what is going to happen is thisI will send the wrong stuff back and they will refund my money(hopefully). Then I will go to re-order what I need and theyll be out of stock. When it comes back in stock, it will be full price as opposed to half price like when I ordered it and Im not willing to pay that. End of story and I take the brunt of it. So in the end, I have NOTHING to show for and have wasted probably 5 hours dealing with this *** It comes down to the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing and people just make up whatever *** they want to get someone off the phone. The people in this call center are robots making $12-13 to answer phones. They dont care about the customer and dont care what the issue is. Just answer the phone, get rid of that person and answer the next. Your call isnt going to the business, its going to a call center and its just lip service. I assure you I will not be ordering from Palmetto State again and I told them that. But, the reality is, they dont care, theyre big business and my measly $3000-$4000 I spend there each year is a drop in the bucket compared to large scale. They dont give a *** about theyre customers or reputation from the few people who have legitimate problems. Bottom line is I place an order, SEND ME WHAT I ORDERED! If I then call you b/c its wrong, then just send out whats right and Ill send this back. If I dont send it back, charge my card, you have it on file! This is your mistake so why am I having to go through all this crap just to try and get my stuff?!? And what is a reasonable solution? Honestly, now, idk. On the outside looking in, I guess the only thing they can do is refund my money once they get the old stuff back and then honor the price I paid for the ammo theyre out of stock on(up to the amount I purchased, then regular price after that) when it comes in. And even that puts me at not having the ammo until who knows when or having to go elsewhere. So, Im still going to be pissed. I am now concerned b/c I bought a rifle from you guys. God forbid if it breaks b/c I can already tell how your customer service is gonna be. Im gonna be SOL and stuck with a POS and get god knows how many different stories when I call. I can assure you my money is not going to make a dent in Palmettos wallet. But I can tell you I will be notifying our whole department about this matter. My shooting clubs, co-workers, friends, family, facebook, pissed consumer, and everyone else I know and are avid shooters and any other places I can leave a review about this whole ordeal. While 1 person wont make a dent, maybe 100+ will. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, MAKE IT RIGHT!!!
