Bank Accounts wiped out for an AT&T cell phone which we have never even had AT&T cell phone service with.
Yesterday we found our checking and savings account had been cleared out to $0. We called the bank and asked who made the withdrawal and they said a company called Palisades Collection. We were shocked. They had no other information except for a phone number to call. We called them and no answer. We kept calling back every 15 minutes, until we finally got through to someone. They then said we had an outstanding balance of $2000 for an unpaid AT&T account from back in 2002. We said this can’t be correct because we have never even had a cell phone bill with AT&T, only TMobile and Verizon. They said we would have to take it up with the Middlesex civil courts. We asked why have we never received any paperwork, calls, letters about this so called delinquent charges, and they said again here is the docket number take it up with the courts. I know there has to be some sort of statute of limitations on a bill dating back that far, but even so, how do you not have any account information for us verifying the truth in this claim. I will be calling the courts today, and speaking with an attorney because after seeing so many of these similar complaints about the same sort of stories this is absurd! How can a fraudulent company continue to get away with this, and prey on innocent people.. and how can the banks just allow a fraudulent letter from a so called creditor be enough for them to come to our bank and completely wipe out accounts out. Something definitely needs to be done, and if I have to file a class action lawsuit against them.. then that’s exactly what I will be doing.

Trying to resolve a debt 2005
Yes they are horrible, we owed 255. We recieved notice that we owed total 1368. With fees.. when we called they increased another thousand and would not even consider settling. Bunch of crooks!! They will never get anything from us!!!

The worst company
They will haunt you even if it’s 19 years debt that my ex husband did not pay. They drain all my money and left me me with nothing , not even a penny. I don’t have a job and my husband just had his leg amputated so we’re both handicap and living with my husband’s wages which is not much and goes to the rent and other bills. They want me to settle the case or make payments . We can barely make it how in the world am I gonna make payments. The money that they took from my bank was supposed to be for my lab tests but since they took everything I was not able to had my lab tests done. This company is cruel, they don’t care if you have something to eat or you have to buy your meds, they will take all your money still .

These jag offs ruined my credit by putting a judgement on me for a bill I never even heard of,, I believe they garnished my pay back in 2010, I had paid off whatever they said I owed them, Now 5yrs later I find out there's a judgement on my credit report from them, can you say WTF.. I talked to a lady at the court house from where this come from and she told me to download some forms, but I dont know who the *** to send them to.. !1 is a 10543 an answer and 10542 a motion to default the judgement

Palisades Collection - Car Financing Review from Stone Mountain, Georgia
Back in 2000 I had car repoed because I was injured . Had surgery . Out of work but anyway I let the car go back . It was finaced through Triad financial . So some time went bye . Triad called I settled the remaining ballance after vehicle was sold . So some years later Palisades started calling me about that car . I told them i had settled that debt with the original creditor but they didnt stop so a few years ago my home was destroyed by fire and lost my mother . So Palisades put a lien against my new home and all property . The state is allowing Palisades to sieze my property . I need legal counsel in order to stop these crooks . N C resident

I got a letter saying I owe over $5,000 this is not true
I don't know what to do about this matter. I do not owe any money to any one.i went through Freedom Debt Relief to get my bills paid off.i have a letter saying(congratulations!Freedom financial network has successfully settled all off my accounts)Now Palisades collection sent me a letter saying I owe over $ 5,000 for a unpaid bill for heritage chase. This bill was one of the ones I had in the debt relief. What do I need to do this was paid in 2009. Please help me with this matter . I have no papers on the freedom debt relief except except for the one saying all my bills is paid off. I called Lexington law at 1-86*-348-**** and they can't help me because I don't remember how much I paid them each month ,all I remember is it was $500.?? .please if theres any way you can help me please do.

Sent me a bill for $5121.76
The bill they sent me a letter saying I owe $5121.76.i turned all my bills over to freedom debt relief so I could make one payment. On 7-24-2009 I got a letter from them saying congratulation me saying freedom financial network has successfully settled all my of my accounts. Now Palisades Collection is saying I owe Over $5,000.i do not owe this money. How do I get them to leave me alone and if I did why are they just now saying I owe this money? Can they really sue me when I don't owe this money .this was taken care of in 2009 .they took the pay off so why are they bothering me now?

statute of limitations is 7yrs in nys..... 1/1/13 is 7yrs Palisades !!!!! they have consistently come after me for $486.00, of which they have repeatedly REFUSED to provide proof that this is my debt !!!!!, i had a massive heart attack, single mother after 4yrs in domestic violence court, and on ssi now.... It's enough, want to move upstate ny to give my kid a better life AND THEY ARE PREVENTING ME from getting prequalified for a home loan of $55K !!!!!!!!!!after not hearing from them for 4 yrs, now they will hear from me, also contacting BBB, and attorney general's office !!!!

Pallisades Collection LLC Englewood Cliffs NJ
I have not had a phone in my name since 1993. It is now 2012. Pallisades sends threatening emails related to a Versizon bill that is non existent. Does anyone have information on how to submit Government harrasment notification to place complaints and seek legal action should Pallisades create a credit issue. Also does anyone have information as to whether Pallisades phishes for names that sound like the account number in the hope that the customer is naive enough to pay. This borders on fraud since it is impossible to get a bill for a phone account that never existed.

Wrong number for me too
They keep calling, illegal times too. before 8 am and after 8 pm. It is just a recording. Funny part is that when I called their 800 number tonight, they were closed. They must be doing robocalls. I will try their 800 number tomorrow and then any calls after that, I will try to find a way to be compensated for them. After dozens of calls, I have had enough. Even tho we do not answer them, it is annoying having to look at the names to make sure we don't answer them. So call me another unhappy person, too.

Quit Calling
They continually call my number, the person they are looking for does NOT live here and I do not know the person. Everytime I try to call I am disconnected. Imagine that. Does anyone know how to get them to stop, because I tell them to and they dont. I am not sure what else to do. I have had the same number for way too many years to get rid of. Can you not put an action to them for harrassment? It is too the point now that I do not ever answer my home phone, this is ridiculous.

How to get in touch with these sneaks?
Palisades Collection, L.L.C. sends me a bill, for some apparent bill I had with the phone company. It offers a payment plan, which I never agreed to. The letter says feel free to contact them, but when you do, it's an automated system! There's no live person. Then they have a website, and once again, you can't get to speak to anyone. It seems kind of shady if you ask me. Who are they? They really need to send a breakdown of what it is that i'm supposedly being charged for. Anyone else have this problem?
