If I could have given them zero I would've. The proof that they sent was ridiculous period no posing. No editing just threw the 2 pictures on the screen. Of course, no one is available to talk to. You have to search the internet to find a phone number. I could have done what they did.

Hi there. I recently purchased a painting for paint your life and I have been going back and forth modifying the painting about 3 times now, and the artist couldnt seem to follow what I was saying resulting in frustration and me placing the order anyways because I need this delivered soon and in time. $400 is a lot of money for not 100% satisfaction. I had to explain the correction twice and I also sent a picture and yet it still wasnt fixed to what I explained and it was something simple. I would like some reimbursement of some sort, as this was supposed to be special and one of the most important parts of this painting is incorrect.

Checking on frame color
The frame color is wrong. Should be walnut not black. It has already left for Delivery. Can I return this if the Edson I am gifting doesnt like it?

I am VERY unsatisfied and VERY pissed with my painting
I am EXTREMELY unhappy with the way my painting turned out. It looks absolutely NOTHING like edited photo you guys sent and when I did ask for a change they wouldnt even do that for me. My mom looks nothing like the picture shows and neither does my grandpa. My grandpa turned out ORANGE. On top of that you guys charge out the *** and I do not think I got my moneys worth with the final outcome at all!! I demand a refund now and Im very upset with the way you guys went about trying to figure this out.

Would I be able to get a refund on my first order?
I ordered a painting on the 4th of May for my mother as a Mother’s Day gift. I got the edited picture exactly as I’d imagined, it was perfect. As of the painting, it looked nothing like my grandparents’ and mother. I’ve had it modified twice and I still wasn’t satisfied. I ordered a new painting today 05/9/22, but I chose the artist (Jason) this time and a different art style (acrylic). I went through his art gallery online and really liked what I saw, so that’s what made me decide to choose him. How can I get my refund back from my first order?
