Bus haven't shown

I was waiting for the 330 bus going Northbound by Mannheim and Grand for well over an hour and a half. It showed the bus would arrive at 5:35, and it never showed up. 5:51 comes and it said it would be there at 6:12. Again it didn't arrive. The service of that particular bus is horrible.

I ride the 383 four times a week there have been cancellations along in the last 3 weeks

Bus is cancelled and late in the last month. I am hoping that the 383 continues to run but lately this route been running late trying to be on time for work today the bus said 12 19 arrived 15 minutes later (4 15 23) yesterday 4 14 23 bus was scheduled for 12 50 arrives at 1 15ish I was at midway airport at 2 late for work I get that there is construction but being late is not a good thing for anyone I will try to catch earlier buses

Pace bus being late(bus 316)

There have been more than once that your pace drivers have been late and I understand sometimes malfunctions with the bus happens. Therefore I dont enjoy when their late and have an attitude for being late or because we didnt know they werent of service because they didnt change their bus title to service or not. This is usually the bus 316.

Most times Unreliable! Sometimes on time with few minutes late.

Your 209 and 290 pace bus routes are one of the unreliable bus routes I have ever boarded! Why? They are never on time! Especially, the 209 in the morning as from 6.02 am, 6.16 am going to the Harlem cta station or the 290 from Cumberland to Howard redline cta in the morning (6.39am) or from Howard redline station to Cumberland blue line station as from 7:30 pm. For example, this 6:02 am pace driver's bus to Harlem cta station this morning was not in service. Why schedule a time for a bus that is not in service? Or did the female driver forgot to put the destination station as they sometimes forget to do ? . I spent a lot of money to buy Pace/ Cta monthly bus card yearly that I end up not using the card extensively due to the epileptic pace bus time unreliability! Cta bus 22 is another unreliable bus route from Howard redline station to Harrison and back to Howard redline station. Pls, review your monthly card fare of $75 if your bus company cannot keep to schedule on time especially during the winter period which is very hard for commuters health wise due to freezing in the cold. Some of your female drivers and occasional male drivers on 209 or 290 have no empathy for commuters when they see them running towards the bus stop. This is winter time. Please, have mercy on your commuters to wait patiently for 120 seconds for a human being running towards them in the COLD. I buy monthly card fare of $75. 290 pace bus scheduled for 6:39 am arrived by 6:43 am. I know it is hard to keep to time but please, try and keep to time because it is winter period and it is very cold. Thank God the 290 to Howard redline arrived Park ridge metra station four minutes late.. please, some of your pace bus seats/ Cta bus seats are filthy. Thank you.

The lackadaisical service of late

Today is the last straw with this bus! This morning the 7:58 359 Pace Bus cancelled. So I had to take the 359 going South to 159th and Kedzie and nearly missed the 890 UPS Bus to work earlier this morning. Then the straw that broke the camels back? Not one, but 2 359 buses showed up 30 to 45 minutes late arriving northbound towards 147th and Kedzie and I had to take an Uber or Lyft to get me home from work because yet again this bus service continues to get sloppier and sloppier by being very late. I looked at your tracker systems all 3 times and theres no signs of the buses. The fact that nobody alerted the passengers waiting on the buses that the buses are being extremely late is very unacceptable, especially on routes without trains. Dont leave your riders in the lurch and not tell anyone that buses are being cancelled at the last minute like this! The way your managers are running these garages have been very horrible at best lately! This is very unacceptable especially with the colder weather coming up soon and some people like myself have asthma. In the last year and change this bus route has gotten progressively worse and worse. You guys need to fix this godawful tracking system and either get new management and or bus drivers that actually cares about the riders or Im taking my money somewhere else! This cant keep happening like this everyday!

Always waiting for a late pace bus!

Pace has to be one of the worst bus services available. Its never on time the drivers always have a dont give a *** attitude. Its just awful! I dont have a car and so I rely on pace but its never relabel. You will be stuck waiting in all kinds of weather conditions its just terrible I will never recommend take Uber

Bus schedule. Cancelled?

Northbound 330 Bus was scheduled to arrive at 47th at 6, 6:20, it 6;30. I have been at the stop since 5:55. Pm.

Horrible service

We have waiting for 303 pace smile 5:30pm it is now 6:37pm this is daily bases come then change their sign to garage. As paying customers we deserve better service. Bus driver pulls off as if we are not standing waiting I'm sure they know we have been waiting for some time why not give us an explanation of what's going on. We demand better service.

Outraged by the bus schedule 533 at 6/22/2022

I'm Ecaterina Tulgara, I travel daily with 2 buses to work -530 and 533 because poor eyesight does not allow me to drive. Today 6/22/2022 I waited bus 533 at the Chicago Premium Outlet station, from 6:40 to 8:00. The bus 20318 M 227115 came very late, and I couldn't catch the last 530 bus from the train station. I called Uber from Walmart to get home. It cost to much money. Please check the reason to improve the traffic schedule. Please take action and return the my lost money-$17.74+5.50=$22.24

I'm on a bus Pace bus number 15511 bus number 359 the bus driver was sitting at the bus station on his phone the bus was supposed to pull off at 8:50 he didn't pull up to the bus stop until 8:52 he was very rude and nasty badge number is 2826

Hello My Name Is Ernest Adams When I Took The 7:20pm Metra Train From Chicago I Got To 211 Metra Station By 8:25pm That 357 bus was suppose to arrive there by 8:30pm but it never came can they do something to solve that issue it was brutal cold outside it happened january 26th.

Bus is slow

This but always makes me late for work everyday and i am sick and tired of it. I am 39 minutes late to work everyday and they dont care. The bus drivers are all lazy *** they all need to be fired. It is very cold outside and I cant stand in the cold too long o cant feel my hands after a while and I end up being in pain. I dont go to work some days because the bus never shows up. Half the time I end up walking to work because the bus dont know how to show up ON TIME. they need to be ON TIME You people need to get better drivers who cares about other people in this world instead of yourselves.

Auto accident

I was on Michigan Avenue downtown going northbound and a Pace bus was in the turning lane going left. As he Nance Jeffrey was turning left he messed up the left side (driver side) of my vehicle. My driver side mirror was broken. He kept going even after I flagged him down. Bus #6975 license plate #M211347

Lost phone on bus

The staff could Not have been more helpful in contacting the driver, locating the phone and having it at the garage within 45 minutes of my call and then bringing it to my car when I arrived. Thanks so much for your help and kindness.

Better dispatcher service

Everyday I try to call the bus for work it always gives me the busy signal. Other times Im always on hold for 20 minutes why is it always happening is there a way you guys can fix this. It feels like I can never get through with these calls

I lost some housekeys yesterday on the 2 tool 8 East eastbound they have pink and the xsport key tag on it
