There's absolutely zero customer service you call and it sends you to Walmart Walmart tells you to get a hold of Ozark trail but there is no Ozark trail phone number or website to get replacement parts for your damn tent garbage customer service

We are currently on the fourth purchase. Two leaked right out of the box, only one was able to be repaired. One literally ripped right where it was joined. The one I just purchased didn't even make it home because it was sliced and then packaged, no damage to box, so we returned it. So I decided to contact their customer service for a replacement or maybe credit towards new ones. Anything even an acknowledgement at least. Nothing no return email no get Fu#$ed nothing. Safe to say from here on out we'll be looking at other brands, instead of Ozark Fail...

I bought a new Ozark trail 5 to 1 shelter tent and it's missing the top tarp in witch has the Straps to put up tents sun room so is a must have part and my mother got from Walmart but I don't have a receipt for it and she is a truck driver and is all over and USA and don't know when she will see her

Trying to find a replacement seat for a chair
Husband was sitting the chair and all of a sudden it ripped. Someone could have been hurt had it been a child. Frame is good so Im trying to find how to get a replacement seat. Very difficult to find a number to call for Ozark.

It hasn't developed. Hat to purchase a cot & sleeping pad since Ozark Trail wouldn't & DIDNTstand behind their product or even offer solution to said issue

Air mattress has hole in the rubber side wall but wasn't punctured. Keeps loosing air because of defect. I want it replaced if at all possible. Don't want to have to purchase another mattress from another company because of bad experience.

I purchased your product and I set up the tent in my backyard for the kids and it was raining over there. Its raining over the weekend and the tent is full with water damage. My sons iPad. Product leaked
The air horn I hade leaked out onto my hand causing 1st and 2nd degree burns hospital said it was liquid nitrogen that leaked out causing a frost bite. I have to go to womb care once a week now for treatment until healed

Poor craftsmanship
Last August, I purchased a chair. We used it for a week of camping and then didn't use it until May camping. It is good for 400 # and my husband is about 230#. It ripped along the dotted lines on the seam between the back and seat. I expect more from your line. The cheaply made Chinese product was very disappointing.

Called the number for the mattress walmart owns ozark the maker of the mattress but they have been telling me its ozarks policy the store manager Michael at Walmart franklin ky was supposed to contact me before the end of the week. 5/26/2023 never happened I geuss I'm putting the video on social media of the so called women managers running there mouth and offering me 20 dollars for 70 I hope walmart sees this I'm definitely not a quitter

Costumer service said it was up to management at franklin ky walmart they said if it was unopened they could refund if I wasn't planning to use it for grandkids camping I would have never bought it what a joke they are sad just sad

WALMART FRANKLIN KENTUCKY SOLD IT TO METhe mattress had holes in the same spot carried back 2 times no refund no mattress and walmart franklin ky want make it rite they offered me 20 dollar gift card lol after I made 2 trips with the mattress

Chair was very dangerous not put together well I would strongly suggest a recall on all them types of chairs
