Booking cancellation complaint

My complain about the management is it the management did not in any way step in and try to be Democratic or open-minded to either to both sides

My fiance and I was finally given an opportunity to spend a couple of days together after finding out that my illness is now terminal brain tumors and we decided to stay at the oil motel on meridian from about 10:00 p.m. our first night the gentleman next door decided to start banging on the doors and complaining that my wife and I or beyoncé and I was making too much noise and causing and disrupting him she's 44 years old I'm 53 I cannot imagine what we could possibly be doing that would bothering him and being disruptive we was not banging on the walls and we wasn't being loud long with the short of it we was asked for leaving the next day and we was not giving any of our deposit back or the money that we booked for two nights we received no money back other than that we have paid for two nights plus $150 deposit we received $50 back I feel like I was wrong about raised and I'm going to post this everywhere I got to to let him know exactly what oil is doing I think it's tacky I think it's one of me she's talking about and how you treat people that for ones are social security and don't get a lot of money and probably not bury me opportunity to get away and do something and on top of that to treat the terminal man and and his girl just keep me away they should fit and then thrown out stay away from any and all oil motel stay away from any and all for your motel

OYO has ignored my attempts to contact them and resolve the issue.

We contacted customer service and they refused to refund our money. We went through our credit card company and filed a dispute.

They sided with OYO because OYO claimed that we canceled past the deadline.

We explained to both parties that we were not given a room and ended up sleeping in our car in a parking lot; they still did not refund our money. Disgusting business with 0 integrity.

I booked a room for my family on our way to Myrtle Beach; when we got there they said they didn't have any rooms even though I had a confirmation # AND had already paid for the room. The kicker is, they refused to refund our money because they said we didn't cancel in time. They are a disgustingly corrupt company that cannot be trusted. ***

Worst customer service

I have done 2 bookings,neither the hotel person nor Oyo people are providing me gst bill. I need gst bill to claim reimbursement in my company. At the time of payment oyo people are sending you payment link at you number, but now saying can't give bill on number. Even my mail I'd is registered I haven't received any bill. Worst service ever, definitely will never suggest anyone for oyo.

This is to inform you that on 2nd May 2023 I made a booking for 3rd and 4th may in hotel OYO Avenue Inn, but unfortunately I have some urgent issue I have called your team asked them to cancel my booking and according to their cancel policy, they told me you have received full refund in 8-15 working days still I won't receive my amount in my bank account when I asked your team they told me you have received your refund in Oyo rupee but I asked I have received my refund in Oyo rupee instead of orginal payment mode as you confirmed me that I will receive my refund in orginal payment mode after that they apologise to me and asked my bank account details to refund my money in bank account but now it's almost two months I won't receive my refund yet whenever I called your team they told me refund already initiated you will receive 8-15 working days, but now it's almost two months I won't receive my refund yet. I am very disappointed for your customer service and your work. I am requesting, so many times still won't receive my money yet, and now I am requesting you again please initiate my refund

1. I booked the hotel online. When I reached to the property, there was some construction going on and receptionist refused to give the room. It was late at evening around 9pm already in Salem and I was all alone there and the staff members were so rude and they didn't even refund my money. Because of them, I had to suffer a lot. And this happened so many times. 2. I booked a hotel in Agra. The room condition was so bad. They did not provide any facilities. AC was not working and they charged for AC rooms. All over this, The rain water was entered in my room at night because of damaged ceiling and my room was filled with water. They did not even change my room. They made that trip as my worst trip. 3. I booked hotel in Noida. It was summer and I booked AC room. First at the check in, they took extra 500 rupees. and then the room was very bad. AC was not working. Washroom was so pathetic. They did not provide toiletries. Staff was very rude. This is not it. There are so many other experiences as well which were even worse. All I want is my money back at least now. PLEASE DONT GO WITH OYO EVER. THEY ARE JUST FOOLING PEOPLE FOR MONEY

Hi Team, How come additional charges were framed by the hotel even after bookings were made through your agent. My booking ID is XN7G2759 and the amount paid was Rs. 1015 whereas on reaching, the hotel management demanded an additional Rs. 400(receipt enclosed)even they won't provide proper room service as well . I want my money back immediately for the mischief conducted for your booking app or/otherwise I will go legal.

Bed bug bites all over my baby

OYO Hotel Mustang Silver Spring FL provided a room for myself and my son. We were there 2 nights and the day we left my baby had a bunch of bumps all over him. My husband and I didn't know what it was and took him to the hospital. They confirmed it was bed bug bites. The bed sheets on the bed in the room that we stayed in had specks of blood on it but looked like it was bleached? We ended up contacting the manager of the hotel and let him know that we were at the hospital with our son and let him know there were bed bugs at the hotel. He asked us what room it was and then proceeded to get very defensive and denied everything. They even went to the extent of lying to their corporate office that we contacted to file a complaint after we had a state health inspector look at the room we were staying in and confirmed there were bed bugs (alive and dead). So they have a bed bug issue for sure and google even has some reviews from a long time ago stating bed bug activity so this has been a disgusting on going issue at this establishment for some time now. We we're supposed to be refunded and they sent us confirmation emails several times that they processed our refund and we were definitely going to be refunded for the inconvenience but we are now having to file a dispute with our credit card company due to not receiving the refund the promised we would receive. We initially didn't want a refund and were just informing the establishment they needed to take care of the issue so it didn't happen to anyone else, but the pictures on their website and Google are very deceiving, the place looks like a dump inside and we were not expecting to have these issues. There's peeling paint everywhere, things around the room were broken, chipped, the shower curtains molded, bugs, etc. Very disgusted by this situation. The better business bureau also has received this complaint and reached out to the establishment and has yet to receive any response from them.

Room was nasty

I had looked this hotel on line thinking it would look just like the site which it wasnt. Beds were nasty. They had No fitted sheets on the bed exposing the mattress which was stained brown. So we had asked for another room and it was just as nasty. I was getting hit by something the whole time I was theirs the door wasnt secure the latch was broken . So when pulled the comforter up and it was a stains like some one had urinated in the bed so we had asked for more sheets due to the fact thire was no refunds. I was left with red bits all over my legs. Im not happy at all the worst stay Ive ever had in a hotel.

Worst experience of my life

Booked OYO hotel for 4 nights online and done the payment via UPI. When I reached the venue then was told that we don't accept online OYO discounted price. Then I called OYO customer care and they moved me to other accommodation which was very pathetic and there also the receptionist denied check-in. So I called customer care and was told to cancel the booking at night 7 pm to get refund and rebook via Customer Care. So I cancelled my online booking and called customer care and booked the hotel for 4 nights and did the payment on phone. It was raining heavily and when I reached hotel OYO ROYAL GURGAON at 8 pm, then the receptionist said that he didn't receive booking but again can accommodate me if I pay double price. As a customer I was left nowhere at 8 pm rainy night so had no option to pay Rs 1200 for 1 night for a third class hotel. Pics attached for any doubts. Never Ever book OYO as there booking tortures you and at last you get refund but the service for which OYO App was used fail to fulfil which is horrible.horrible.horrible.horrible.

ROACHES AND BED BUGS INFESTATION! DON'T GO HERE The first night and every day there were roach's everywhere I've never seen this many in a hotel room. Yesterday we woke to bites all over us. Bed bugs infestation too. It's so disgusting Took forever to get checked in, no help at all, No room service Charged an extra $50 deposit The place is disgusting and not being run correctly. I want a refund so that we can get out of this nasty rooms. I have pictures of my bite marks and of the bugs and holes in bathroom ceiling
