Stolen debit card
You all don't have a after-hour telephone number my card was stolen today and I got nobody to report it to I think it screwed up not after I was phone number you need to get a phone number and somebody to take the call no one to take the call these people could be stealing my money right now my insurance money is in that bank well that can take my money they got my card and I just want to thank you for that you steal it

To warn people away!
I don't believe this is a legitimate operation. I called to confirm my order, then never heard back. When I called a second time to confirm the delivery date they said they had called me back to say they couldn't fulfill it. They LIED. They never called and now I am up against a deadline for a flight. Such dishonesty it is sickening.

When I open your app and try to watch a movie it says not available. This is horrible and another complaint is I can not find a telephone mutton call your computer. VERY DISSATISFIED!

I need to file a fraud claim
On December 10th my wallet was stolen out of my car while I was out of town I had money deposited onto my card $1,000 on December 12th and from there on somebody took all the money off my account so I need to file a fraud claim

Nothing has been resolved from the last time I wrote this...ive contacted them several times since then and I still here the same story,there still waiting for the loi which they say they been waiting on for the last 7-8 monthsIve spoke to fountainhead a couple times and they said their just waiting to hear from them and oxygen said their waiting to hear from them....2 completely different stories

Oxygen bank took in my ppp loan under my personal account then 2 weeks later froze my account for fraudulent activity which has been frozen for over 6 months....oxygen has caused me to lose my family,my buisness,and my home which now I am homeless Living in my vehicle and they don't have a care in the world They have over $10,000 of my funds froze and come up with a diffrent story every time I call

Never gotten refunds and it's been 2-3 months
I was supposed to get two refunds from Grubhub and it shows on my Grubhub account that the refunds was sent but I had never received on my oxygen account

Your keeping my money
I'm from Michigan o just got my umployment back pay. I'm in Las Vegas and my wallet was stolen I had to have my oxygen card sent here. And now your company is trying to keep my money saying I don't live in Michigan. When I sent my d.l to them and my tax form from last year. And still your co.pany says there keeping my money. Account why is my account locked
They locked my account,probably because of all my transactions today..they all say it was done to protect you and your account from possible fraud..well they weren't protecting me me I needed to get money out of my account when I was stranded on the side of the road..now I'm on the street with no money because my account is locked and I can't get to talk with anyone tillmorning..bottom line

I accidentally put a different name on my oxygen account with autofill and didn't realize it until the end of the process when I was denied an account

Activation of replacing my card
I waited for just about an hour over the phone with oxygen it was my third phone call and when customer service finally answered I was on the phone for 28 minutes because she didn't understand and she kept asking the same questions. I needed my card activated n the lady on prior calls was supposed to activate it n it was NOT activated. They need to Retrain or fire people that don't know how to respond to phone calls experience in customer service. Friendliness helps! I recommend transfer your money out and never use oxygen again

I transferred twenty dollars and to my friends bank account and it never went through and I need to get it back and it says it is between my accounts and I need to cancel and get my money back or I wil not use this Bank anymore and I make everyone knows that if you transfer money you will lose it
