Horrible ambience mood service food quality of care

Food was horrendous service discorteous I was served cherry coke instead of Diet Coke food was burnt Brussels sprouts burnt server discortueus and goon like no check in with management hosts and hostesses laughed in my face

Regarding recent visit to Outback

Would like to speak to someone speaking to someone regarding this issue is about as bad as the restaurant. I do plan to tell all of my friends about my experience. And also those friends from other states. Sad way to lose customers by bad service and no response from company

Regarding recent visit to Outback salads where warm bread I think was from the night before. Our steaks were brought out in less than 5 minutes of being seated and looked cooked from the night before

Yes I would like to speak we someone we go to our local Outback and have never had an issue with any meal. This was $85. Of the worse food I have eaten Would like to speak to someone

Awful meal

July 16, 2023 -- I do not like to complain, but this needs to be said. We have gone to Outback Steakhouse for many years and enjoyed going, but for the last 5 years, we have not been able to because of issues. We decided to go on our 55th wedding anniversary, and the dinner was not like it used to be. The Victory Filet Mignon and lobster were not like we used to have. The filet was about ¾ thick if that, and the lobster was probably something they should have released to grow a little more. We asked to have the meat medium rare but not mooing, and she said that they run bloodier, so we order medium, and it came well done and differently overcooked. We didn't mind paying $$$$ for a good meal, BUT that was not a good meal. It tasted like an old cut of meat. I had a baked potato with everything, and it came with hardly anything on the potato. We were totally disappointed with our meal. But we do want to mention that the waitress was very friendly and attentive.

Disgusting meal

The restaurant has never read the message sent to them, nor have they ever tried to contact me, they just don’t give a rats butt about their customer or their horrible food.

Are used to travel a lot as a project manager for the government, I always made a point of eating at outback steakhouse us. I went last night to the outback steakhouse in Westlake and the food was disgusting. The steak was cooked completely wrong. The shrimp on the Barbie look like they were the size of mussels and dried up. The only good thing I could see was the bartender whose name was London was very pleasant. I really really miss the beautiful steaks and service that outback steakhouse used to reward me with. I will not go back to outback ever again. Sayonara, M. Moore

Racial profile Bad customer service with racial profile.

Total distress back in racial profile. Security guard threatened me to call the police before. I can even pay for my bill. I believe on everything I love and charlie's will be calling. If you want to call me back, but that's a racial profile. You go stand over my fool and make me pay for something. And I'm not finished eating. That is profile and I want to say eventual policy. That's your policy, but I've never been treated at your establishment. Like that ever ever. And if that person don't like the job they should be fired

Complaint food service management

EaArrived at Outback Steakhouse in Fayetteville NC. Arrived at 6 pm table 13 SvrCk 12 party of 3 on 7/12/2023. No prompt service ordered our drinks and a appetizer. Appetizer came out burnt full of grease. Did not receive our drinks until at least 15 min after appetizer. Meal order had been placed, while waiting ran out of tea told will be bringing refills, meals arrived no refills. Lobster Mac and cheese cold to touch. The 12 oz Ribeye was ordered rare it came well done. Still no refills on drinks, no one checked back over 20min approximately. Waiter came back ask him to take away the Ribeye and told him it was well done, I did not want another one due to my guest already eating and the time it took the meals to get to the table. Water came back said manager was coming to speak with me.I did not ask for the manager, however the table behind me did they were having service issues. Manager came and stated they were recooking the steak? I ask for rare so if they recooked it, the steak was going to be Well Well done. I stated I did not want another steak for reasons as stated previously. Refills for *** arrived at the table and they were someone elses order. Manager came back and again, she then ask if I wanted a fresh steak cooked. I declined and ask for the bill. I did not ask for any compensation, I just wanted to pay and leave. The manager came back with the bill and had took off the Ribeye and appetizer. I told her that was not necessary I intended on paying my bill. She said that she took it off as a courtesy. I paid the bill no tip was left due to the vast unprofessional service and attitude of staff. This was a very fitting evening for me and my relatives for tomorrow morning I will be burying my mother. I thank your establishment for making a very difficult situation worse. I will not be returning or frequenting your establishments again nor will I recommend it to others. Horrible experience

We had a party of 15 Saturday June 24 so to start so many mistakes were made drinks were missing not everyone had burnt steak however I did when I wanted to complain no manger came on top of that ordered a to go order that steak was so burnt I took a picture did not eat it (my husband) baked potato had nothing no butter nothing ordered loaded tryed to call was on hold over 15 minutes hung up on second time simply horrible.

Steaks not good

Prime Rib over cooked and the Manager said the cook overcooked all because he had the oven to high, didnt have time to get something different. They didnt want to really help, they would just stay away, The other couple I was with orders steaks med well and they were cremated. Also, I just think the cook Was over cooking everything

Poor service

On Sunday June 18 while traveling from Panama City home we stopped for lunch at Dothan Alabama location. We were seated at 1143 for a party of 12. Our drink order was taken and appetizers and we received those quickly. Our waitress dark haired with black framed glasses was the rudest most incompetent person Ive ever met. Never gave her name but continued to tell us how many shifts this made her in the last 7 days, that it wasnt her section and walked away multiple times to check in her section while taking our food order. Walked away 3 times saying her computer wasnt working, when my son asked if the meatloaf was good she said no its disgusting Im not sure what they do to it but its nasty. Someone asked if they could change their drink to a Dr Pepper instead of Coke she said no Ive already put it in. When the salads came we were brought a chopped salad that we didnt order and told the girl we didnt order that salad and here comes rude waitress telling us not to make the girl cry and that we did order that salad and refused to hear us say no maam we did not order a chopped salad. Now keep in mind weve been sitting here since 1142, at 115 we had no food no more bread and refills were slammed down in the table. I had basically had enough and was tired of hearing the kitchen is slow its our busiest day (looking at over half the restaurant is empty) and that she was standing at the kitchen entrance just waiting on our food. I asked another girl if I could speak to a a manger, this girl was extremely polite and said yes maam I will get someone for you. Here came Ms Rude and said managers are busy what do you need. My exact words were I need to speak to the manager and I received the following response the manager is a she and she is busy. I was very angry at this point and responded with I dont care how your manager identifies and I didnt specify their gender I asked for THE manger: A man comes out in an apron and apologies that we had been waiting almost two hours at this point and that he was having to work the grill due to being short handed but would go look for our order. Miraculously cold food starts to appear so it was definitely back there this entire time, my daughter n law got the wrong entree salad again, two kids didnt get their food for another almost 30 minutes and it was streaming hot so it had never been made to begin with. The female manager came out and apologized and explained they only had 3 servers that day and yes I was rude I told her I was tired of hearing excuses that I work in healthcare work short handed but we never ever place that stress or responsibility on our customers. I did apologize for being rude. She comped our bill and we were not asking for that we offered to pay because we did eventually get food. Ms Rude not once apologized for anything was trying to do our bill when the manager walked up and said she comped it the waitress stated and I quote as she crumpled up the tickets good because you all have been a mess, REALLY!!! miss I smell of liquor and wouldnt smile if you handed her a gold brick!!! Never will I recommend or darken the door of this facility. All members of the staff were polite and accommodated our concerns except Ms Rude: If you wanna ruin your business keep her employed. Horrible person I truly believe she didnt place our ordered in full and accurately and she was truly a horrible person. Marlene Lake Berea Kentucky

Complaint about food

We decided to try Outback Steakhouse again after many months & were very disappointed in the downturn in the quality of the food. Filet was tough & chewy, not at all the consistency of a decent filet. The chili was halfway decent & tasty, but also tough & chewy. The bread was rather stale & even upon getting a fresh batch wasn't very good.

Refusal of Service

On 5/7/2023 at the Jackson MI Outback Steakhouse, my wife ordered a Filet to be cooked medium which we asked to have some pink but no red. The first delivery was well done and had no pink. We sent it back and the second was cooked by the owner himself, and my wifes steak was delivered medium rare and had red in the middle. My wife complained and the owner came and sat with her. My wife was not rude or disrupting, there was nothing unsafe about our quiet discussion, we were dining around 1pm on a Sunday during normal business hours, there was no rowdy behavior, and we were both dressed in business casual attire. The owner said that my wife sends her steak back to be recooked every time we eat at his Outback and she disagreed. My wife correctly stated she sends the steak back when not cooked medium with pink but no red in the middle which is maybe half of the time she orders Filet at the Jackson MI Outback. The owner said we could keep the meal with no charge but to leave the restaurant afterwards. My wife asked politely if they would please cook the medium rare steak to medium and the owner refused to correctly cook the filet. They would not give us a bill for the meal so we gave a $20 tip to the waitress. I asked the waitress if this meant we could not come back to Outback to have a meal and she said she did not know. She went to the Owner and asked him and was told we were not to come back to the restaurant. My wife and I have been married for 50 years and have never before been refused service. I strongly feel that yesterday the owner of the Outback steakhouse used his position of authority to selectively not put up with taking the time and effort to correctly deliver a medium filet to a complaining woman wanting a medium filet. To refuse service because we asked for and did receive a medium filet and then complained was extremely excessive on the part of the owner.

Poorest Place In My Opinion

Hello, We hope all is well with you and yours. Our visit to Outback in Springfield, PA was a crap show and a reason we will not go back. My wife ordered our dinner and they told us 20 minutes. I did some errands and showed up 35 minutes later and gave the girl my name. I waited 30 minutes and kept asking do you have an order for Joe and kept getting told theyre wrapping it up. When I got there several people were waiting and one guy said good luck. It was down to me and another man and he kept asking for an order for Kevin. They handed him an order and said it was prepaidZ He got his order and ten mins later returned with a ripped back saying it was the wrong order. They finally found HIS order and he owed $70 which he paid. A woman came out ask asked what name I was waiting for and I told her Joe. She came back and said there was no order for Joe. I showed her my iPhone note of our order. She went in and came out with our order of cold food, saying it was under Lisa. What the *** I ended up paying $67.27 for a bag of cold food. My wife asked for extra Caesar dressing and which we did not get. We will NEVER use Outback again. I said previously we wouldnt when we had really bad service and wrong items, but thought wed give Outback another try. What a huge mistake.

Complaint

I visited your restaurant in Cleveland ohio. I am from Columbus ohio. We had just got our food. It was way late. We waited a long time for our food. Our waitress never came to our table. When our food came out a man brought it to our table. My daughter's food was cold. So she took it back to the back and warmed it up by the microwave. I was still eating my food. And she asked me do I want a to-go box. My daughter had just got her food back from the microwave. How I know it was microwaved. It came back too fast. The same food. She was rude and would not refill our drinks she was not a good waitress I would never visit that restaurant again. And y'all don't have a customer complaint line where I can address this to a live person. We want some type of reprimand some type of gift card something. We paid $200 for our meal just to be rushed out the door soon as we got our food she asked us do we want to go box crazy right

Presentation of food in carryout

I spent $50.85 for two meals and 1 dessert for carryout. The presentation (appearance0 of all three items was disgraceful Looked nothing at all like pictured in a menu. The TimTam Brownie was the most disgusting of all. Especially for $10.49. I thought I had received the wrong item when I opened the box. And on top of that, I was shorted one biscuit.
