I have tried to find where to cancel automatic renewal and didnt receive confirmation Tried canceling subscription cant seem to get that done I wanted to talk to someone but that isnt even an option How does someone get to talk to a live person???

Cancelled over a year ago and still charged. I tried email but the form doesnt work. I tried calling and there is a constant busy tone.

My account was canceled and Our Time dating service charged me anyway. I canceled my subscription a week ago. In my settings on my IPhone it shows my subscription with Our Time was canceled. Now I had to contact Apple customer services for them to get my refund. I will not use Our Time dating services again. Ive used Our Time 2 different times and did not have a problem till now.

A total money waster comparing to J4Date.com
Dont hand over your bank details to Ourtime! Its nothing but a ghastly rip off! They overcharge you, they put you on automatic renewal and they dont let you cancel. My search for wife was finished on J4Date.club - I found just what I was looking for. She is exactly my type of lady and I am more than happy! This is what happens when you search on a legit site. So I encourage everyone to stop wasting your time on Ourtime. They are only good at emptying your pockets! Dont try to make it work its rotten!

I paid for an additional month with extras. Since I did that I am unable to log in ever! Very frustrating. I am a unhappy customer. Your customer service is a joke. There is no customer service.

I cancelled but I got charged for renewal
I was charged for renewal. I cancelled my subscription approximately June 20th or so. The confirmation number for my cancellation request is 202361****633520 please let me know as soon as possible. Also, it is so hard to get hold of customer service for ourtime it is totally pathetic. You collect money so quick but hard to get hold of you.

Im unimpressed and underwhelmed by my experience on Ourtime. Not only did I lose my time, but also they charged me for the full year, although I have never subscribed for it. I only used free trial, but as it turned out it was not free at all. I know some great dating sites like J4Date.club I met women from there in the past so I know how a legit dating site works. Ourtime works in a completely different way and I would say they operate on disingenuous business model. I should have not got engaged with them. There are a lot better options so I clearly dont recommend Ourtime.
