Otterbox for Galaxy S10
My Otterbox is falling apart. The rubber piece to push in on the right-side fell out and I cannot turn my phone on without using a pen. Please advise me. I need help.

Great company great products great warranty
Customer service is also great but long hold time to speak with them, it took 30 minutes to speak with someone. The service was fast and professional once someone was online with me. Shipping time could be better, but overall my experience was positive. I will buy from them again.

This is the third screen saver that has cracked , you recommend a otterbox defender case which I purchased and the green saver still cr was cracked again. I need a screen saver with better quality.

I recently purchased an Otterbox for my 12.9 inch iPad Pro (5th generation). Apparently, the case came with a black piece that flaps open. Well, that black piece fell off and idk when I tried to reattach it, it will not stay, nor will it reattach correctly. My daughter took the iPad, it fell off again and it got misplaced. My question is, is there a way I can order that piece?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. A customer service representative admonished me but agreed reluctantly to waive the replacement shipping cost.
She was very condescending and lectured me that this would be the last time they would waive any shipping costs. Not a very good representative for OtterBox.

I spoke to a young lady who was very condescending when I asked her to waive the $9.95 shipping cost on my warranty OtterBox replacement ipad case. I explained that I live in a nursing home and the shipping cost is out of reach for me. She admonished me that she would do me this favor but in the future the shipping cost would have to be paid by me. I have no credit card or ability to pay them.

Question answered satisfactorily about the side vibrate switch being exposed on the iPhone 14 pro max without the flap I was used to with the defender pro antimocrobial case on the Xr Kieran (sp?) very courteous and attentive to my bombardment of yeah, but questions fired off on the responses to the previous question(s)

Poor fulfillment and poor support on web pages
First, I needed to replace a Symmetry case for my Iphone Pro 11 Max and the offerings were almost non-existent. Second, the web pages show many colors of the case but when you dug deeper "Out of Stock" flags appeared for the majority of them. Finally I settled on a case and Otterbox send me a Samsung case. Moreover the packing information had the wrong order number. On the web pages to request a return there was not a reason selection for "Wrong Item". I am very disappointed

Replacement case iPhone XR doesn't fit
I placed a replacement for iPhone XR and it does not fit. Im flying out of town in 18 hours and have to purchase a new case before leaving town. Im very disappointed and this will force me to make another store purchase on an item that has lifetime warranty!!! Not satisfied at all!!! I only received 2 replacement pieces instead of 3. Additionally. It does not fit!!!
