Very bad experience
They are not doing scheduled maintenance on time due to everyday we are facing troubles. Technical support is too much pathetic.

Lift Operating Buttons are Very Loose and not properly working, Working time the noice also came

Repeated Issue In Lift _ Building No. 91575 and bad response from area manager
Hi Otis Team, My building ID is 91575 (C 52 Ram Dutt Enclave - West Delhi). Please note that from the day of handover, I have been facing a lot of issues in lift. Area Supervisor responses are also not good. Also no reply from Customercare.india@***.com. I regret that I have chosen the OTIS brand for my building on the basis of brand image. Please take this matter seriously as there is one Asthma Patient in the building. Hope at least you will take this matter on top priority. Thanks!! Regards Dishant Sharma 837781****

Unsatisfactory Products and after Sales - Service
There are 10 (Ten) Otis Lift / Elevators has been installed in our residential complex Ekta Floral, 27, Christopher Road, Kolkata 700046 (India) There are five blocks / buildings in the complex having 14 - 16 floors and 6 - 7 flats on each floor. Two Otis Lifts has been installed in each building. We are sorry to write that Not a single resident / owner of our complex is satisfied with the quality / services of OTIS Lift / Elevators. Most of the time, even we can say that every time we have to face problems due to Non working of 2-3 Elevators out of 10.

Misbehaviour of your employee
I purchased 2 lift from the company for my hotel project and which has to be start by 10 November as my hotel opening is on 15 November I talked to Mr. Ankush Adkene one of your service employee earlier about hotel opening and given him ultimate time limit to start the lift by 15 September, and it has not started till now. When I called, Mr. Ankush didn't answer my call properly, rather he misbehaved with me and talked very rudely. It was unexpected from your company, and also it was the worst experience I faced. I request you to take strict action against him and solve my problem immediately.

NO ANSWER - THEN I CALLED BACK ON MY LINE, AND GOT A VOICE MAIL THAT SAID BOX WAS NOT ACCEPTING ANY NEW MESSAGES.

People stuck in elevator over an hour
Otis said their ETA was 90 minutes! Totally unacceptable!

Otis sold our buildings HOA a four year worthless maintenance package.
I am a new board member and recently accepted the Treasurer position for a high rise condo with elevators, so old none can find parts. Well they must have seen my predecessors coming because somehow no one had a problem getting them to buy the most expensive maintenance package that does not cover obsolete parts. So now we are further advised to buy new elevators. Would you like to guess who we are obligated to buy from?Otis company has grown sop big, none can find anyone else.
