Our updated mirror wasn't working. Submitted an email through here and Osmo contacted me that day. 20 mins into our conversation my problem was fixes and my child was enjoying the program. I am extremely happy with the result and will continue using this company in the future.

I have been attempting to return the item I purchased and it is taking a long time. The company has a generous refund policy although it seems as though they are asking me to repeat my reasons for return. They were stated clearly twice in the email I responded to.

Very terrible Support once. You buy the whole package, then you have to buy $100 monthly subscription to even use it

I have been satisfied with everything osmo so far but I do find their website hard to navigate at times.
I emailed about my account credits and was thrilled that it was resolved within 24 hours. They gave me no trouble about extending my date and were very kind.

Games not working with starter kit
Not only is this company incredibly hard to get ahold of. My son's unit is still not working and the company has done nothing to help me fix the issue. I would NEVER recommend this product to any. Ever!

Got a duplicate package - Mailing Problem
Hello - I complained in December (around Dec. 9th) that the packaged I ordered did not come in time (needed it by Dec. 15th). The package was evidently "lost" according to your email responses back to me. So, you sent me a duplicate of the package so I could get it on time. A week ago I got the original package after getting the package you sent before Dec. 25th. I notified you via email about what to do with this package but did not hear back... This is the 2nd email so hoping I can get a response. Now I have the extra package which I do not need. What should I do with this package? Missing Part of Order
I only received part of my order, but order status says the order has been complete. I ordered the pre-k byju learning premium kit:Disney; however, I only received the osmo base and nothing is else. $160 for something that I already have. Only ordered the Osmo base because they didnt offer the workbooks outside of the kit but this is ridiculous!

The Genius Game didnt come with the red reflector that is needed to play the games..
OPENED THE BIX AND NO REFLECTOR PIECE WAS GIVN TO PLAY THE GAMES...GREAT PRESENT FOR MY SON...TOO BAD HE CANT PLAY WITH IT..WASTE OF $80!!!
