Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. I called oriental trading company from pissed consumer and spoke with a very nice lady called Marge.
She had the package resent by air, and it arrived on the 20th. I’m very pleased.

Money refunded for audobon bird house
House too small for birds to land on the perch. Raccoons ripped off the perch in 3 days, and breached the roof.

Update - Oriental Trading came thru after initial post
No email to reply to? Reviews will not go thru? 403 error, what only take 5 star reviews. Oh, the birdfeeder is trash. /// Michelle called us and got right on it. Full refund for a bird feeder that would not feed birds but was easily breached by raccoons first night.

Quality of purchase
I returned the items purchased due to the VERY poor quality of the product. Because OT would not provide a postage paid return label I had to pay for the return myself. The initial purchase price w/ shipping was $20.33. I had to pay $15.59 for the return!!!! If I had used the original packaging that the items came in it would have cost over $30! The reason being because the cost of the initial shipping is a bulk rate. I called numerous times to get this resolved. Bottom line is OT will not provide return shipping!! And that is why Amazon is so successful!!!!

The items are cheap looking and they charge you a lot for shipping and then if you need to return it they will ask you to pay for it. I bought an item worth $2.50 and I paid almost $7.50 in shipping. But when the item arrived it looks so cheap and not as expected and they want me to pay for shipping the item back. It would cost me more to pay the shipping than the item I bought. This is lesson learned next time try to order from reputable online store like Amazon or ebay. Avoid this online store.

Temporary Workers are Not Human
I work for a temp service and I work very hard for OTC and as I work and sweat they are more interested in getting extras. That is good but on the backs of a unsung workers, the temporary workers. I don't even get a good morning or a Hello, how are you. We are like slaves. And the funny thing about this company it is own by Buffett. On the backs of temps. For Shame.

I placed an important order that they canceled without notifying me. When I called to find out details they made up lies and said I called the next day to place a hold on the item and then cancel it. I never contacted them. This is the reason why they are loosing their business to amazon. Treating your customer indifferently and make up lies when you make mistakes. Just terrible. I don’t think I will ordering from them again. I will be going to their competitors who care about their costumers. If you need an order, if it’s important then don’t use this company.
