Tater Tots where poor quality not like those in the past way smaller and texture is way different

Ora Ida golden steak fries
Today I bought a bag of Ora Ida golden steak fries for dinner, but when I opened the bag some of them were black, so I took a picture and would like to send it to you. Upon looking for a phone number on the bag I noticed a slit on the bottom. I'm telling you this in case there are other bags that have slits in them at other stores.

Black spots on hash brown potatoes
I used to always purchase Ore-Ida Diced Hash Browns. I noticed during the pandemic the quality of the potatoes dropped severely! Lots of bad spots in the potatoes used. But then the quality seemed to improve after the pandemic receded. But lately, I've begun to see the bad spots in the potatoes used again. When you purchase an item for convenience, it loses its convenience when you have to sort through all the individual cubes of potatoes to cull out the bad ones. I have always previously depended upon the convenience of these potatoes for use in soups, breakfasts, and even potato salad. It has rapidly become inconvenientand nasty. Oh, and dont bother trying to notify Ore-Ida of any complaints. They offer the option but after you spend 30 inputting the information, you will just get an error messagesno matter how many times you try. Cant help but feel thats intentional!

Extra crispy tater tots were not normal size they were so small like they were put in the wrong bag.
We have always bites extra crispy tater tots but was disappointed when they were mini & mini was not on the bag was this a mistake from the company? Not a happy camper.

I received sticker shock when I went to buy a 5 pound bag of Tater Tots. The purchase price had increased by $3.00. I am extremely disappointed with your company. There is no way I am going to$9.99 for abag of Tater Tots. You have lost me as. a customer.

Diced Hash Browns
Purchased two bags for a special breakfast recipe and it was a bag of literally potato dust...no actual pieces of potato. How can you in good conscience sell this garbage? We buy these on a regular basis and choose you over store brand, paying more we expect better.

Recent purchased package of Crispy Crowns after a long dry spell of them at grocery store. Deep fried them as usual and they came out like the crown had exploded into tiny little pieces of soggy hash browns. Oil-soaked tiny chunks of potato. The package said best by 02 Sept 24. Cn34822P 50343 Been eating these for many years as they are my favorite. Cooked them the exact same way all those years and never had this happen.

Bought a large bag of tator tots. Deep fried them and they fell apart. They were just a pile of crispy pieces. Never had an issue before. Would not buy them again.

Homestyle Steam and Mash Potatoes
First time I tried your Homestyle steam and mash potatoes they were handy and good. Next two times there were parts that had a weird stringy like texture I had to spit out. I won't be buying them again.

Opened Three bags of hash browns threw them in a huge pan and start pulling out blue pieces of glass Cannot complete the meal had to throw the whole entire three bags into the trash to figure out what else to make for the party This is the first time Ive ever had a problem with this company and I will not stop buying from them always loved their products and will continue using them Not much else to say but thank you for your time and your quick response to this matter I cannot send it until I use up 100 more words so Im just gonna keep talking until its done

What the actual heck
I didn't buy diced crinkle cut about hash browns or so I thought imagine my surprise when I opened the bag and there was nothing but cut up crinkle cut I can do that my damn self I paid extra for hash browns. I'm happy to provide pictures of my diced up crinkle cut french fries. I love crinkle cut french fries but that's not what I was looking for.

This product is over priced for the taste it leaves in your mouth. I purchased a big bag of tater tots and they tasted freezer burnt .
My big bag of tater tots tasted so gross. I tried to cover the taste with several different sauces and it just didn't help a bit.
