Unit not working properly

You recently sent me an Orbit model 91896 Irrigation control unit. It is a 6 zone control unit. Unfourtuntely the zone 6 is not working. I phone a while ago and was told to change the wires from zone 5 and zone 6 to see if that would work. It has not. I believe the zone 6 is not working, the unit must be faulty. I phone customer service today and was told I had to email you to get a replacement unit. Please send me a replacement unit and I will sent the faulty unit back to you for your inspection. Poor customer service person that returned my call then hung up!

Trying to download the app for the b-have XD Bluetooth 4 outlet hose faucet timer and I receive an error message about my credit card isn't supported by your platform. Why do I have to provide a credit card when there is no charge?

Leaking syphon control values.

I have been installing these values for years.no problems. Recently I have been having pin holes in the top assembly. When the valve is open the pin hole leaks, in some cases I have replaced the entire valve assembly and sometimes just the top assembly. It is becoming expensive. All the valves have been purchased at Roseville CA, Home Depot. Scott Van Wagner

B hyve keeps disconnecting from the internet

Ashton, at customer service, was very helpful and was able to remotely connect to our b-hyve system and performed a software update. Hopefully that will fix the issue of the b-hyve continually disconnecting from the internet. Time will tell. Ashton also told me to monitor the system and if the problem continues to call back to initiate a warranty claim. He was very efficient and helpful. Great job Orbit on his hire! The first customer service call I had was a disconnect and I had to start the process over, but Ashton was worth the wait.

Terrible company. Warranty web page is Useless!!

DoI have an Orbit Sprinler Timer with a 6 year warranty that broke after 1 year. Website is useless!! No place to put info in and chat keeps saying end chat

She was amazingly patient and knowledgable

I had problem with schedule of sprinkle , it was so mixed up and was running two times a day, she helped me to clear all previous one and set all over again, won't pucec of Mind

Need a human Re: orbit sprinkler timer 6 year warranty.

Nothing happened. I wrote a letter and enclosed a copy of the box that shows 6 year warranty and date I received which is about 14 monthsJave not heard back!

Top piece is no longer water tight

I was unable to confirm if I had my products warranty accepted or dented for the one small piece I need to allow the system to work properly once again.

Additional Issues with b-hyve hub & hose timers (21005)

I spoke to Omar yesterday, and he practically solved my connectivity issues. Thanks Omar! I said I had additional issues (below) that I'd present later. If at all possible, please have Omar call me back or email. 1.Timer wont start manual watering on desired WiFi, only Bluetooth. 2.Last Watering in error: For several months, 3 hose timers show a never-changing 'Last Watering Date' of 'Nov 14 at 5:12 PM'. The 4th one always shows 'Not Scheduled'. I'm used to seeing valid Last Watering Dates. 3.Not clear on Rain % Chance & Depth "Minimum". Do I adjust higher or lower for more likely watering? (Note: Your explanation for Wind Delay Speed is clear, but your Rain Delay explanation is not clear)! 4.Two Flow Rates "0" a. Native and Backyard both: 0 GPM, b.Blueberry: 3.7, Courtyard: 4.7 GPM 5.No Sprinkler Type for "Micro Sprays" I was told to use Drip (1 in/hr), but I note 'Rotor' GPM is less (0.75 in/hr). Below what GPM flow is considered a Drip system, and above what GPM is considered Spray? 6.About half of my Timers Battery usage high; that is only 3-4 months. What is typical? How long would Lithium batteries last? 7. Why are there still "zones" for a b-hyve hose timer system? I can only water one "zone" with 1 timer! A couple of years ago, your tech support told me the app was "ported" over from the programming for other smart watering systems, and that a new version for b-hyve hose timers was "in the works". I have to click way too many times to get to the smart watering details for a particular timer, and it became worse (even 1 more click away) with more recent versions! Also, I have to enter names for the timers and zones separately.

JUNK!!!!!

Doesnt matter what I say its JUNK! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THERE STUFF. IF ITS FREE JUST THROW IT IN THE TRASH! YOU WILL THANK ME! After the second use it leaked out from the house fitting more then it did out the holes where the water should come out! Took it back got another one same thing happing and only half the holes let water out! LIKE I SAID JUNKKKKK

Flexible and comfortable but outside liners don’t hold the water pressure

Dont hold the water pressure in the waterline pops and busted and cant repair Please send stronger liners so garden hose that can hold the water pressure My order #643**** Order date-9/23/2022

Bonjour, jai acheté un noyau darrosage en tissus ultra robuste Fatimax le 09-19-22. Il est dans mon garage depuis ce temps et à lété utilisé uniquement pour laver ma voiture sur un pavé asphalté. À servi maximum entre 10 et 12 fois uniquement. Aujourdhui le 27 mai en lavant ma voiture, soudainement le noyau sest perforé près du bout où leau sort. Quelle déception! Ce noyau est neuf et je lavais acheté pour votre publicité indiquant quil était ultra robuste. Misled on my online purchase dated May 17th 2023, time / approximately 5pm Eastern

Consider this message a formal complaint lodged against your company! After three attempts of reaching your company by phone, I finally received a return call by your front line representative (Andy). I indicated to Andy that my technical skill were minimal at best and thus required his technical guidance in assisting me with my online purchase. Once at the product page, we identified the nozzles needed for my Saturn 111 sprinklers. The page indicated a package of 4 nozzles at a price of $3.45 USD. At that, I indicated to him that I needed several of these nozzles to replenish my inventory. He stated that the image found on site is merely a reflection of what I can expect to receive and that is I would receive 6 nozzles for each of the individual colored nozzles. Therefore, my expectation was a total of 24 nozzles. ( 6 / Black, 6 / Blue, 6 / Red, 6 / Green ) At this point, I asked Andy for his assurance that in spite of what was illustrated on the product page, that I would receive the 24 nozzles in question. He verbally assured me that this would be the case. What I received from Purolator yesterday was simply one package of 4 nozzles and not what was assured to me by Andy. My order # 3377 dated May 17, 2023 at 5:16PM Once in contact with your company, I was presented with your automated voice message stating that this call would be recorded for quality assurance purposes. Therefore, retrieving my recorded conversation with Andy will in fact, legitimize my complaint. So, the question is, what are you now prepared to do in resolving this issue? Sincerely, Vincent R.
