Poor product poor customer service poor response
I ordered the product and found it delivered o. The driveway wet through and damaged. The frame was warped and mouldy and the canvas soaked through. The images are very poor and blurry. Other sites notify you if you upload a blurry photo. The image I uploaded was 108mp so shouldn't have been an issue but is. I have tried to contact the company bit have received no response to any money so am now £55 down the drain and my father has no father's day present.

Wedding invitations delivered water damaged
My wedding invitations are ruined damp warped due to water damage. The delivery company Evri have admitted it was their couriers fault for leaving it out in the torrential rain! They have asked me to contact Optimal and explain that and for Optimalptint to contact Evri as Evri are contractually not allowed to contact them first. Unfortunately I am finding it difficult/impossible to do this either by phone or Optimalprints website. I dont really know what else I can do!

Good afternoon, i still havnt received any reply to my previous contact attenpts. My priduct was found damaged in the middle of the driveway and the frame is warped and mouldy, the canvas wet through. The pictire is also unbelievably blurry. Please respond. Regards Ian Wheelwright

I ordered a Photobook from Optimalprint and Im so pleased with it. I will use them in the future and would recommend this company for photobooks.

Canvas I received was not the premium quality I asked for and not mounted correctly on frame not very happy

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I contact the company several times and received to more items which were wrong.
Finally I got the right one printed and my money back. Thank you for your help.

After paying by credit card the Txt confirmation was sent to my home phone not my cell phone
My cell number is not shown on my order, the message said it was sent to the number of my land line phone
