Mass Pm Trial Review
Ordered free mass pm now recieving optimal stack as well which i did not order. $245 taken from my account that is now in debit. I am a disability pensioner i dont want these products and your ph. numbers are bogus. Cant contact anyone.

trial was supposed to be a once only supply of optimal stack,to get anymore should have to reorder. tried to ring aus/new Zealand number-Telstra said no such number..?? received two more deliveries--not ordered. looked at bank statement billed for 4 deliverys. 2 months of trying found a number in America to ring to cancel ..the number is from aus==001118****71471.---- they quoted me a cancelation number==639****== we will see.. after two payments from my credit card I cancelled the card and had a new one issued,one month later they had another payment on the new card ..I did not authorise or give them the new card number-- is there any way to get my payments to them reimbursed.??

Contact Phone Number for Optimal Stack
Hi everyone - I was sucked in like every body else but used the following phone number to contact Optimal Stack to cancel my subscription. For some reason I could not call them using a land line but when I used my cell phone it went straight through to a rep who was very good and even gave me a cancellation Number for my own records. Number is for the USA - 001 86* 757 **** - I called from New Zealand so the first part of the number (001) is the international code for the US. If calling from outside the US then you have to call them in Eastern Daylight Time for the US between 0900hrs to 1700hrs or you will just get a recorded message. Hope this helps.

Optimal Stack - Free trial
I filled my details on their website & then got to the next page for payment details. I luckily! read the "fine print" & did NOT agree to the conditions of their "so called free trial", so I did NOT enter any credit card details!!!. I then deleted the request & got off their website. I did a google search to check out any reviews available & came across your website. Whilst reading the alarming reviews about a SCAM!, I get a call on my mobile from a lady saying she is from Optimal Stack in Colorado USA, & I have been selected for a "free trial"!! & basically wanting my credit card details to send me my order. I told her I changed my mind & did not agree with the T&Cs, & I was currently reading about reviews of a SCAM. She immediately hang up!!! I tried to call back on the Australian No. given & it is NOT connected!!!. Thank you "Pissed Consumer" website. To my fellow consumers get in touch with your Bank to BLOCK their payments or CANCEL your credit card No & order a new one!

Ordered the free trial of optimal stack and instantly got a call from a foreign guy who told me that optimal stack works better when used with some other mass product. I agreed to pay the postage for both of the products and didn't receive a thing after a month. I thought nothing of it and it was only a few dollars that I lost so I wasn't too concerned. Then to my utter disgust I checked my bank one day and the scamming lowlife had taken $114 out of my account and the f@***d thing is that I still haven't received anything and that was weeks ago. What the actual fk, you can't even get a hold of them using the numbers they advertise on their website. I want my *** money back for the products I never received you scamming c@***s

How do I contact them? The number given to me is not connected. They have started deducting money from my account which I never authorised. They sent me the stuff after I cancelled and now have started taking monthly payments from me. I will have to cancel my bank account to stop this. Is there someone out there that can help me because I am desperate. I have high blood pressure and am unable to take these supplements. There is no email address on their website and the number does not work so I have no way to stop this rort.

Completely ripped off, paid for a Optimal Stack trial and got sucked into buying Mass PM, went onto a subscription payment which I promptly cancelled following their instructions, unlucky for me they squeezed in one more delivery which I now need to send back to get a refund What I wasnt told was that Mass PM is also a different company who are very difficult to contact, over $100 a month disappearing from my account with no luck yet stopping it Got a very abrasive woman when I tried complaining to Optimal Stack lecturing me on how Mass PM and Optimal Stack are different companies and they take no responsibility even though the product was ordered and delivered as a package The product itself is rubbish, Optimal Stack and Mass PM are a complete scam and waste of time and money Sad that this was promoted through CNN.com and Mens Health Australia, frustrating to get ripped off by a product featured on these sites

Optimal Stack Rip Off
I paid postage for a fee trial of Optimal Stack. I checked my accounts last week and realised that the company has taken out two lots of NZ$250 dollars out of my account without my consent for the last two months. I am struggling to get in contact with the company. I will go to the bank on Monday to cancel my card to stop the payments coming out. ABSOLUTE SCAM - stay clear! Something needs to be done about this company as it seems that I am not the only one who has been ripped off. There are no ingredients identified on the container and as of yet have not opened the bottles to try the dodgy product. An expensive lesson!

i ordered the bottle and read all the T&C. I was charged full price to my credit card 3 days later. Not 18 like what they had stated. I tried to call them and get this reversed after sending it back on the 6th day. they won't budge. so don't wast your time. $104 for a bottle that doesn't do ***. WOW. *** crooks!! And to be stated in mens health magazine where i first saw it, unreal!!! If anyone has heard of anything worse about this company please let me know. I have 4 people that have contacted me about this company that will take it to the law and have some deep pockets. thanks.
