Delivery is to slow, with no updates

waiting over a week for delivery and no updates on where my item is? Also they never have items in stock

No stock, no answer, no way!

Slow to respond and slower to ship. Their FREE shipping is slower than Pony Express... EXCUSES. They really do NOT understand customer service. Of 20 different online stores I use, they are absolutely the worst. I will NEVER order from them again!

Charges attempted

Hi, my name is Carol Aderholt. I dont know how but someone is trying to use my cash app card often to try to make purchases from your website. Since i keep my card locked always they have not succeeded. I wondered if there is a way to get anymore information to see who is responsible. The latest attempt was just yesterday.

Did not stand behind a broken pair of glasses

Useless customer service. Lied about not being able to help me. Refused to give me manufacturers info, even after they pawned of the failed item onto the manufacturers. Stick with Amazon or someone else

Charges

I continue to get these charges to my cashapp from this company. It's a good thing I've started to not leave cash in there too long and not too much. It's frustrating this continues to happen. The Company called and said they're looking into this, I supplied screenshots of the charges but no return reply yet!

Received a call back from OpticsPlanet

I received a call back from OpticsPlanet and after explaining that I'm seeing them trying to take money from me, the Rep explained to me they don't accept CashApp. I said OK, but it's your name on the money that's being tried to be taken from my Acct. She said to me, the Rep...I suggest you close out your card. So in other words...someone has the ability to get a card/acct in their name and scam ppl and they say close out your card?? Wtf help is that?

Fraud

I'm receiving attempts from this company trying to take money our of my CashApp Account. I've never ordered anything. I called them and they advised they know this is happening but it's not them, and they don't accept CashApp. They offered Dont Order from this Compsny no other recourse or resolve other than what they stated above.

Bad experience

My husband ordered from them, it said they had it in stock, he used my bank account card, it took out of the bank the moment he ordered it, a few days go by and he checks the status of the order, it now says they are out of the item it will be a awhile before they get it in stock, so he cancels the order, three days go by and the money is still not put back in the back account. So I (the wife calls, due to him working late all the time, my name is on the card he used) the lady said she cant help me due to my name not being on the order (again I am the wife and on the card used) so I ask to speak to her boss she said okay she leave me on hold for twenty minutes than comes back to the line, and says okay Im going to transfer you to a manager, I was like okay I thought you already did, so she had me holding for no reason, Ive now been waiting for two hours on hold just to speak to some else than guess what they hung up on me!!! Didnt even say hello just hung up.

They contribute to the left wing attempt to restrict 2A rights in California

After spending thousands of dollars with optics planet and Dvor (same company) between November and now, I attempted to purchase a complete upper receiver from optics planet and 5 days later I got an email falsely claiming that California prohibits the shipment of upper receivers to non FFL addresses which is absolutely 100% BS! That is not a California law and my county (Kern County) is very much pro 2A and does not have any laws restricting these purchases. Our rights are already being infringed on too much for it to be acceptable for a company within our industry, a company that should be fighting for our rights, to be tyrants themselves and refuse to fully support the second amendment and refuse to make a legal sale to a legal and law abiding citizen. A few months later I had momentarily forgotten Dvor was a part of Optics Planet and out of excitement I jumped on one of their deals for another upper and once again, 5 days later the order was cancelled but this time they didnt issue the refund for nearly 2 weeks after I called. I tried to speak with someone about their false claims of that not being a lawful sale but the girl said theirs nobody for me to complain to. Sure thats what I was doing but I was also arguing for our gosh dang rights so F her for saying that and Ill never support their left wing supporting companies again!

Update:After 3 trips to the Post Office in attempt to get them ro hold my order there I was able to pick it up yesterday.One of their Customer Service supervisors called me and gave me a $89 discount on my order. She also told me that if the Post Office wasn't able to...

I ordered barrel and reflex sight for my new Sig P365XL. I gave my PO Box as the shipping address but was informed they could not ship to a PO Box. I then gave them my physical (home) address and explained that this address does not receive USPS deliveries. I received an email acknowledging the new address and was told my order would not be shipped via USPS. Today I received a shipping notification saying my order was shipped out via USPS. I called customer service and after being put on hold for 15 minutes I was able to ask a customer service rep how they would resolve this. She basically said there was nothing they could do except wait for the package to return to them. Once it was returned they could either reship it or give me a refund which would probably take weeks. At this point I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one would get back to me within 48 hours. So nothing is resolved. They have tied up over $500 of my hard earned money. That's a Iot of money to me and probably just a drop in the bucket for them. Guess it's their policy to make their customers pay for their Shipping and Customer Service Departments' mistakes. I've been their loyal customer for many years, but no more. Update: After 3 trips to the Post Office in attempt ro get them ro hold my order there I was able to pick it up yesterday. One of their Customer Service supervisors called me and gave me a $89 discount on my order. She also told me that if the Post Office wasn't able to keep my order from being sent back they would ship out a replacement with overnight shippin free of charge. All in all I guess I'm satisfied with the response I received from the Supervisor. But the snafu between their Shipping department and the customer service rep I originally dealt with was totally unacceptable. As of now I will probably give them another chance on future purchases.
