They are worst than ever
I have completed several surveys right up til the very end longer time periods than advertised and they tell me I either didn't qualify or they reached the amount of needed participants. So I wasted hours for no reward while they got my answers. I successfully completed an online daily food diary more than six weeks ago and I still haven't received my 30 reward. Contacted their very *** poor CS twice and they tell me to send them proof. SO I sent them the link that I got showing I completed the task and then they ghost me.SCAMMERS

I need to know how I can change my telephone number. I have my landline number listed and want to change it to my cell number. Sometimes when I want to redeem my points I get a message about mobile code number. I have contacted this company 3 times and I still have not received an answer. I have been a customer for years and this is the first problem I have had.

No access to survey
Total scam. They will take your personal information likely to steal your identity. Spent hours answering surveys. 2 points away from earning my first card and they are offering me no more surveys. Website gives phone number, goes to answering machine that says mailbox full. Email link goes nowhere. Chatbot says they will research and get back to me and no response. This company is a total scam.

Unable to get ahold of customer service
I had the same issue with e-rewards last week and since the website layouts look very similar, I'm assuming that they are owned by the same company. I need to get ahold of someone to change my phone number in order to verify my account and redeem rewards because they have an old number that I no longer have access to. So now I have $10 in rewards in my account that I'm unable to access. I sent them an email and have received no response.
