No help

I tried numerous times to OpenTable that my account does not come up as my name. It comes up as someone elses name Joanna Sullivan. I have no idea who she is but I did see that she lives in New York. I am in Atlanta. I cannot connect to my account so I deleted my app you can help me that would be great. If not, I will not longer use OpenTable.

Cannot reach live person

trying to get back 20,000 points that WERE NOT used at restaurant after rescheduling but went on wrong date - so restaurant did not accept coupon! chatbox cannot help / your help.opentable.com didn't help your phone # is incorrect in your customer service contact us site! its a cluster! please have someone contact me

Customer service - cannot reach live person

I need to speak to a live rep regarding the 20k points that were not used at the restaurant and need to be informed how to reuse them at a different restaurant or put back lnto my account for future! I cannot get thru to live person and chatbot is NO helps whatsoever.

A misunderstanding with a worker from the restaurant and the registered reservations

When I have called the restaurant to reserve my seats for my birthday celebration, I informed the lady that I am aiming for about 14 women. When she explained to me to make sure that all 14 will be present, I let her know that it would be safe to note a reservation of 4 and if more people came along, I would let her know. She sent the email which I confirmed to her. She informed le for any changes to let her know more than 48 hours to prepare the pastries. We arrived today and a few ladies had to cancel for death, work, stolen phone, so stranded abroad. The new worker informed me that I needed to pay. I checked my emails to find out that there were reservations for 4 and changed to 14 without my knowledge.

Need to talk to customer service

I went to Rooneys on 7/18 and didnt use dining reward $10 for that lunch. I tried to call customer service whether I can get 100 points for 7/18 at Rooneys. Also if I can use $10 reward next time but impossible to talk to a person, auto answer keep hanging up on me when I called the customer service number Please advise.

Can’t change email

This is beyond frustrating- I cant change my email- I no longer have access to my email and have followed Ill the steps- i cant talk to anyone- this is ridiculous

You need to send confirmation of reservations. That did occur in the past! Why isn’t it happening now? I use your site often, and I wish to see a completed confirmation. Jay

Merge two accounts, I am not sure it was achieved!!! I want to cancel one of my accounts or merge the two. However I am unable to do that. One has 600 pt, the other 19,000.

Could a real person contact me...calling on the phone does not get me to a real person!!! I am a faithful customer, and use OpenTable frequently! If I can merge my two accounts(both have the same email), I will write a glowing review on social media!! Hopefully this can be resolved immediately!!

I've been locked out of OpenTable

I cannot get a reservation through OpenTable because Ive been locked out. I did not show up to two or three of the reservations, but I called Restaurant directly and told them that I did not know I had to Costco open table.

Defamation

I was a restaurant server in Great Falls Virginia. Chez Francois. An Open Table user Left a review about the restaurant service on opentable.com. This particular person described me as a racist. This is not true. It is either an inaccurate assumption or a flat out lie. When I complained about the review to Open Table. com, they treated me with disregard and disrespect and did not pursue any action that would determine whether or not the accusation was true. If they are not willing to investigate and not willing to take down a review after I have complained then opentable.com are despicable cowards. Have complained multiple times on the phone and have been refused access to any executives that have any authority at the company. After numerous complaints opentable.com has blocked me from calling their customer service or chatting to their customer service. I called from my friend's phone and asked them why they blocked me from calling customer service from my phone. They did not deny or admit. After that particular phone call I got a call from a private number on my own phone and an intimidating sounding voice that stop calling us you're wasting your time and we're going to do nothing about this period. I should assume that this was an executive from opentable.com . opentable.com has tried to intimidate me by calling me from private numbers. Despicable cowards@***.com will not allow me to argue my case. I want everyone in the world to know that opentable.com is no better than any other social media platform that allows people to defame others. I am not through complaining to opentable.com for the rest of my life the damage is done my restaurant career is over because of the racism allegation. opentable.com will not face me and tell me that I am a racist. Yet they will allow one of their users to do it and happily tell the world from their Joke of a platform. This is not about an overcooked steak or cold sauce. This is about being Defamed. opentable.com thinks this is a game. It is not a game to me and I will continue my quest to make sure that everyone in the world knows the shady business practices of a large corporation like Open Table.com. To call somebody from a private number and say stop calling is no less than criminal. I guess they don't understand that calling me and trying to intimidate me does not work. they have just made it worse

Booked restaurant found closed.

We booked restaurant Les Lévêque in Montreal yesterday, apr 6 2023. The booking was confirmed by email from OpenTable (confirmation no. 210988****). When we show up around 7:30 the whole restaurant was dark no light. This ruined our evening and we demand compensation. Please reply and explain!

You didn't respond

I made a reservation for a restaurant in Waterville Ohio the funds worth cocktail lounge. They called me 4 hours before the reservation to tell me that OpenTable was not authorized to make reservations for them. Yet I received a confirmation,2 confirmations from open table saying the reservation was made. I be notifying the Attorney General in the State of Ohio regarding what you have done.Thank you

Terrrible, unhelpful customer service

Made a reservation thru OT - and as plans changed tried to cancel it. Got the message that it is not possible to cancel thru the App. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times (7-8x) and no one picked up. So I gave up. After 3 days I see a no-show charge - no intimation, no receipt for charging 30$ - just happened to see randomly. This is such a *** way of doing business folks. I spoke to Customer Service on OT - no OT Phone number works - chatted with an agent - who said they can't help with the refund and they could only provide me with the phone numbers. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times - and go to the voicemail - no way of getting a person direct. So, finally I am out of $30 for a no-show fee - and OT fails to accept responsibility - they never warned me that I cannot cancel on the App when I booked and they can't help with the refund. Deleted my account with OT.

Refund for not providing service

Open table charged me 317 $ for reservation that restaurant canceled, nobody refund me my money,now the restaurant is closed ,open table don't give a chance to speak with some body to resolve this problem
