Malfunctioning tablet

This device has stopped working entirely. At first, it would go back and forth between the boot up screen and a black screen. It did this all night long while sitting on the charger as well as off of the charger. I can't get it to turn on or off. Nothing I've done has made a difference. I've tried holding down the power, I've tried the reset button on the side. I've tried talking to Walmart customer service, and I've tried contacting Onn support through the phone. Nothing has resulted in getting my tablet working again. I've had it for less than 3 months. I would like a refund or a replacement item ASAP.

I have spoked to and chatted with Onn customer service regarding incorrect legs for a TV I purchased at Walmart, and I can't get the correct legs sent too me. Every time They keep asking me for more information which I have given them everything including a picture from the back of tv. I was told someone would be contacting with a tracking number the next day, and I never got that number. When I called and checked, the person acted like he had no idea what I was talking about, even after I gave him the part number. So basically I was sold a TV with missing parts, assuming that this was a brand-new TV. So I guess I got duped and bought a used TV without my knowledge. Now I wonder if Walmart is aware that they are selling brand-new TVs with incorrect hardware, the screws don't even fit.

I called onn customer service and they lied to me

I called onn customer service. They saod they would email snd have me fill out a form to fill out so i can get a free remote and paperwork or instructions whatever is supposed to come with the tv. It didnt come with those when i bought it in store this afternoon. I dont think this is right how they treat customers. This will be the last time i buy a onn product.

Onn tablet

I have bought 2 of your tablets and both tablets worked less than 2-3 months. This is rediculous. I purchased these for my autistic son and they quit working this is awful im on a fixed income and you people are taking peoples money and giving them junk devices. Ive also bought a phone through walmart and it couldnt be replaced even though i have all the purchase reciepts and boxing. I need some type of replacement for at least 1 of these tablets. I have all proof of purchase.

CD FM radio stereo system remote

I can not find a replacement remote for my system. Warranty had expired. Customer Service said on 2 separate occasions that after their research there are NO REMOTES AVAILABLE!! No products in stock. This has been an issue for a while. I found 2 on a website. One person wanted over $35 for 1 remote. The other wanted over $170! No wonder why so many are listed for sale WITHOUT REMOTES!! If you're going to make and sell items, have enough product on hand for replacements.

Onn watch no empareja con control remoto

Hola, tengo una ONN watch unos 6 meses y de pronto el control remoto deja de funcionar, seguí tutoriales de videos, lo reinicie de fabrica pero el control no enlaza, lo intenta pero no conecta el dispositivo con su control.

Burnt smell from a brand new onn tablet

Hi. I just bought the tablet 2 weeks ago i thought maybe it wss because it was new but it isnt getting better. Im not sure what it is. How would I go about having it fixed or replaced? Its slower than it should be as well. I have a 32g sd card but iit is still very slow. Its had a burnt smell from the first day i got it but wasn't sure if it was normal or not

They will not honor the warranty

I had the tv for 7 months, stopped working, it has rainbow lines, they said physical damage. NO, it never left the wall! I feel they didnt want to honor the warranty, didnt even last a year!

I bought a tablet 2 weeks ago that malfunctioned and i paid a warranty for. I went to walmart who said they dont provide a refund i called asurion who said now to call you guys . I WANT MY REFUND !!!

Yeah, I’ve had my TV since 20 November waiting on courts and I have still yet to get it back and I am dissatisfied with that

My TV stopped working and a half ago. Ill look for the receipt trying to get it took back to the store when I took it back to the store they told me that they only have I only had 30 days to bring it back so then when I got in touch with Hall, they said that I had to go through all of this ready in order to get it fit when I went through all the red tape they told me to take it to a store in Spartanburg to get it fixed I got it to the store. They told me that it would take a day or so for the port to come in here. I am three weeks later still no port still no TV and he told me that I have to call you guys. Alicia know what was going on, so here we are.

My tv went out and haven't had it for a year and can't talk to no one keep getting a recording. What y'all trying to do wait till the warrant go off of it

Return Television

I bought this TV on November 23rd, 2022. It worked for almost three weeks and then it abruptly went black. I'd like it replaced since the product is still under warranty. Thank you for your time and help. I appreciate your prompt attention.

Warranty claim

I don't know where to start this is the worse experience I have had in my entire life. I put in a claim 2/14/23 as of yet no one has emailed me back regarding me contesting my claim. I was accused of having physical damage to my television, I'm requesting someone come out and look at it. I am being ignored and taking as a joke. I will never buy another ONN product again and I will share with everyone I know . My tv stopped working in the middle of me watching it and they refuse to send someone out I'm assuming because they won't get back to me. I have placed numerous calls as well as emails with no responses. How is this even legal.
