Hello, I have been waiting to talk to someone for the past 20 minutes with the same repeated message. Is anyone going to get on the line? I only want to know is why when I go to claim my tickets for Bill Burr, order #3914**** it goes to the TicketMaster website. Is this correct? Please advise asap.

Problem with Receipt of Tickets
I purchased 4 tickets to Aug 28th Rockies/ Mets game. Tickets arrived electronically via BallPark app, but without bar codes. Screen shot of tickets states bar codes will be provided at late date. But it's been several weeks at least. I'm taking 2 grandkids to game and dont want to find out tickets will not be honored since no bar codes.

Bought tickets for Steeley Dan a couple of years ago but COVID kept putting concert off. Snark Puppy is now playing with them, tickets are now $85, I payed more, can I be moved up from section 205 to the 100 sections to make up the difference?

Angry I am forced to pay service charges for a play that was cancelled from COVID.
I purchased 2 tickets to "Come From Away", order #2802**** and paid about $120+ (not exactly sure the exact amount, probably more) for service fees. Received a credit plus a 10% extra for the inconvenience. Any tickets I purchase will have service fees again. I purchased 4 Foreigner tickets (just to use my credit) and paid over $200 for service fees, totaling over $300 of services fees from my original amount paid of $352 for the original tickets. Very upsetting, unprofessional, and unfair.

I ordered tickets online for New Order before the pandemic hit. The concert was cancelled. I asked for to apply my balance, $450 to another event, Online Tickets declined my request. Unfortunately, this vendor is one of the only providers in town. I would and never will refer this service to anyone. If you are looking for tickets to an event look elsewhere if possible.
