There is no place for any financial crimes with us yesterday today and tomorrow.
As you know who you are what company you are as a traveling agency. Any financial crimes is an endless hole as you know very well because the criminals deviant desires is no end. In 2021, while we used our funds to book reservation for our work traveling from West coast to East coast in California State area that is my home state by using Alasak Airline Cheapoair.com. Less than 14 days, my money from my personal private accounts have been stolen more than 6 digits without my authorization and the traveling is not for any people' trouble we attempted to help since Jan 2021 winter time but the first offer was already failed because the instruction and the direction was not followed by Alaska Airline and Cheapoair we attempted to use airway to vacant those abuse local people from the Mantanan State to Seattle little bit warmer for 100 people but we I do need the people names in order to avoid any abusing and I also personally know very well Cheapoair is onetravel.com's sister agency all Filipinos who are the top famous kidnapping country and business in the world. Those traveling agency and Alasaka Airline did not work with us and also I we do not need to work with them as well. The lost and the failure of the first trip order is long gone. We I already cancelled all because our 100 free flying have been used for Alaska Airline employees friends and their cult churches members who are OUR COUNTERPARTS but the real needed people did not get nothing help but abused more and killed more. I also believe your both traveling agencies know more than me. Again, it is like what I already warned and told those Chinese TSPM anti-Christianity Churches decades ago each penny those are not theirs will be charged one by one and returned back to my personal accounts one by one just a matter of when. As the traveling business running, I believe you both companies already made great deal of money from my reservations. Isn't that enough or you WANT more? Dear Travel one, I am a client who purchased a ticket online using your system. However, my card was automatically charged with travel protection fee ($189.95) and ESA fee ($19.92) which I did not authorize and which I did not want. I need a refund of the total amount of US$ 209.94 to my debit card. My booking numbers are 4L96SR & F6MWAF in the names of: James Nirere Kabyemera. However, my booking should remain intact but system selected seats should be changed as follows: 1- From 48E (system selected) to 41B on flight DL201 from Johannesburg to Atlanta; 2-From 29B (system selected) to 28F on DL822 from Atlanta to Detroit. My flight was cancelled And didn't get a refund yet I had my ticket from website oneTravel my booking number is 8115**** this flight was from Montreal to Manchester on 27 June 2023 but when I arrived at airport they told me that flight is cancelled now I want to request for my refund for this flight it was airtransit flight I have asked them for refund they asked me to contact oneTravel then they will refund me because one travel have all my details

Hi. My name is Marna Joan Baxter. I booked and paid for flights from Auckland New Zealand too Fairbanks Alaska on the 30th June 2023. My booking number is: 8127****. I have tried to contact you a number of times via email replys with no luck. I would like to know when will I receive my ticket's or e ticket's? I have not received anything other than confirmation of booking. I leave Auckland on the 30th July at 10 40 on flight 8WECNH flight 10 789. As it is only a 21 days away I am starting to get concerned. I look forward to your speedy reply, and my ticket's in what ever format they are. I replyed to them asking again for bording passes and tickets but have not received a reply. Its 19 day till my departure date so its getting very stressful. Thank you for contacting them at least they replied I guess. I really just want the passes and tickets, so I know there will be no problems at the airport.

Paid Seats but Not Booked
The worst experience with a travel agent! Id paid the full amount for everything including insurance as they were so adamant to sell it to me each time I contacted them. It turns out that the agency had not confirmed my seats. Contacted them again and through an agent, I paid for the seats AGAIN. And guess what? Checked with the airline, airline sold my preferred seats because the agent hadnt booked it. We correspond back and forth for a good few weeks trying to have this matter resolved until I just gave up. Due to the inconvenience caused by their inefficiency, I chose to cancel the trip. Asked to pay an additional charge to canceland only had a percentage of ten refundable amount. Again, I only cancelled because the agency wasnt doing its job. I even contacted the airline and they advised me to ask the agency to contact their travel portal. The agent then says I had to book seats via the airlineafter Id paidTWICE for the seats. Sorry but its shady behavior.

Very awful customer service phone line.
I have been trying to contact the customer service more than 2 weeks. The website is unfriendly and the customer service phone number it does not exist. The number is listed is not working or out of service and 10 other listing numbers none works. This is the worst company and credit card and customer service.

Dear Sir/ Madam, My name is Zwe Khant Zaw and i am currently living in Myanmar. About four days ago, my friend in Singapore bought an air ticket for me and my friend with her Visa card from One Travel Website which is Yangon to Bangkok (Flight 2304) and Bangkok to Frankfurt (Flight 920). Both are from Thai airways and the travel date is 24.4.2023. My booking number is 7955****. The payment for my ticket, (1416.30 $) is literally completed because my friend has received a message from DBS Bank about the successful payment. Please don’t book with them
I booked the flight for my mommy from 7/13 through 7/31. My mommy had an accident on the way to the airport. I called them the only thing they said to me, I am sorry, but Yemeni can cancel the flight and if you want to rebook you must pay $450 plus the ticket difference, and you also have to use the ticket until April 2023 (why if my flight it was July, and usually you have one year) Actually when I did the first review they called me and asked me the proof I send the hospital proof that she had surgery on 7/14 because we didn't have the 7/13 because she was in an emergency room waiting she has place in a god hospital for the surgery. When she recovered, she could find a proof I send through them. Now I need to book a flight, but they let me book until 7/12, and I also need to pay the ticket difference. If you buy by the company, you will never have any problems with changes. I changed my flight without penalty since they have spot on the airplane They want money for everything even in this situation, she almost died, and they didn't care. I hope to book my flight from 7/10 throughput the end of July, how it was before . Usually when you call they said that it is the airline answer what is not true. Please even if is cheap flights don't book with them, they are not reliable

According to website my price was posted with $ 349.00 suddenly booking was put on pending Few days later i was charged $ 439.20 obviously adding up some hidden charges and so declared weird travel agent fees by sharing this booking most probably with their own company cheapoair or other, Extra charge agency service fee $ 25.00 for this company not performing correctly.oo
