If I could give them zero stars, I would. One day, I was trying to log in and upload some music. I couldn't. I contacted them and they sent me a canned response saying that after reviewing my account, they have decided to end the relationship between us. I asked them why and I got a canned response saying they could not distribute my work for editorial reasons. They never directly answered the question. People are entitled to have their legitimate questions answered by a place they are doing business with. I don't recommend that at all. There are much better free and low cost distributors out there.

Copyright claim on my own song on TikTok and YouTube
Hello, my name is barnely Uganda, I got a problem on my new audio called AMAZZE alidde i released last month. I think some else distributed it illegally without my permission, TikTok started removing sound from my own song. I had posted it with my promoters but all the sounds in the videos where muted on TikTok. I recorded that song at Acton Records with my producer Edie dee. I have the demo of that song plus the studio sessions when am recording it and the lyrics. Please takedown this song from all the sites that distributed it because am still an upcoming artist if my songs cant be posted on TikTok then Im in trouble. I can send all the parts of the songs the demo, instrumental, and vocals. We have been searching for the person who distributed this song but if he or she is the owner of the song why did he hide the information? On my YouTube channel ( barnely uganda) I posted my studio sessions recoding this song. I have very many songs on google I use Barnelg Uganda and all my songs I dont hide any information. In the song I introduced my self talking about my self barnely uganda and my producer Edie dee. Please I have all the evidence to confirm this is my own song and am kindly requesting you please remove the copyright on it and on TikTok. Usually I login to my onetpm account using my face book account but when change my password on face book I can't log in now. I been send tickets to onrpm but no help has been given . PLEASE I NEED HELP TO LOGIN .

Too Good to Be True
I wanted to change distributors, as paying an annual fee to keep my music alive would be expensive in the long term. I am not an up-and-coming artist, and I'd be shocked if I made any real money at this. That being said, paying a 15% of money earned seems like a better deal, especially with no annual fee and not having to pay an outrageous amount of money to keep my music alive "in case I die". I gave OneRPM a try. What a mistake! First, after signing up, there's nothing under account settings what lets you change your contact information, such as your email address. This is a basic and common feature that EVERY service should have. Right away, things seemed a bit sketchy. I uploaded all of my music that I had released through another distributor, and as I did, I noticed a rule that says we're not allowed to use logos on our album covers. All of my releases have album covers with my logo on them! They accepted them anyway (oddly), but that's a really awful rule! Another issue is that one of my songs was rejected because there was "5 seconds of silence" at the end. First, the music that was there was fading out. It's not "silence". Second, this is the exact song already distributed to DSPs OneRPM was going to redistribute to. If I provide a song that is clearly not the same one they have, I'll get rejected by the DSPs! Last, they rejected one of my songs, and said I had to provide them with a document that says everything I already told them when I uploaded my song, but they also want my signature (I am the artist AND publisher), but they gave no link to a form or an example of this document, and didn't say how to get it to them! The ticket they responded to was poorly written with run-on sentences and didn't actually address my issues, but simply stated their rules like I didn't already know about them, especially since I mentioned them in my ticket. This feels like a scam! I'm not changing things after my songs have already been distributed, and I'm not risking causing huge issues because they have dumb rules!

My hole catalog was tookdown without a reason. The don't answer my Ticket Requests. I chose ONErpm thinking it was the best, after this terrible bad experience it seems that I was wrong. NEW WEBSITE IS SLOW
First of all I've worked with oneRPM for almost two years now. I uploaded two albums on their platform. And without lying there might of been 1 or two songs that I HAVEN'T had ANY problem on... On every single song I upload there's a problem, either the name isn't right, or they complain about the album art, or the lyrics don't appear. But this time.. wow Ever since they renewed their website it has been crazy... Super slow, super ineffective and you cant even work on the old version of the website (which was an option you had before) not anymore... I tried to work with them, but It always take so much time and effort than necessary, usually with dumb things that are so simple it boggles me how can It give me such a hard time ... probably change distributor soon

Buenos días, Estoy interesado en registrar mi música (música electrónica, Techno y Tech-House principalmente) y analizando información sobre ONERPM me surgen algunas cuestiones sobre la plataforma que me gustaría comentar: - Si no me equivoco, el funcionamiento normal, es que yo subo/registro mi música en la plataforma, y a partir de ahí la plataforma (vosotros) realizáis todo lo demás, ¿es correcto o yo debo de hacer otro tipo de gestión en algún otro sitio? - Aunque yo tenga un canal de youtube, la plataforma genera otro eso me queda claro, ¿quien gestiona ese canal?, ¿yo podría gestionarlo?, ¿sería una gestión conjunta? - Se supone que la plataforma genera listas en spotify y otras... ¿la realiza la plataforma de forma automática? ¿hay algún criterio para la realización de estas listas o de otras promociones similares? Me han rechazado el álbum "WetSide" aun cuando tengo las licencias.
Buenas noches, Desde hace semanas que estoy teniendo problemas con su plataforma porque me están rechazando el álbum de "WetSide" del cual cuento con las licencias de las 5 canciones que se encuentran dentro del mismo álbum. Por medio de los tickets no me han solucionado absolutamente nada y más que solucionarme, han estado atrasando mi proyecto. En los tickets van dos veces que envió por medio de capturas de pantalla (Ya que ustedes no cuentan con la opción de poder enviar en archivo PDF de las licencias) las licencias, y ni así me han sabido resolver, me siguen diciendo que con las licencias, lo cual me parece algo incoherente porque por ningún medio permiten ustedes enviar los archivos. Espero su respuesta a la brevedad pero sobre todo una solución, porque no me han resuelto nada y tengo más de una semana con este problema. Gracias PD: En la plataforma ONErpm no tienen lo que les mencionó en el mensaje de arriba, pero aquí estoy anexando todos los comprobantes/Licencias de los beats, para que por favor puedan darle luz verde a mi proyecto.
