Outage

Need do better with the trees in the areas

Im tried of my light going off every time there a stormy weather need do better with the tree it dont make no since its elderly people in my house in down this street we need our lights on tonight its to hot to be without light and my mom on a breathing machine she need lights

Outages all the time

I have live at the same address in Killeen, Texas, every time we have some wind 24 houses in my area loses power, it takes Oncor between 5 hours to two days to restore service.

The other side of my street never loses power when we do, regardless of how severe the storm is or the wind-gust. Their response time ranges from five hours to two days. When calling their service number, all I get is answering services with prerecorded details about the disruption in service, you do not have a complaint line. Your customer service lacks the ability to provide long term solution to the same issue.

Waiting on new service.

Waiting since 9/22 on service install, yet have not answered question as of 5/31/23. Rep. For Oncor says it is right of way owner, yet owner says he has not received paper work Oncor would send. Rep. Said month before last would get everyone to meet here that has not transpired to date, Where is the truth?

Outage & equipment failed

Power has been out since 2pm today and now its 7:20pm still no power. Its 85 degrees outside and no bad weather. I called oncor about the power being out in my area and they stated it should be on by 9:30pm. This is a horrible process to restore power with no updates besides people keep calling in to check status.

Tree fell on power lines

The tree is laying on the lines an I was told not to attempt to cut them until you guys cut the tree away from the line. My wife chatted with someone Friday and they told her, that Oncore would be here between Saturday and Monday. It's Tuesday now and we're still waiting

Horrible customer communication. Power been out for 30 hours and can’t get any kind of response zero.

Oncor is zero in technology. Still putting wires on poles in the middle of trees for 125 years. Glad they are not in the cell phone business wed still be on crank phones with operators.

I am not getting any answers from the website and can not reach a human

More than half the apartment complex has power, but my building doesn't. You can't speak to a human and the website doesn't provide any answers.

Electricity outage

Electricity has been out for 24 hours. We get a lot of additional repairs are need the estimated time is X oclock. Have been getting this text for the last 22 hours each time pushing the time out. Now we get a text that says crews are in your area assessing the problem. By this I take it they have just started looking for the problem 22 hours after the outage was reported. Oncor is the most unreliable company Ive ever seen. I was on coop lines and power for 32 years never had problems. Been on Oncor lines for 4 years and constantly have power outages. Sure wish we had a choice for line providers.
