THREE HOUR NO SHOW

Three hour no show roadside assistance call through USAA. I know to ask for Green Lantern next time.

They left me on the side of the road

My Roadside assistance was setup through them and they accepted the call but never came and left me on the side of the road at midnight and when I kept calling they wouldn't answer I don't recommend them at all

Roadside Assistance

This is one of the worst companies I have ever attempted to work with. I waited for two hours for roadside assistance and they never showed! Geico cancelled the request and filed a complaint against their company. Their dispatcher is extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not use them if youre in a bind.

Never showed up and lied about it.

Waited 2 hours for a flat tire to be changed. They never showed, never called and then lied about it! When I tried to call them 3x, waited 20 minutes but the last 2x they hung up on me after 20 minutes!

Insisted that their dud battery was good

Very rude staff insisted that the battery they replaced which died in a month was good. Refused to take their battery back and refund the money even though the dealership confirmed that the battery was a dud. Would not even give them a one star rating. Avoid at all costs.

Unreliable yet keep you on the hook by promising they'll show up...until they cancel.

Needed roadside assistance, promised to in 45 minutes. Promised 3 more times, including 'someone will be there within 10 minutes' before cancelling on me 3 HOURS later. Such a sham of a company. I could have called 8 tow trucks in that time had I known they never promised to come.

Poor customer service

Very rude. I spoke to Tom in regard to the system generating ETAs. He kept lying saying a driver would call me; however no none called I kept calling him back. I then asked for a supervisor and he stated he was the supervisor. I asked to speak to the owner and he said that my complaint was irrelevant. Ridiculous customer service. Now he cancelled my service because Im complaining. Now I have to wait all over again. This was horrible customer service!

Sent by Geico roadside assistance. Showed up on time and quickly charged battery. No paperwork. No complaints.

Cancelled roadside assistance after waiting for an hour

i tried for the entire time to call them and update the address of where i was located, you can never get a hold of them. they cancelled my trip because it showed i was on the highway even though i wasnt. one hour waiting and they cancelled trip because they werent willing to work on highway. even though i wasnt even on the highway ! terrible communication,

This service is a joke - never showed up - no voicemail only classical music

My roadside assistance plan farmed out the work to this joke of a business. Hours and hours have gone by. Have called my assistance plan 3 times today and finally they have switched out to a new provider. Hoping someone reliable is sent instead of these guys. When you try to call their service number all you hear is classical music... not even a "welcome, please hold for the next available representative" Terrible if someone is in an unsafe situation. Do better On Point!

Horrible service

I was told my driver will be 20 minutes away! 20 mins turns to over a hour. No one answer the phone calls but when Flexcar calls they answer! Please run away from this unprofessional company! Corporate company please do not use! I will file as much complaints for everyone to be aware of their terrible services!

Flat tire..

The guy I got called when he arrived Identified my problem promptly and in a timely manner he fixed my problem he was courteous and professional. I was very pleased with the service.

If I could give a zero I would

I have Geico as my insurer, and twice they connected me to OnPoint for roadside assistance. Both times they were late by 3+ hours, both times led to me being connected to new roadside services. The second time led me to being super late to work, so they cost me money.

TERRIBLE SERVICE

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They left me last night for a battery jump. I called them a total of 3 times. The 2nd call was and ETA of 25 minutes. The 3rd call was he would have his driver call me. Never got call so called my insurance to cancel. Had to come back to my car the next morning. They got dispatched to me again. Showed 11 minutes away. Went to car and they never showed. Called and again was told they would have driver call me. Never heard from them. Called back and the guy who answered put me on hold for over 3 minutes. I called my insurance and they dispatched The Green Lantern from Charleston SC. They showed up in 25 minutes and got car started! I will never use On Point Assistance again! Don't use them as they never show!!!
