The customer support associates are disconnecting the call and refuse to help

We had an issue with the device and the omni pod, synchronization. It happened around 12 am, and stopped pumping insulin. We called the customer support they put us on hold, and then we are disconnected, this happened more than 3 time until 2.30 am, for every call they were asking all the patient verification again and again at one point of time one of the representative said they are not here to help and disconnected the line. They do not create or give case number for the call. We hung-up the phone and call the medical provider for manual injection.

Battery change?

I tried to call and it said wrong phone number? I charge my omnipod 5 receiver every night and it still goes down in percentage every day

Answering your e-mail

No, I dont guess so, the customer service girl said there was nothing that could be done regarding pod not working. So when I got home I had to start a new pod. When looking at the old pod the insertion needle was not out.

Opnipod 5

I have been on the Omnlpod 5 for two days and it spends more time searching for the DEXCOM G6 than it is connected. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE RELIABILITY OF the Omnipod 5 system.

I am on the Omnlpod 5 and Dexcom 6 products. VERY DISAPPOINTED. The OMNIPOD 5 continuously loses connection with the G6. This causes many sticks to have the glucose readings. NOT RELIABLE.

COMPLAINT. I am using my first pod. There is no interference between them. I have even tried laying them next to each other and laying them on top of each other. NOTHING HELPS!!! Wish I was still on the Original omnipod. At least it had a built in meter and I didn't have to carry testing supplies.

Excellent service

James was extremely helpful on the phone and that I was having a very difficult issue and I was upset. He set my mind at ease and help me very much.

Never in range

I have been on Omnipod5 for 2 weeks, I was only in range one day (still probably had Toujeo in my system) I am in the 280's then a couple hours later I am under 60. Been tweaking everyday with trainer. Hoew long til this thing works correctly. Very close to taking this thing off and going back to injections. I know 2 weeks is a short period, but I have NEVER experieced HIGHS and LOW swings like this before. DISGUSTED

Terrible service

I loved my original Omnipod. I never had a problem until they discontinued and stated I would need to get a new pump. (Omnipod Dash). My doctor filled out the appropriate papers and my order was ready to ship. The pharmacy benefit lady said I needed to pay upfront 105.00. I asked her to bill me due to not having a credit card or bank card. She stated she could not do that. She even put me on hold to ask someone else. (I assume a supervisor) I have always paid my bills from Omnipod on time and in full. I can't believe this is preventing me from getting my new pump and continuing using this pump system. I am very disappointed.

Pod problem

My PDM was not reading the transmitter for blood sugars or allowing me to bolus.. it was frozen I had to keep putting on a new pod. Insulate Corp sent a new PDM overnight but I was unable to set it up because it would not accept username and password. Omnipod instructor tried to help but couldnt get it fixed. This was done on Friday afternoon so now I have to wait until Monday to get my password reset before I can set up new PDM.

PDM failure

I don't understand why but my PDM will or can NOT hold a charge for any longer than 24 hours without charging, The battery will show 98%cap. And within 2 hours the battery will be dead and will show 0% battery REF: PDM-USA1-D001-MG-USA1 LOT: L000533 S/N: 010501-1**** 2030-02-14

The insulet representative straight lied

The insulet straight lied to me! I specifically told her if the military pharmacy couldnt fill the refill, I could not pay. This lady said my insurance would cover the refills, she claimed to have verified! Lies!! Anything to make a sale! This company has absolutely no integrity! None

Customer services are liars

I called Saturday to order a new PDM I was told it would ship Monday. I called Tuesday and was told it had already shipped and I would have it Wednesday I called today Thursday morning to find out it still has not shipped do yourself a favor and don't use this brand at less you want to be lied to about the supplies you need to live a somewhat normal life. This has happened to me quite a few times and this is why I am righting the review because is becoming a norm at Omni Pod from my experience

Terrible customer service

It takes blood to get a replacement pod for their failed pod. Just send a replacement. Even worse, you cant understand what the lady is saying.

5 pack pumps do not work pod error

Every pump I have tried so far says pod communication error Im not new to this it isnt me I have no idea whats going on customer service number doesnt work

Poor quality equipment

The thing constantly disconnecting communication and I end up having to set up new pods with the damn thing full of insulin. I'm throwing away more insulin than I use. Do they cover the cost for all of the list insulin for to their faulty equipment? Nope.

Don’t ever except help from customer service

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with he yelled at my front he second they transferred him to me smh very disappointed in your guys customer service support
