About my order
Very good product. My husband doesn't hurt like he did before he started using omega. He feels much better. Can do more and feeling much better. I recommend this product.

Customer service did not hear me when I said I'm canceling but put in an order I didn't want

Won't let me cancel my order
I ORDERED ONE TIME FOR MY MOM ONE TIME. THEN I CALLED TO CANCEL, THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AT ALL PERIOD. I BEING CHARGED 103.00 A MONTH FOR A PRODUCT I DO NOT EVEN TAKE OR NEED. I NEVER KNEW IT WAS A RECURRING PROBLEM TO JUST CANCEL AND THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. IM BEYOND LIVID. IM TRULY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED .

I received a email stating they received my order but I did not make a order. Apparently, they put me on auto-ship from my first order without my permission. They charge my account and so l called and asked to cancel the order and take me off the auto ship. The guy completely tried to upsell me for a different program and after repeating I did not want it and cancel the order, he said it was processed already, which was a lie. I received a shipment confirmation about a hour after we hung up. I do not like the dishonesty and want a full refund. I should not have to wait for a package to now send back for a refund. I do not recommend this product and will be letting BBB know.

They lie and treat you like pure crap
They over talked me,swore at me, called me names and said that I would need 4 different Doctors saying that it didn't work for them to give me only $5 back after I spent money returning it back because it was supposed to be risk free. I spent $65 for a scamrun from this

No refund, They screamed and cursed at me, over talked me and called me names. I brought this year's ago. It cost me money to send the bottles back. They never give refunds that it claims to be risk free. Had to cancel my card because they said that they were going to keep charging me and sending it to me every month

Omegaxl lawsuit
I have been trying all this past week to get U to correct your error of your fraudulent products that I did NOT order nor reorder in May 2023, but U had the nerve to send me 2 emails this morning telling me that U had shipped me 2 orders that I didn't order or will ever order! U have illegally taken $93.17 from my checking account without my permission, back on May 28th, & I have been trying to get U to correct your error this week, U haven't cooperated & U have had plenty of time to fix your mistake! U leave me with no other choice than to proceed with this lawsuit; as U have been turned over to higher authorities for total investigation as well as to the Better Business Bureau...My longtime disability attorney knows of my condition & the damages this unprofessional company situation has caused me & we have decided, companies like yours, U are no longer going to get away with taking advantage of the disabled! I was taught from the Bible that stealing people's money is wrong & against the law...U are 1 of the most unprofessional company I have ever come across! Karen

Bought it/ tried to cancel/ then because of the cost they charge you twice to send it back, so decide to try it. Did nothing but give me direah everyday for 3 weeks. My dr said stop taking it!

Ordered it. Within 45 minutes my judgement said to cancel. Called them back they told me it already shipped. I said no way, its been less than an hour. It came called them They said send it back your cost and then we will deduct shipping and HANDLING!! I said what?? You said 100 percent money back. Its a lie!! They will not give you but about 2/3 of your money and then wait 60 days. Told them you know what Im going to go ahead and try this but stop the auto shipping NOW!!! Tried 4 weeks Gave me mild direah every day. My dr said stop taking it. I did it and it went away. Its a ripoff and I am truly disappointed with duck dynasty backing that stuff!!! Wont buy nothing they recommend. I truly trusted them but I guess there all about money too. Shame on you duck dynasty!! Bough your stuff before you ever were famous. You need to stop the omega xl its making you look bad.
