Rude manager hateful mean
The manager Kenna was wiping the food case around she would keep wiping walking in front of customers I and other customers would try to get something she would get in front of them and had to around her several times then once again when you tried to get something she was In the way again. I told re she was being rude getting in the way. I did not scream nor did a customer here what I said. I started walking off. She starts walking behind told me she was the Manger and I could get the *** out. Started screaming I was old and stupid. I did call her a *** Not that it was right, but she screams *** get out, and tells me again I'm old and stupid screaming at me. That was no way to handle this situation. I've worked in the same kind of food service. Regardless what I said there was no need to scream in front of everyone and start calling people old and stupid.saying she was there first she was doing her job. She could have done her job without getting in the way, and blocking others. I would go past her two items away to try to get away, and she still walked over and got in the way and started wiping there. I felt like she was purposely getting in the way. I was like am I getting punked here or something. Then after I told her she was be rude. She exploded. I'm going to make sure I tell all my friends anyone who will listen about this. Not to go back in there. I'm going to flood Facebook and all other pages. I won't stop until she gone. I will make flyers, make calls. I'm a relentless kind of person when I've been done wrong. May not mean a damn thing to you, but I will make a difference in your Auburn Alabama store. Kenna doesn't have what it takes to be manager.

After 20 years of working for this company they closed the doors on us and offered us nothing in return. In the 20 years they treated me badly stole money from the company and I witnessed it all...I want to file suit against this company.

The food was cold. When manager or chef came over he called me sweetie. How sexist. I told about the cold food. The food also looked cold. It needed to be warmed up.

Racist. I was served a tiny piece of steak. So was my daughter while other Caucasians were served full steaks. I approached the manager and explained to him. Instead of saying, here let me get you a steak, he just flat out said I can get you a refund right here and pointed towards the register. And then we just left. No explanation no reason given to us. And this was in Christmas day.

Avoid it !!!
The Harrisburg restaurant used to be excellent ! Now, it is much less than mediocre! Foods are of very low quality, and very poorly prepared. They have definitely lost my business.

okay the Country Buffet in Highland Indiana said that the military only get a 15% discount that's an everyday discount and that also includes Monday. Monday is supposed to be a better discount than the rest of the week so are they wrong. Did the military Monday change

79 and Bell Glendale AZ 85308. The air conditioning is broken (keep in mind it is 108 degrees today). The ice cream machine is not working at least the chocolate ice cream. The beans on the taco bar were uncooked hard and cold. The gravy was brown water with small bubbles on the top. I want my money back. I did speak with the manager by phone which is why I am writing this email. He advised me I should have said something while I was there.

Very Disappointed
My son and I went to Old Country Buffet in Woodbridge Virginia and it was not good. The food tasted very old and our sever was no help. Also, when we were at the cash register we were asked if we wanted a to go cup, there was no mention that the to go cup was a .99 cent upgrade. While we were there I didn't feel comfortable asking for a manager. When we got home I called and talked to a manager named Miles who offered 2 free lunches, unfortunately we don't go there often. I hope that my comments will help.

Thanksgiving complaint
Your quality has significantly declined. We have been going to OC buffet for 10 years or more & were very, disappointed by your "2018 Thanksgiving buffet" because of very, poor quality food which was not edible! From: 1. Cheap tasting prepared salads, 2. Flat & watered down soda, 3. Paper thin, "mostly breading" fried shrimp, & 4. Uncooked sweet potato To: 5. great "looking", but "Tasteless coconut" custard pie & pecan pie, 6. "Sickening sweet" cherry pie, which tasted more like "Cherry Corn Syrup" pie, 7. "Weird" Cornbread stuffing, 8. "Yellow-colored" vanilla softserve icecream, tasting like "Condensed milk", 9. "Chicken-Less" pot pie, &10. "Poor tasting" Beef. Q. Since you are doing big business, how do you manage to serve "poor quality" food to so many families? Note: It's unfair, you are taking advantage of hard working families & elderly people.
