Unknown charge

Im not sure of the date this happend. But I booked a cab with Ola I think last year. The cab did not arrive and the trip ended. So I used another app to boom another cab so I could go home. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND AS TO HOW AND WHY I OWE OLA BUT I WAS NEVER ON A TRIP WITH YOU GUYS. So please stop sending me emails. As I do not owe you guys. I ordered a cab from the company it did not come it didnt even show up on the maps! So please sort this issue out ASAP thank you bye.

Overcharged payment

I took a ride of about 1.6miles which was for about minutes only to realize a few days later that I was charged about three times the fare. I need a refund of the excess fee charged on my account.

I was overcharged for my ride on my return compare to my going in the same place

I took a return cap from coventry to birmingham same area and I was charged £38 when going but on my return you charged me £59 this is too much and I will not accept it. I am requesting the difference please thanks

Dispute

I was tricked into being told a passing unmarked taxi was my ola ride, when I got to my house he asked me for £10, it was at this point I realised I had got into a dodgy taxi, a few minutes after arriving home the correct ola driver called, asked me for my pin number and charged me for a ride I did not take, the cab drivers name is Ejaz Ahmed ( please sack him) ride REF CRN 695917****, I am still awaiting the £14.19 to be debited back into my account, I have reported the incident to the police as fraud against the driver not Ola, thank you Ola as you are a good company but this driver is dishonest and a thug.

I was charged £12 with out a ride , cancelled

I was charged with out a ride, job was cancelled but Ola still charged me £12. Non of the drivers were accepting the job.

Money got taken out my account for no reason the saidnintook theorise wen I didn’t that’s called fraud

Money this morning was taken out my account I didnt get in no cab the drive didnt come its not fair as he tried to make it seem I took the trip what hes doing is called Fruda

Took money out my account which you shouldnt have

I booked a ola on sat but i cancelled it and you have taken 3 transactions out totalling over £40 i want it sorting out i want all of it refunded i never used the ola service

Need updates on their system overall so it can be easy to use

Well they have phone links weakness There is a lot to be done at professional level Competing in market require professional approaches and quick reply where roses and driners both feel comfortable and safe I have been trying upload documents but it seem so hard going through the process so there is also t to be done

Overcharged

I was overcharged ,I had issues with the driver so I left car after 5min ..but I was charged anyway,I tried call customer service but never answer..I really disappointed with this company,definitely I will not use Ola again
