Outstanding cab charge 757689****, 684205****

I am always happy to pay an honest cab fare. However, this fare does not qualify. I have been charged a cancellation fee of $10 on top of the fare when there was not one. If you remove the cancellation fee Ill be very happy to pay the fare. Thank you Katherine

Payment taken out of my account before ride was even accepted

You are a bunch of thieves you cant take money from someones account before I ride is accepted and not return it straight away. Return my money call me on 040-216**** or else Im going to take this really high up.

No responses no proper source to communicate without notifying sending the mails to clear dues everything was wrong and worse

I have gone to INDIA for a trip by the time I have booked the OLA by choosing online payment option driver demanded cash until and unless to clear, so I have tried to change the payment method Now I am getting continuously mails to clear the dues I have tried so many times to contact, and I am fed up with no response just for clear dues link will be there to talk to OLA customer support nothing will work its even worse to give 1 rating also this was really really a bad experience I never ever use or recommend ola to my friends

Resolved: WORST CARS AND SERVICES

My husband had booked a prime sedan car from mumbai to lonavala costing 3200/-. Mid way when we experienced inefficient AC(not cooling). We called the customer care to report the complaint and to provide solution. But customer care straight away refused to give any solution, . He asked us to cancel the booking and look for another option. Is this an approach expected from customer care??? Ola is a cheat and fraud, . The cars are pathetic the no any quality check. The customer are looted

Today 27th January 2023. I booked ola from 10 The Glenn Morpeth Vale Adelaide SA to come to Unit6/603 and my sister left her bag in the ola cab with all her important documents inside the bag. Could the company please kindly called me on 045969**** and return the bag to Unit6/603 South Road Everard Park SA Adelaide 5035.

Share experience

Hopeless and unsympathetic Ola. Driver turned up after talking with me to collect mum who had a medical appointment and had just taken medication for a scan. Driver refused to take mum saying he hadnt received a pin and would not support mum with another fare. Terrible service. Will not use again. Also cannot contact Ola customer service by phone. Really dreadful.

Stealing from me'

I ordered an ola for an $80 journey yesterday. He arrived parked 3 cars away before I could get in the cab he cancelled my ride and picked someone else up right in front of me. I stood in front of the car he nearly ran me over then I was charged $80 for a fare I did not take. I could not afford another ride and was stranded at Crown Perth alone. I had to share a ride with a stranger then get a train. This is disgusting greedy behaviour and I could have been abducted as I was alone. There is no contact number to call to get my refund and the online service is not very helpful. I will never use OLA again.

Poor service

Ola charged me $82 for a trip I tried to request but didn't book because it was taking ages to find a driver, no driver was found so I cancelled the request after waiting ages but I was still charged the full amount. I want a full refund of the $82! Drivers always cancel at last minute

Cancelled service. Poor company

We booked an old cat to take us to Sydney airport. We waited around 8 minutes and then received a cancellation notice. Very poor service, never use this business again. Avoid avoid avoid

Overcharged

The fare was set around $10.80 but was charged $12.50. Ride was with Ashdeep Singh on Tuesday 20 Sept drop off approx 9.50pm.

Wrong charges

Hi there I checked Ola for my trip and it was $49 and I checked Uber and it was $55 for that I ordered Ola and you didn't show me any peak charges and Uber was $55. I arrived on Saturday last week and I got Uber and I paid $57. Last January I used Ola on Saturday which Gold Coast was very busy and it was $54.5. The peak charge was not shown in your estimated cost, it shows $49 Please can you fix this bill and refund the over charge. Refund

On the 15th of July I was charged $13 and the driver stayed in one spot. I cancelled the ride and was told no charge as per yr rules the driver didn't move from his position at all . I caught an uber. The charge was a temporary hold and has not been refunded dispute the trip was cancelled by myself immediately as the driver did not move. I will not be using ola again cause your not contactable you don't refund you rip people off cause how do I contact you via this . Pretty pathetic when the bank can't dispute for 30 days. Based on these facts I find it impossible to think of dealing with a company that doesn't refund and lives in hope the customer probably forgets about it after 30 days. Welli won't and my word if mouth advertising will be damaging and the review that will be left will be damaging also it's only $13 but $13 that is not yrs and U make it impossible to get a refund by not having a customer service phone department I will be er use ola again can U pls refund my trip

OLA HAVE NOT REFUNDED 2 AUTHORISATION HOLDS AND DO NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS

I'm tried to book an OLA ride, ola took a $43 authorization hold, the driver then cancelled immediately after accepting the trip. I booked another OLA ride as soon as my first ride was cancelled, again OLA took an authorisation hold, this time of $47, and yet again the driver cancelled immediately after accepting the trip (both bookings were different drivers). Straight after my second booking was cancelled, I was about to request another ride for the 3rd time, except the trip cost changed from $43-$47 to $80 within 5 seconds. I have tried to contact OLA customer service numerous times and havnt heard a thing back from them, everytime I open a new 'request customer support ticket' on the help page, no one responds to me and they close the case and put it as [RESOLVED]
