Driver deny to drop at location
In my ola application drop location showing 10 min away, but driver stops the cab early saying that my phone showing this is the drop location. Then he forces me to change the location, this added the extra fair in my early charge. But driver still says location is not updated so I will not drop you. He turn off the car & AC. Then we try to pay online but driver forces to pay in cash only. Then after some time he start talking in a bad way with my mother. We said we will pay money to ola but not to you in cash, & we leave the cab. Then he came from behind & pushed me on the middle of the road saying bad words to us. He gathered some auto driver saying they are running without paying our money. Then we call police, after 15 min when police not reached, driver said that he is ready to drop at location & you can pay online also. I tried to contact ola service care but unable to contact that time.
Driver collected money before ride and cancelled the ride
Hello, 23rd sunday evening 6.11 pm I was booked Ola auto, and auto driver called and he said, he is in near by, but petrol is insufficient to ride, please pay Rs. 100 and he will be adjust in the ride. Booking amount was 85 Rupees. He said balance amount he will pay while ride. I transferred Rs. 100 as G-pay to him, @ 883825****, which he provided. and after he cancelled the ride and not responded. I have transaction prof with me. It taken so long time to get an auto, and I was in emergency. He loot on my emergency situation. Regards, Smitha 893955****

I booked my ride to 174 but when I reached my destination, then driver show the ride fee 241 But my OLA app shows 174 only, but he is not accepted 174. He began 241 rupees. Please resolve my issue.

Driver charged more than the bill
I would like to inform you that today (09.07.2023) I booked a ride from Modinagar to Mohan Nagar. When I reached at the location due to heavy rainfall my internet connection lost. And Ola Driver named Gufran charged me 850 (attached Paytm Screenshot) instead of 510. Since then I have been asking him to transfer my surplus amount (attached whatsapp screenshot) but he is giving excuses again and again. I have been trying to reach him several times (attached screenshot) but not he is denying to transfer my money. Driver Name - Gufran Contact number - +91 9690****49 Here I am attaching all the relevant details and screenshot which help you in this matter. Kindly take a action against the driver and transfer my amount as soon as possible.
I lost my item in cab and driver didn't not give it back and harassed me from last 3 months
I lost my airpods and powerbank worth around 25k and the driver harassed me from last 3 months he said he wil give it back after a day when it lost but it passed around 3 months i called him around 50 times i also have call logs , i said i will pay you some money if you give me back, but still he didn't , and now he didn't picked up my calls his name is "Ganesh Puni" PN: +919380****57 , +919035****16.
Complaint against the driver
I booked a cab at Shahid Bhagat singh international airport yesterday night. Driver accepted the ride and made us to sit in the cab. He asked for cash payment but I had told him that my ola account was attached to Paytm and payment had already been deducted from my account and I could not change it now. He asked me rudely to cancel the ride and to leave the cab. He accepted another ride and forced us to leave the cab inspite of the fact it was raining heavily. This was impolite, dishonest, unbecoming and unethical practice by your driver towards two senior citizens. We were left stranded there in heavy rain for another 90 mts as no cab was available for booking inspite of my best effort. This was very painful and traumatic for me as I never expected that a reputed company has so laxed administrative control and have no control on these type of rowdy and dishonest drivers. Pl take immediate stern action against that driver and intimate me.
Extra payment and payment pending issue
I have paid 2 times in the before last ride and the last ride i paid to the driver after ride and it is showing pending amount for me i couldn't book the auto I have mailed a lot of times and called a lot of times but no response. How should I pay again and it is not a small amount to pay again and again. Try to solve this problem.
Complaint and refund
I was charged 618 extra for the ride . My driver himself had taken his know route with toll tax . I had asked him to take city route . Why i have to pay extra amount . I am very much disappointed . please return my money
Extra fare after ride
You guys charge extra fare as compare to which showed in app thats really very disappointing service need a refund I had face that twice on the same day to check again it happen but when I saw that a cheating you ola team is doing with us. Please i need my refund for both the ride
Sano 1 My Rs 568/- has been used by Ola authorities without my use. Highly disappointed.I have recharged my Ola account just two hours ago, while travelling in train.
