To find out how much my bill is

Great customer service

The customer service representative promptly solve my issue and was very kind and the Oklahoma Natural Gas company is bar more understanding than he has so Oklahoma and the city of Tulsa water is in far as understanding Financial struggles, and very compassionate

You made line repair my yard needs attention it's a mess

Need my yard repaired as soon as possible please you have try but not done right so it gets washed away this problem started my cable company hitting the gas line several months ago

PRICE GOUGING SELFISH BASTARDS

Raised the prices to Almost DOUBLE what they were last year. Never fell behind or had disconnected service in 8 years that I've been here. I was injured and been out of work and asked for a payment extension and they told me basically to go *** myself and that if I didn't have their money to them by the date that it was owed that they were going to come out and shut my gas off and yank my meter. I offered paperwork doctors notes everything and they didn't give a fat rat's *** all they care about is lining their pockets they SUCK

Non grounded gas meter

The gas meter is still not grounded. There is a wire attached that is just hanging off of the meter. We are concerned about this,.

To get an extension

I sustained an injury at AutoZone on my neck drooping my head down for the last 26 months. On august 6 after a four day emergency hospitalization as I was dehydrated I was fired and having a heck of a time getting a job. Im bilingual and can work long hours and will be borrowing the money for bill and appealing to Community Care

They put a new line in on my meter and they didn't turn it back on

They replaced the line when I was out of town.. they were fast in responding to turn it on when I got back and called.

Difficulty with Carla at rebuild department

Difficult in clear communication from Ong service person to residents. Carla is rude, and lacks customer service skills. Trying to get the gas meter set and now it's going to be another 4 -6 weeks with no heat.

Gas shut off but bill is paid

Paid amount of $161.00 for my gas bill and it has not been turned on in two days. I e checked to see if there was a schedule appointment for them to come out and turn it on and to my surprise there is no appointment.

My bill is calculated wrong again

I called to ask any to come out and check my meter I've been getting over charged I paid 55dollars before the bill was due but you still sent me email telling me that I'm behind and its 77 dollars I'm not use gas really at so I need you all to get it straight

POOR customer service

I've had several problems with OKC gas oklahomanaturalgas. Started off with highest expensive rate plan during summer without asking me which plan I want when I moved in. 2nd: then demanding deposit when I had great credit, 3rd: then locking me out of my online account several times. 4th: Seems they want to hire more unknowledgeable people that dont know anything but how to collect money. Is this what you get for service with this *** gas company? Maybe they should read reviews and hire people to resolve customer service complaints. POOR customer service. Hire good tech professionals and let customers use online accounts to manage and pay bills to avoid bad customer service. Seems the gas people want to hire more people to raise rates. Out of 3 really terrible employees and several hours on the phone, when a transfer to tech support probably would have resolved problem that ONG management should want to know about.

Change card number for payment monthly.

Tried to sign up for an online account the e mail verification shot me down. Tried to get a person called 6 different numbers that didn't work Just wanted to change card number. If you want your money call me back on the phone!!! 405 300 ****

Did not finish job and left myself and my neighbor with no gas on 4th of July weekend.

No hot water and not able to use stove or oven. Service was on June 30th. It is 4th of July weekend! No # to call for service unless you lie and report a gas leak. So basically, no hot water for 8 DAYS! YAY. Workers have to replace the piping on my neighbors side, so this will happen again.

No gas, workmen were out June 30th and did not turn my gas back on at the meter when done. No hot water and can not use stove or oven.

Can't reach anyone to fix the problem. Workman told me they would turn my service back on and light my pilot light. They forgot to do that and I can't reach anyone to fix the problem. No hot water! No cooking! I was gone yesterday so I did not know until today, that I had NO service. No one seems to be available. I reported in "pissed customer " as well. Please find someone to turn my gas back on today and light my water heater pilot light. Thanks. Peggy Spurling
