Wasn’t satisfied never had any response to my emails
The problem I had with this was never really worked for almost 2 weeks and then it was intermittent I tried to cancel my subscription, which was complicated And then it was stopped on July 1 Which was fine with me Id hate to think that I would be accountable for any delinquent funds At this point reimbursement towards me would be fine

Cant cancel automatic payments. Went into try to cancel and would not let me without password. Forgot password gave no help!!!

Still no access
After emailing the company regarding errors in issues, they still will not reply or reach out to me in regards to reinstating my account after an error occurred on their end. I do not recommend anybody to use their app whatsoever. It has been two weeks since the issue happened and they still will not reach out. Ive emailed them again with the final attempt.

Improper banning of account without warning.
I signed up for OkCupid for the first time in 7 years. I created the account with my icloud email address and had access to my account for 2 days was 90% completely done with building my profile etc had matchs the works. I went in to my account o upgrade it to see curtain messages and boom. My account was banned stated community guidelines in which I never broke a single one. No warning was given nothing not even an email stating I needed to verify my account I was just ban. I emailed support last week no reply or response on how I can get my account reinstated nothing. They even went as far as blocking my phone number to even create another account. I am a long to customer long before they started to charge fees like they do now and to be treated so poorly is and outrage.

OKCupid has turned from a gem to a t**d. Its not what it used to be several years ago. They took to misleading their customers. They are just pushing packages. Nothing is done to prevent scam so OkCupid accommodates multiple scammers and fakes. Anyway, Im better off with J4Date.club - Im starting to appreciate this type of dating. Its worth every cent because their women are real and they are very beautiful. I have had five dates already and my only problem is I cant make my final choice. Anyway, I recommend staying away from OkCupid. Basic membership gives you nothing. You have to pay for everything. But when you start paying you find out that all your likes and messages are entirely from scammers.
