Funds stuck for 3 weeks
Dec. 22 transferred money to OFX which they converted and sent to an intermediary Bank (of America) on Dec. 27. But OFX used my address incomplete so BoA wants OFX to verify but OFX doesn't, just reported to 'initiate tracing' which isn't helpful. 2 weeks later and they don't pick up the phone ... what a mess !
