401k retrieval from prior employment
Nobody at no number would help me find correct dept to address this issue. No one could care less. everytime you call a different agent gives you a different number to call. No one can help or transfer to correct party. Horrible customer service. This place is not favorable. Glad i left when i did. Just need my 401k.

Hello, My name is Lakeya Clark and I'm trying to get in contact with the human resource department of Owen and PHH mortgage company. I received a letter from the IRS telling me there was a form filed claiming I was an employee of these two companies and that I received income from these companies in 2019. I've never worked for either of these companies. Because of this inaccurate information the IRS is saying i owe them money. I'm trying to speak to someone to fix this issues. I had Ocwen from Jan-April of 2019. Then it changed to PHH. Im behind in taxes, due to severe medical issues & need a 1098 form for the time we had Ocwen in 2019. Could you please faxed that to my tax person asap.The fax number is 636-265-****. I also did request a 1098 from PHH & they are faxing it in an hour. You reported my loan as a foreclosure and it was paid in full.
It's been over 5 business days and no response from my email. Called back representative and mail box was full. This is hindering me from a house purchase. This is there mistake and I'm looking into a lawyer for punitive law suit.

These scammers have put a foreclosure on my credit and will not provid me with information about how they attached my social security to a property I did not own. When I contact the phone number I am being told to FAX OR MAIL A LETTER to a Research Dept that does not respond. This is causing issues with me being able to get a new home!

I am not pissed off or angry. I am just taking care of the issue that was brought to my attention by the letter. When I spoke with a representative from Ocwen it was suggested I mail my information to this department.

Pissed consumers helped me with this horrible company. Thank you for all that you did. Ocwen is playing with peoples lifes but they dont care. Sometimes it is hard enough to stay on top of things and when you have to deal with this company you feel like you just cant take Ocwens games they play.

Fire insurance funds were not sent to me
Checks from State Farm were sent to Ocwen mortgage they were distributed in my name and my ex husband (13 yr divorced) he had no holdings in the home. The checks were kept by ocwen and never returned and I never got the funds to repair my home
