Factory reset

It has been almost a full week and nobody has replied concerning my problem that I can not use my Oculus device. the Meta page and website are incredibly difficult to navigate in order to find any sort of help!

My oculus is broken

My son oculus is broken from outside around the eyes. It came off So it start to get loose and lose so what we did with tape it around But my son keeps on saying that it hurts and its irritating his nose parts I purchased the guarantee

I can’t get on line when they upgrade to meta

Warranty for Quest 2 (Left Controller ThumbStick Plastic Cover)

Hello Meta/Oculus, i bought a Quest 2 on Amazon in June 10 2022, when i used it first time i notice that the left controller joystick was getting stuck when i was playing. I Thought it was because it was new, but when the more i was playing the more it was getting stuck, now its unplayable so i ask Amazon for warranty, they give me the URL for META Support but it ask for a USA Address to make the replacement. I'm located in Colombia where i made the buy from amazon and i can't make contact with you to ask for warranty. I Would like some help from you to replace my left controller with the warranty i got from you. What are the steps to ask Warranty from colombia? Thanks for you response

Problems with a game returns no contact possible

i bought a game for my oculus quest 2 but it makes me sick i want to return it but can't manage it because every time it says that the email or order number is incorrect but they are correct (from the invoice) contact another way does not work

My lawyer will be calling -- You have violated the terms of my warranty

I have a Quest 2 that was under warranty. Both the headset and the right controller failed. It took me TWO MONTHS for the company to send me mailing labels to get the unit repaired. The controller was sent back within 12 days but YOU STILL HAVE MY HEADSET AND IT HAS BEEN TWO MORE MONTHS! So 4 months later I STILL do not have a headset. Customer service tells me they do not even know where it is. All of this is documented in WhatsApp chats and in emails. My lawyer will be sending a formal letter and I will be filing in small claims court, I will want an entirely new unit including controllers. A $500 credit and a warranty starting from the day I receive it all. It is atrocious that it should have gotten to this point. I can say with complete certainty that your company has given me the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If there was any competition would switch to the other company immediately. Mike

It not working

First thing that went wrong with the octolos car system is that it doesnt level to the floor for you to see your surroundings and etc. second problem is that it stop working out of nowhere. Thrift the left stick doesnt work, example it doesnt let my child move in the vr. It havent (stopped been wet or anything it just all of a sudden went out).

Refund not met

Im trying to get a refund of almost $200 that was charged after a free trial, and no one has gotten back to me yet. I just hope that the longer I have to wait doesnt make my refund more impossible to get, they better not hit me with its been too long off you owning the subscription to get a refund. I swear.

I can not log in to my facebook that is linked to my account

So while ago my email got hacked and I hadnt been on Facebook for a while so they changed my password and my phone number so I cant get in but that also means I cant get in the oculus

New meta account setup is terrible.

I am trying to connect my device to my oculus since for some reason it's required, and I'm trying to enter the code given to my in the headset, and it always says error. (take note that I was required to make a meta account which when well before this)I tried it a few more times changing things up then it told me that I had to do it with the account that I set up my oculus with (my oculus/Facebook account). Then I got to switch accounts to log into the Facebook account, and first it shows my account but when I click it nothing happens, so I got to account center and logging into accounts, and it doesn't let me either, then I try adding account, but it says "oops something when wrong" so then I try to log out and log back in with my oculus app. So I log out and when I log back in for some reason I have to pair my headset to it again so I put my device right next to the headset for it to connect, it says look into your and enter the 5-digit code. THERE WAS NO CODE. No matter how many times I try it, no 5-digit code will pop up. Now I'm logged out on my oculus app further more making my problems worse, BUT NOW I HAVE BASICALLY NO WAY TO FIX IT AND Use MY HEADSET. And then when i call customer service, IT SAYS I DIALED THE WRONG NUMBER EVEN THOUGH I CALLED THROUGH THE WEBSITE. So now I'm logged out of the app, can't use the headset, and can't contact customer service. Practically the only option left is to factory reset my headset, BUT I have around $100 worth of games and stuff in my headset in addition to losing all my mods, progress in games, and data. Why did they even make another of accounts that is required when you have to connect your device to your old one, and you can't go back to your old one? B. S

Right hand thumbstick not working correctly.

This wasnt the problem but this was the only way to email. I think my thumbstick was damaged when I bought my product at walmart. It will have random spurts where it will move on it's own and cause me to turn left randomly whenever I touch it or try turning right. I was just wondering if my 1 year warranty can cover my costs of a new right touch controller but I cant seem to find any information.

Not connecting

Ive been trying to get in contact with Facebook to appeal my disabled account. I have screenshots when my account was hacked & when it was disabled. I have also bought an Oculus headset that now cannot be connected due to this & I would now like a refund because theyre not cheap & this was not an issue that was caused by me. OR my Facebook back up by today. I have memories of deceased family & friends on my Facebook & need these back. Ill never get them again. Please help me. Im desperate.

No customer Service

I wanted to know if a person with an IPD of 75 had any options other than the regular three settings. I have received at lease a dozen responses, no of which even remotely addressed my issue. IE.
