Failed to fix my floor for 13 months and now have plywood for a floor
Still havent hear back from anyone and I now have half of my kitchen floor and all of my living room with just plywood floors. Cant talk to a human just text messages they are now ignoring. Have no clue what or how to fix this and no clue when they are going to fix it.

Oh Creek owes me $16,500
I bought a home, and on the sales we paid We paid one hundred and thirty six thousand three hundred and eighty four dollars . they asked the price of the home was one hundred ninety ten thousand eight hundred and eighty OK on the final sales order it shows our total payment $136,384 and then on the unpaid of cash prize 1-2 it shows -16, $5500. OK they scammed us out of $16,500, Ive got the sales order out here

Oak Creek hides from the Court system by using Arbitration. They have an attorney to fight you on everything. would not buy it again. A total rip-off..

These homes were made with spit and glue
It took about a year to semi fix all the problems at this place head. Theres still a lot of imperfections. And as of today March 3, discovered the master bathroom toilet leaking around the floor. Here we go again hassling with trying to get things fixed. Do not buy this product, they may look nice in the show room but they are not delivered from the manufacture in good shape.

Cabinets are covered in what appears to be contact paper, plastic sinks in baths, shower and tub are flimsy, one-inch flat trim used for baseboards, floors squeak, plastic blinds, paper thin decorative panel boards on tub surround and entertainment center, very thin vinyl flooring. They tried to include a 5x5 porch for $3500 telling me when I questioned it "Have you seen the price of wood lately?"

Unresolved issues, unlivable and unsafe
We closed on June 20, 2022, house built new and set on the property September 1. We were told we should be able to move in within 90 days. Today is Dec 17, 2022 and were nowhere near moving in. The first crew destroyed the home. Didnt put down any plastic or tape before texturing and painting. The trim, peel and stick flooring, carpet, tubs/showers, and fireplace covered in paint and texture. Sent a second crew to fix the first crews mess. They corrected some of the texture and paint issues inside the home and attempted to clean the fireplace (unsuccessfully). The outside of the home is painted the wrong color so the underpinning doesnt match, the finishing crew had the correct color and painted the seam so we have different color grays on the exterior of the home. Its been 3 weeks since the last crew left. We sent Nikki over 20 emails of videos and pictures of issues. We were told we were being too much with our complaints and painters tape, mind you we had a local inspector come out and he found issues beyond the horrible craftsmanship and cosmetic issues, we have a possible broken floor joist in the kitchen/dining, the floor in sinking under the refrigerator, water heater isnt up to code. No cut off, drain, and the live wire is exposed and not in conduit, breaker box screws are stripped, flickering lights and many electrical receptacles have no power, the plumbing is poor, already had 2 leaks, 1 was under the house running for over a week from the first crew, (found by underpinning crew) second crew tore out ruined insulation but it wasnt replaced so pipes under the house are exposed to freezing temperatures, the second leak hasnt been addressed and the water is off to the house, but its move in ready according to manufacturer. At this time all we know is theyre working on sending a 3rd crew to the house but we do not have a time line. This place is a scam.

We just had our chimney professionally cleaned. We learned that our chimney fluec has never been attached to the fireplace insert, and most likely every time we have had a fire, weve had a chimney fire without knowledge. I feel like this is a liablity issue and they should fix it!!

Want to warn people DO NOT BUY FROM OAK CREEK HOMES
I bought a doublewide from Oak Creek Homes Corpus. I have so many cosmetic issues-they came to fix a few by squirting caulk anywhere they could and did a poor job. Poor quality workmanship and poor/no service after the sale. Please dont buy from Oak Creek Homes, you will be very disappointed.

CAUTION before you buy from Oak Creek Granbury/FTW Factory
Our journey started in May of 2021, when we put escrow down on a trailer. They are really good at false advertisement. EVERYTHING in the home on display was an upgrade, down to the exterior steps. The pricing is unbelievable. We ended up purchasing a different model, sight unseen, as they did not have one to display, only online could it be viewed. They were told, we had to have it said and done, by Jan 1, 2022, our lease ended the 1st. We were approved by the VA but Oak Creek Granbury said NO! Won't appraise. They lie, lie, lie! NOT an honest group. Whatever it takes to make a sell. The manager can pencil whip paper work like crazy. Beware! I ended up being given the keys on Dec 31, 2021 to move into a house that did have one thing correct, the upgraded cabinets, that's itoD. Not even a master bath tub. Hubby had to build our front steps and there are no back door steps. They won't even provide steps! What should have been fun and exciting, was a nightmare.

Do not waste your time!!! The people at Oak Creek homes in Seguin TX are the most disrespectful, unprofessional, useless and rude. My wife and me were looking to buy a modular home, we had land and provided all the documents and permits needed for the loan. We worked in this project for one year doing all the job that these people supposed to be doing in order to sell us the house. We had to deal with three different sales representatives and none of them did anything right. When we finally apply for the loan to buy the house and having all the documents ready for the mortgage and excellent credit score , the manager Jon Olson called my wife telling her our refund check is ready and they wouldnt sell us the house. He was rude and hanged up the phone on her. We went to the office in seguin personally to talk to this clown Jon Olson, he was very disrespectful and didnt want to give us a reason why he dismissed our project. They handed us a refund check with a date of more than six months ago, even though we met with the main manager to discuss about the sale about two months ago. We were so angry to be treated and dismissed for no reason, Jon lied in front of our faces that we didnt have the documents to work on the loan. We show the main manager all the documentation we have been sending to Jon Olson via email and we proved him wrong. After that the manager pretended he was interested in help us, but we walk away and took our business somewhere else. They finally refund us the 1000 dollars check which it was the only good thing they did.They made my wife and me waste a year gathering information, quotes and permits for nothing. We went to another dealership and they told us we werent the first customers who had been dismissed for no reason. The main reason is these people cant keep their word on maintaining the price they offer even if you give the deposit check. So dont waste your time and money with these crooks. Do your homework and research for better dealerships. Also the reviews for their products is horrible. If you want to be treated like second class citizen go to Oak Creek homes Seguin TX. The two outdoor cats living out side of their office have more brain than the people working in there. I will give them 0 stars if I could because they really suck.

Within 2 days Oak Creek had contacted me and 2 days later had someone out to look at the roof. They sealed up a few spots that looked questionable.
Haven’t had a major rain event to be able to tell if the leaks are fixed yet. They have not offered to reimburse me for...

After purchasing the manufactured home from Oak Creek in Houston, TX in Feb of 2019, they delivered and set the home in March and sent out multiple crews to assemble and make-ready the home throughout March and April of 2019. We had a major leak in May of 2019 through the kitchen vent hood that was reported to the office on May 9th, 2019. They put me in contact with the warranty dept and sent out a subcontractor to assess and repair the leak a week later. It leaked again on September 19, 2019 in the same location and we contacted them again. They did not respond nor send anyone out. I paid out of pocket to patch the leak myself. I contact them again 2/8/2020 through 8/10/2020 and again 2/1/2021 (and multiple times after that) before they responded but did not send anyone out again until 10/3/2021. Another subcontractor came out and made repairs to the roof. At this point there were 3 different areas with signs of a roof leak. 12/18/2021 I contacted them again as the leak was not repaired and water was coming into the house once again, not only in the same place but two others as well. I have reached out multiple times with their last response being 12/30/2021 Mr. XXXXXX, Ill reach out to the technician I assigned this work order to so we can get you an update on his schedule and when to expect him at your home. This has by far been the worst home buying experience I have ever had. I purchased my home from the Odessa store. 1st my salesman who was amazing was fired so I had no one on the inside to help me after the home buying process. the general manager of the location who is a complete *** helped me with nothing. answering no questions of mine, giving me no direct answers to the questions I had. I told him on October 11th we were ready to schedule the trim out and everything else he replied back "k" very professional. I left it alone, on the 18th I called the AC people to see when they were coming and they had no record of anyone calling saying we were ready. so I scheduled that myself. I called the corporate office on the 18th also to see when the trim out guys were coming and they also had to record of anyone scheduling anything. so we lost a week, every time I called the corporate office I also got no direct answer on when trim out guys were coming. Finally today October 26th the trim out guy called and said he may come Friday if not then next week. it has already been 3 weeks since we have been ready, next week will be 4 weeks. our first house payment is due on the 15th, we are barely going to be moved in and barely enjoying it by the time we have to pay. By far the worst costumer service, and home buying experience ever.
