I need my last order completed

I need my last order to be completed I could not submit photos earlier as I had a family emergency and had to travel so could not upload images earlier. Am back now and can do so. Have added photos


Wrong product received

Our order ud is Respected Team My order no is NYK-163433***-*164995 product delivered on 29 th july As per our order item is Skin whitening and Brightening instant glowing skin for normal to dry skin But I received the product in packing box is Rose and Aloevera facial message and billing is not received in box It's my request to you please change the my product or refund the my amount for you reference attached the product pic Incase u not solved my issue So next I will start the purchasing from purple beauty side they respond is good and they solved problem on urgent basis My next 5000/- purchasing from purple beauty side for all marriage related products Best Regards Shalni

Duplicate lipstick is sold .worst customer service. Never buy Nyka luxe products on sale .totally fake lipstick made my lips dry and cracky .the female I spoke in customer service hung up on me .totally unprofessional and rude behavior. Waste of time and money .


Matters relating toy order

I've been a customer from recent times and would like to continue. but situation seems disappointing It's regarding my order number NYKF1401****. I wish to return or exchange it but systemic inconvenience has held me back for more than 1 hour now. While I tried to do it from the list of my ordered item page it failed and subsequently when I retried it ,I failed to spot it out in the same ordered item ihe page . I next itried from Nyeka app. But the app says there is no recent order. Chat that followed too could not click. So writing here. Kindly take up this simple matter and arrange tor return pickup. I didn't get any product inside of box

I ordered some products but i didn't get any product i received empty box now my rqst have to cancelled i didn't get my refund costumer said there's no help to u But didn't get any product i paid money when will get my refund I have proof product related if you had despatch all products you can send me proof Bcz i have proof you hadn't dispatched any product bcz i didn't get any product



Dress is of very bad quality. Moreover, from one side, it is not stitched to the dress. Dress is of 4800 and totally different from the image. Other customers gave bad reviews previously. Nykaa is a trustworthy name, they should track and take care of customer complaints. Please return my product. It will be helpful for me. Thanks

Endless delays and an appalling level of disregard for customers

Got my order after half a month. Placed order on 15 may got it delivered on 30 may. And the serum I ordered was leaking all over the place. Never again Dear Nykaa Customer Support Team, I hope this email finds you, although I highly doubt it, considering the abysmal level of service I have experienced so far. I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding my recent order with Nykaa. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with your company, and I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and efficiency displayed throughout this ordeal. On the 15th of May, I placed an order (Order No: NYK-154277***-*331437) with high hopes of receiving it in a timely manner. Little did I know that this would mark the beginning of an exasperating journey filled with broken promises and endless delays. Today, on the 25th of May, ten agonizing days later, I still have not received my order. To add insult to injury, I have made countless calls to your customer support helpline, each time hoping for a glimmer of resolution. Unfortunately, my experiences with your representatives have been nothing short of infuriating. Every time I call, I am met with empty apologies and the promise of a revised delivery date, which is conveniently pushed to the next day or, in some instances, even earlier than the current date. It is beyond belief that your company could exhibit such incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction. The level of inconvenience and frustration I have endured due to Nykaa's lousy service is simply inexcusable. I have been left in the dark, clueless about the whereabouts of my order, and my trust in Nykaa has been shattered. I placed this order with the expectation that your company would uphold its end of the transaction by delivering my products in a timely manner, as any reputable company would do. Sadly, it seems that Nykaa is more interested in making promises it cannot keep than in ensuring customer satisfaction. I implore you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. It is high time you live up to your obligations and fulfill the commitment you made when I placed my order. I expect my order to be delivered to my doorstep without any further delays or excuses. Additionally, I demand a thorough explanation for the appalling level of service I have received thus far. Furthermore, I request adequate compensation for the tremendous inconvenience, wasted time, and emotional distress caused by Nykaa's incompetence. If my order is not delivered promptly, and if I do not receive a satisfactory resolution to this matter, I will have no choice but to take my complaint to consumer protection agencies and share my ordeal on various online platforms, including social media, to warn others about the unacceptable service provided by Nykaa. I trust that you understand the severity of the situation and will prioritize resolving this matter urgently. Failure to do so will only exacerbate the negative perception I now have of Nykaa and will result in further damage to your company's reputation. Return the product

I have ordered a Huda beauty eyeshadow pallet which was used. I immediately raised a complaint to return this item. Then the next day i saw my request was rejected. Then I talked to a customer service he was unable to help me then he transferred to senior executive. Instead of solving my problem she ended our chat all of a sudden.They were saying that they are unable to help. I really wanna ask if they cant solve their customers problem than for what they are getting paid? Discusting I want my refund back.
