I just completed the four day bus tour and it was incredible. I have read all the reviews and there is a theme in the poor reviews.. Expectations.... Nick Vertucci is completely transparent in what he is doing, what he is charging and what to expect. When the trainers make an analogy to buying a franchise, they are correct, we are paying for a template that works and access to every tool you need to be successful, same thing. To those wondering if this is right for you ask yourself this. "am I looking for a quick fix to my financial problems? or am I looking for a life changing opportunity and tools that, if I work hard, I can be successful?" This is not a get rich scheme. You are paying to play, meaning the cost of the tour is giving you entrance and access to resources that would take decades to build and valuable field experience from the trainers who have decades in the business. I'm 55, I don't have that kind of time to spend years finding the good lawyers, lenders, accountants and other investors. But I do have time to work really hard and make deals. Nick Vertucci is also a really kind person, and his team is the same. There are no hard sales tactics at all, and all of his field team members went through the program themselves. I have had no issue with follow through, every single thing they say they are going to do they have done and then some. The FB page is an incredible resource to lenders, developers and wholesalers. That's worth its weight in gold. So again, what are your expectations and how hard are you willing to work?

I didn’t know what I was getting into before the first meeting. I’m so glad I went! From the beginning Nick Vertucci Real Estate Academy has been nothing but top notch in education, support and integrity. They really do want their students to succeed. I highly recommend for serious minded people.

I have been involved with this group for better than two years now. I’ve been given an education that has created an amazing network of like minded investors. More importantly I’m making money with that education. I’d recommend this group to anyone willing to put effort into their future.

NOTHING BUT GOOD TO SAY
In Early 2018 I had decided to begin looking for a way to change my life and career. I have been in Construction and HVAC/R work for over 40 years, and have a vast wealth of knowledge and experience for which I have been poorly compensated. Tired of struggling to get by, I attended a NV seminar, then paid to attend in San Antonio in September. I was immediately impressed with the instructors, and information being disseminated, as well as struck aghast at how little I did know about real estate investing, and all the moving parts of the machine. Since I could not come up with the cash to attend the seminar in California, I was glad to have some assistance from the NV group in improving my credit score, qualifying for loans, and making the trip possible for early next year. I also had enough information to begin assembling a team which will be vital to success, and have that team in place now. I am looking for my first property to buy, rehab, and generate a profit from, and owe the ability to the association with NVREA. Thank you Nick Vertucci for this opportunity.
