They charge me 125 dólares to cancel my order

I order food for 28 days for medical reasons but when I cancel my order they said I have a contract for more than one month. So they charge 125 . Dólares which I think is unfair. I need a bill/statement for my purchase.

I contacted Nutrisystem after I placed an order because my friend who placed an order just before I did received an email with an invoice. We live in the US Virgin Islands so therefore we need an invoice for Customs and excise before we can get our order. it took me four phone calls before I got some type of invoice that Customs and excise would finally except. Hopefully we wont have the same challenges next month because I think Ill probably only be on the program for two or three months tops since I only need to lose 10 or 12 pounds. Im on this program support my friend who probably need to lose 50 pounds.

Stole money

Nutrisystem stole money out of my account!!! I called back in April for a cancellation it is now July 22nd and I received a box!! I called to ask why and I was told because it was purchased. The lady I spoke with couldnt even get her months straight she kept confusing January with July several times so if youre supposedly looking at your computer how are you constantly confusing the two??? But down right argued with me that I didnt cancel. Im pissed because that was $444 of my money that they had no right to take

Terrible Food for the price, marginal service

There is nothing further to add to the story except that Nutrisystem advertises on streaming platforms….I’m not happy to see this advertising because the food is terrible in general. I wonder how many other people are dissatisfied.

I ordered 2 months of Nutrisystem for a "special deal" of $634. The orders come in 2 parts, dry food and frozen food. I had to return most of the dry food in the first order as the items are 9/10's sugar; a bad arthritic condition precludes my eating sugar. After the 1st month, I moved. Even though I called to change my address, the 2nd order was delivered to the wrong address. They had to replace the entire order since I could not collect the first order in time. The second order of dry food also contained 17/22 sugared items including bars, cookes, muffins. It was noted in my account after the first return that I couldn't have sugar. I had to call again to have the order replaced. It has not been a good experience at all. Additionally, the food is not of high quality for the price. The dry items are all freeze dried and many of the frozen items are just plain not good. Nutrisystem claims a "guarantee" but I learned that any refunds would have had to be done after 7 days of receiving the order. This, in my mind, is not a "guarantee" at all. Finally, I did not lose any weight while on their system. I'm so sorry that I spent that money for a terrible experience.

Awful!

I do not recommend this to anybody.. Horrible customer service.cancelled my order a few weeks ago to find out they are shipping another order out to me. This is not right did not want this order. Didn't work well for me plus i never got my free seven shakes or Shaker. i talked to a lot of people and no one helped me gave me a confirmation number a few weeks ago and i am still getting this shipment. I am beyond mad.Not even some of the meals were right. What can i do? I am getting a lawyer for this

I spoke with a coach on the phone last night who was supposed to send me an email with some information and he did not send it. I called again and was transferred to an extension and left a voicemail asking for the information to be resent. I still have not received anything. Its very hard to get a live person on the phone just to ask a couple simple questions to which is very frustrating.

I have had horrible gas pains and bloating with Nutrisystem.

After receiving the Nutrisystem non frozen and frozen meals, I started the program with great anticipation of losing the few pounds I had recently gained. However, After the first day on Nutrisystem, I started having severe Bloating and nausea. It seems that the foods in Nutrisystem are so highly processed that it caused an Episode of irritable bowel syndrome in me. I was very disappointed because the food does taste good And I think that I was trying to make it work. However; I was experiencing bloating after EVERY meal. I have had to return the nonfrozen items , but need to return the frozen items as well. This return was because of a HEALTH reason and Nutrisystem should offer full return when their products affect someones digestive tract As it did mine. I recently found out that I do have diverticulitis and should not have been on this product in the first place. Will not be purchasing Nutrisystem EVER AGAINIt was a poor choice for my health.

Customer service employees being very rude and giving me attiude for no reason

i called them to ask about what they are and how they can help me loose weight they first told me i hung up on them and really they hung up on me i didn't do anything wrong to have that happen too me then i call back they give me attitude now im crying so im never doing business with you guys so i hope people that pay for this company to cancel right now because they don;t deserve your money go to weight watchers they have better customer service then these peoplethank you ps i hope does two employees that gave me attitude for no reason hope they get fired thank you and im sorry for you people that are paying these people either go to a gym or go to weight watchers weight watchers have better snacks and good recipes that are healthy and you will loose alot of weight with weight watchers.

Billing

They billed me four times on the stuff that I only order once call them four times and they still keep billing me over and over and over again. What else do you want me to say they are useless so you want me to speak 61 more symbols Im done with you to. I keep calling them over and over and over again and the food is triple and I wont be able to get it into my refrigerator. What other symbols do you want?

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life

I attempted to call a dozen times finally got through to an agent today and It was one of the single worst experiances in my customer service experience. I had to say, "cancel my membership", at least 15 times. He kept telling me we can adjust or update or customize your next order. I kept asking him What order because I was trying to cancel and there would be no order because I was literally canceling that order. He was rude and put me on hold without notice or permission several times. He got mad because I told him I was not going to answer his questions because I'm an adult and no means no. I told him I didn't have to give them a reason for not wanting to give them my money. He finally spit out a confirmation number, too fast for me to write it and then disconnected. This company is shady as *** I have never dealt with a company that, no matter what time you call, there's always an extended hold time. Also, I told him there were things that I was not told and he as much as call me a liar by saying, "I'm sure you were told". As if I'm stupid and just didn't comprehend what was being said to me.

Resolved: Refund

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After 1 full hour on the phone, being told by two customers representatives that I would not be able to speak with a supervisor, a supervisor called me back 6 hours later and apologized.

A refund was in the US mail today. I’m done with Nutri System.

As of today, I was able to speak with a person who advised they will mail a refund, expected to arrive in approx. 2 weeks.

I asked why they just couldn’t credit the same credit card that they had on file, and they stated that they send refund checks. Kinda hard to...

After being on Nutrisystem for a couple months, and successfully losing the weight I wanted to lose, I tried to cancel my service. Their customer service is beyond frustrating and when you send an email, you get an auto reply telling you how much they appreciate you, even though my emails were expressing my frustration of their automation. I have waited almost 3 weeks for a refund and I have yet to get a human responding to my requests. Nutrisystem is great for helping lose wait, but they are also great in making customers WAIT! I will never use them again,

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Online chat counselors worked hard to find and resolve my problem.Turns out that they had shipped my order to an address that was more than 10 years old.

I had been on Nutrisystem many years ago, and even though I had provided them my new address for this order, somehow it did not get updated. All is resolved now.

I finally was able to reach a human being via their online chat. Evidently, they had a very old account from 15 years ago in their system for me. Seems like even though I gave their representative my current address and email, they were sending emails at my old company...

Signed up for partner plan, paid for 4 weeks. Money taken by Nutrisystem. We have NO verification of order or shipment, NO food, NO tracking number and NO way to talk to a person as I have called at least 8 times and been on hold for up to 1 hour 20 minutes with no answer. Chat is all a bot. When I ask to chat with a person it told me the system was down. Wrote to customer service email and get only canned responses. We really want to do this program but are feeling that Nutrisystem is just taking our money and leaving us hanging.
