Health

I did this program and lost 23 lbs. It was great until gobs of my hair fell out. Within a year I was also diagnosed with a Warthins tumor on the left side of the neck . This occurred 4 years ago and my hair never regained its thickness again. Please don't do this diet. By exercise and counting macros you will get you the same results without hair loss and tumors!

Waste of Money

I honestly wish I had ran across this website before I purchased the program. I spent $2000 for a bunch of supplements plus I spent I dont know how much money changing all of my personal care products to meet the requirements of the program. Ive lost only a few pounds and have a week left on the program. A complete waste of money considering all the time and effort you have to put into it with no results. Just this past week Im already receiving emails from Nutra moist recommending that I join the forever program and invest even more money in their supplements. Ive also heard that its a waste of time to even ask for a refund so I havent even pursued that because it most likely wont happen.

Sean Stringer Nutrimost scam

Nutrimost in Sarasota was a scam . He charged over 3k for his program . I have been sick for years and he promised his program will help heal me and when he signed me up he said I had.a lifetime membership with him . My intent was not weightless but to heal nd he made empty clakns he could not fulldikk and there is a valid reason he closed his shop . I am sure I am not only one taken by this con artist . Sean Stringer .

Amazing

I did the program for 60 days and lost 42lbs and I'm off of my blood pressure pills. I haven't had any issues with my asthma and to be honest while taking the supplements and being on the diet has been the healthiest I've been in years. I'm 48 years old, so I really didn't think I would lose weight. I'm so happy and I'm already signed up for 40 more days. If you do what they tell you and believe what they say you will lose weight. You must stay away from oils. I have told everyone about this diet and I have friends who have joined. I thank God that I found this diet. Thank you Nutriment.

He's a Quack!

OMG!!! This guy is a smooth talking Quack!! Tells you if you don't loose weight now you're gonna die soon. (He diagnosed me by telling me to open my mouth and stick out my tongue) That was it. 2 1/2 yrs ago. The consulting time was a total of maybe 5 minutes before he asked me if I'd pay up to $5000 for the guarenteed plan he had worked out for me! My heart dropped and then he said 'just kidding! Its only $2000.00!!' To me, he didn't seem to be on the up n up. But i thought to myself, why not, nothing else has worked. Thank goodness my debit card was $24 short of $2000 because it didn't go through! This poor girl walked out of another room with her boyfriend carrying 4 gallons of water and the Dr. said "after you drink these, come back and we'll refill them for you!" I couldn't run fast enough!

Total sham!

And a costly sham at that! Over $2000 spent on a bunch of liquid “supplement” drops that did nothing—the diet was basically starvation, fewer than 500 calories, and Dr Shelton fraudulently holds himself out as a Physician when he is noting of the sort.

Worst experience ever!

I went there hoping for some sort of answer to my weight problem. Do to an under active thyroid I have trouble loosing weight and was at my wits end. I decided to bite the bullet and pay the outrageous amount of money it was for the program. Had I know that it would’ve been the most miserable thing I’ve ever done I wouldn’t never done it. It brought back my migraines, I was always hungry despite doing everything they had told me to do and on top of all that misery I only lost 11 lbs! When they say 20 lbs gaurenteed they are lying! Save your money and do something else that’s a third of the price! Not to mention you’ll save your self a ton of misery by not starving yourself.

A total scam

I have been starving myself on this program for 2 weeks and still have a month to go. Their claim of 40 lbs in 40 days is a total lie, for $1800 all I got was a cheesy sales pitch and a bag of supplements , 30 days worth. They keep pressuring. Me to buy more products., I joined in Novi, Mi, stay away and save your money!!!! There is no support system, you are on your own once you join, but you have to go in once a week to weigh in, but that's just an excuse to get get there to buy more crap. Not impressed with Dr Stanley or his staff, he should to being a chiropractor

Total rip off and lies

Dr and staff lied through their teeth about the program and support you are suppose to get. They get your money and you never see the doctor again! Biggest waste of money spent! I think all the franchises need to be included in the lawsuit not just PA.

Ignorance with staff

I tried the plan and unfortunately it did not react with my body very well with my medical concerns. I was promised a refund since and have yet to receive it or have any luck hearing back from the staff. I am extremely upset and would not recommend anyone go through with this. It’s a waste or money especially when promised a result.... so sad...

Health problems follow

I went to Lose Fat Nashville in 2017. I lost weight just as advertised, and now a year later, I have gained back all the weight (46 lbs) and then some, thanks to the extreme low calorie diet screwing up my Reverse T3 (thyroid hormone). I had gotten rid of my bigger clothes and now I have to go buy more clothes again (= more money must spend). There is no way to "maintenance" as they say without spending money on the supplements....plus by the time the 30 days are up your Reverse T3 is out of control. I recommend looking that up before you do any very low calorie diet. Of course I can't get an answer from them about it knocking my Reverse T3 out of balance.

Don't even think about it

Of course you lose weight. It restricts you to 500-800 calories a day. You can eat 500 Calories of Ice Cream and lose weight. TOTAL RIP OFF, you will end up with 1500-**** dollars worth of supplements that are probably worth 100 bucks. Stay away, BBB rating of F last time I looked. Truly BS. The $27.00 Initial cost is a phone consultation, nothing more. I'll save you $27.00, Don't do it. During the phone call they steer you toward a 1500 or 2000 program, this does include some supplements, but they will even try to sell you more on top of the 2000 dollar price tag. 500-800 calories a day of pretty much anything is going to cause you too lose weight. I learned the hard way without looking for reviews outside of their website. Just stay away and try something legitimate, and 2000 dollars cheaper

Great short term plan - Long term is extremely difficult

Nutrimost helped me lose 50 pounds. This was the diet for me when all else had failed. Unfortunately, it was extremely difficult to stick with the diet after the end of the second program. My body started craving foods and even the apple and steak days were too difficult to maintain. For me, this was not a long term plan. However, It was worth the money and got me on a path of a more holistic approach to better health and healthy weight loss. I have since changed my lifestyle to be whole-food, plant-based, which I now believe is the key to optimum health. Nutrimost was my starting point, and I am grateful for it.

Eventually it comes back!

It will come back, mine took 2 years. I now find it impossible to lose weight. I had a doctor tell me that it basically wrecked my metabolism!! I try to cut back and nothing works except eating next to nothing - like on the program. I don't eat sweets and really limit any type of carbs. Very upsetting! I lost hair on the program and it's never been the same since. I do not think it was worth the $2000 price tag. If I had to go back I would never do this program. There are much safer ways than eating 500 calories ( or now they have to tell you 800 calories). There is nothing sane about an apple day or steak day - these are for eating disorders!! No thanks.
