Refund issue
order was not delivered by nursarylive. Refusing to refund the money. No contact numbers to contact them. Their courier partner service not serviceable to my area. This is seller problem. But they are sending email that they can't refund money for refused ordere. I never refused the order. Nursarylive failed to deliver the order. Nursarylive is big scammer.

The number given does not work its incorrect this a horrible place to buy plants as they dont even cancel the order so ur money is literally gone if you are not receiving the order

Latest, no communication regarding my order. This is very sad and disappointing. Many people were dependent about my order. I ordered and paid on 5th July 2023 and now it is 13th July 2023. On the website it mentions about 12th July 23 they will be dispatching the plants and no communication yet.

2 out of 5 plants are not in good condition
2 out of 5 plants are almost dead.First of all they sent the orders almost 2 weeks after delivery and when i got that it was not in good condition

I have placed the order on 6th June 2023 till not the plant is not got dispatched and not delivered. I have sent several mails also there is no reply. Service is very worst I never expected like this. I felt like it's one fake app and fake people. I already paid 1078rs there is not refund and cancel option and we can't talk to customers service tooo. It's one fake app

Where is my orders
I have placed 2 order through simple but nothing has been shipped yet. Now its almost more than 15 days. How long I have to wait? One payment to simple is done already but I don't want second payment that will pending till 20th june. Why I suffer and loose money. If you are not able to send me then please cancel my all order before 20th june. There is no response from your side properly. I just want to cancel my order.

Poor support for the customer support for Nurserylive regarding the product issues
I have placed an order on 25th may and the order was placed by mistake and the payment was gone through simpl pay as soon as the order was placed I have requested for the cancellation and the ticket was raised on the same and immediately I have received a call for an unknown number saying that they are calling for Nurserylive and they asked us to send my order id and they also said me that the order will be cancelled as said the refund was initiated to the simpl pay and the date was given as June 1st but i haven't received any refund payment and when the order status when i checked was not even shipped and i am not getting good support form the nurserylive customer support which was very big defect for nurserylive and finally i want to cancel my order and please refund my money. My order id is NLV141163****.
