The last two emperiences were not good
The second to last time I did business with them I ordered a part and it was wrong. I had to return the item and they only reimbursed me for the item and not the shipping. I had to contact them twice to get paid for all of the shipping. They paid for part of it and I had to contact them again to get the rest. The last time I did business with them I sent them 45 items for sale. I know they have to make a profit, but they only gave me $110 for what was worth about $200. They can double their money easily but no they didn't do that. If I didn't need the money I would have had them sent the items back and I would have sold them to someone else, but I didn't have time to do that. In conclusion, I will NEVER do business with them ever again.

I have closed my shop as of September. I could not find a way to cancel my dealer account and sales tax exemption. I created what I thought was a personal account with my personal email address. I ordered some parts on 5/10/2023 and did not notice until they came that even though I logged in on the personal account I created it still went to my old dealer account and did not charge me sales tax. What do I have to do to correct this. The original dealer account was under Jerry R. Mosley, Gunsmith @ 1606 East Wm. J. Bryan Pkwy., Bryan, Texas 77803. The personal account is just Jerry R. Mosley but at the same address. Personal email address is jerryrmosley@***.com not the business email which was gundoc1606@***.com.

Cylinder Pin
I ordered a cylinder pin for my North American Arms 22 mag pistol and it will not slide into the gun. My gun has an octagon barrell and this pin will not fit it. Apparently it's made for a round barrell. I need to swap for a pin that will fit it.

Although Numrich has not contacted me, the situation has been resolved and I have no complaints with Numrich.

They will not replace or back their parts. Buy at your local gun shop don't spent a cent with these people.

My personal experiences.
I have been purchasing from them for over 5 years. I actually have no complaints (I purchase mainly M1 Carbine parts), except that they do not have all the parts I need (but then who does for an 80-year-old rifle). Their prices have usually been better than other dealers (if I find it on Ebay it is always more expensive). I guess if I was going to complain about them, it is the generic pictures they use for an item description (but the last 7 carbine slides I ordered they did have an excellent written description of each one, and it was the exact ones I received). They are always getting in new parts for the M1 Carbine, so get them if they have them before they are gone. I will continue to buy from them.

Fraud
Ordered magazine clips. They charged my credit card and I waited and waited. Covid 19 was their excuse. Had to contact my credit card company and put a hold on this purchase and requested a refund. Only then did they contact me and said Covid blah blah blah. Now they have been hacked and my credit card info and address is in the wind.

I purchased a product from them, what I received was not as advertised.
I ordered a Remington 870 two shot magazine extension. The item was described as an Official Remington factory manufactured two-shot magazine extension. I received a two-shot magazine extension, made by Choate Tool. Not by Remington, with how long Numrich Gun Parts, have been in the gun parts business. You can't tell me they didn't know the difference. One is highly collectible 'Remington" because it's no longer made and sought after. While the other is very common "Choate Too". And they sure charged me the Remington sought after price, not you can find it anywhere Choate Tool price. I won't do businees with again, oh BeBeand good luck trying to contact someone if you have an issue with your order.

Comments on M1 Carbine Stock Set
On January 27, 2022 I received the M1 Carbine Stock Set, Walnut, order no. 650****.1, that I ordered from Numrich Corp. on Jan. 25, 2022. I opened the box with some trepidation and anxiety not knowing what I might find but was immediately relieved when I saw the quality of the workmanship and the beauty of the finish. This product far exceeds my expectations to the extent that I felt impelled to immediately convey my feelings in a letter of appreciation to your company for creating such a beautiful and flawless piece of art and at such a reasonable price. I will be installing the stock and handset on a U.S. Army surplus M1 Carbine, Inland Manufacturing Co., that I recently purchased.

Poor customer service
I ordered a part on October 12th and have still not received it. That's almost three months. When I e-mail them I get no response. I requested today that I get my money back. I will see what happens. Extremely disappointed. Will not be ordering from them again.
