Stop charging my acvount

On Aug. 17, 2023 I found a unlawful pending deduction on my bank business account by Numerade. I contacted Numerade with zero results. I have never heard of Numerade nor did I subscribe. This is a 100% rip off scam.

Subscription error

Hi, i subscribed to Numerade because i needed help for my exam, however, instead of cancelling the subscription i deleted my account with an active subscription. I tried to log in with the email but it said it does not hold any record with that email. Please delete and cancel my subscription

Wouldn't refund, they favor fast cash over long term customer relationship.

I forgot to cancel the subscription on time because they never send email reminders, so I was charged for a whole month that I don't need. I opened a ticket 3 times and absolutely no response from no one. This is how you lose customers. With other subscription services, they would respond to you within 24 hours and refund you, no questions asked. I won't be returning to Numerade as a customer, terrible customer support. When a company just wants fast cash without long term customer relationship, ends up loosing more money than they gained. Enjoy your $20, you won't see another penny out of me.

After they asked for the payment information the website kept on loading and loading. I left and thought that the website c rashed. I didn't recieve anyemail or some verification and they have charged me for a monthly subscription i didn't even want/need. I was just looking for a free trial on some education website to look at for experience.

I am fraudulently charged

I saw this morning a pending charge of $19.99 from Numerade. I never heard about them before, nor did I use my card for any online acquisition for the last week. They don't have a phone number listed; their only contact is through email. I reported it as a scam to my bank and this one closed my account. I have to fight to get my money back. Stay away from them.

Unwanted Subscription Charges

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the unauthorized subscription charges that I have experienced with Numerade. I have reached out to their customer service on four occasions, twice last year and recently twice this year, to address this issue, but unfortunately, it remains unresolved. I am now seeking immediate action and a resolution to this matter. Firstly, I discovered that I was charged for a subscription I did not knowingly subscribe to. This realization prompted me to investigate further, and to my dismay, I discovered that I had been billed for a whole year despite my previous communication with your team requesting the cancellation of my membership and assurance that I would not be charged. Not only was my subscription apparently not canceled as requested, but I was also charged last year, as well as this year. The inconvenience and frustration caused by this entire process are inexcusable. I find it extremely unfair that I have been charged twice, amounting to over $300 CAD, due to the failure of Numerade's customer service to carry out my explicit request. I explicitly requested the cancellation of my subscription, and I should not have been charged last year, nor should I have been charged this year. I have retained email correspondence from last year, clearly showing my efforts to communicate with their customer service regarding the cancellation of my subscription. Despite my attempts to resolve this matter, the charges have persisted, leading me to believe that my concerns were not adequately addressed or prioritized. In light of this situation, I kindly request an immediate refund for both years, as I have been involuntarily subscribed against my wishes, despite my explicit requests for cancellation. I urge them to take swift action to rectify this issue and restore my faith in your company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Refund for a subscription I cancelled

CHARGED ME FOR A SUBSCRIPTION I DONT HAVE!

Numerade charged for me a subscription I dont have, I have shown proof after proof of cancellation but yet when PayPal reached out to do them they denied any wrongdoing and insisted I have a subscription!!! I never even got any use out of their service as the tutors never answered my questions!!!

Numerade charged me when I didn’t want to be

Numerade allowed me the 7 day free trial before the subscription! I tried canceling the subscription before the seven day free trial was up well there was no option to cancel the subscription, even though I never even chose a subscription. I tried to cancel a so work called subscription in my Apple subscriptions, but it was never there, so therefore I didnt think I was subscribed. Numerator charge me $18.99. I go on there after I noticed they have taken out that money. I tried to find where I can cancel the subscription. Theres no way to cancel it other than pressing on a new seven day, free trial and then canceling it well they charged me $18.99 again within the same month on the same account. I would love a refund. This is ridiculous.

DO NOT FALL FOR IT, NUMBERADE IS ONE BIG SCAM

I signed up for the free trial initially for homework solutions when my tutor was not available. It started out great and there were no issues whatsoever. I got the solutions I needed for my homework just fine and didn't ever foresee myself coming here to this website to express my disdain for Numerade. This has been THE WORST experience with a website I have ever had. When I was done with my homework after finding the solutions on Numerade, I tried to cancel my subscription that same day. I thought surely my wishes had been honored and that the subscription was done, but this is where I thought wrong. I was sitting in class, exactly 7 days later at the exact same time I had subscribed to the "free" subscription, my phone vibrates. I pick it up and across my screen is a notification from the bank my card is connected to and it says "Card declined, insufficient funds." I opened it and wondered if maybe it had something to do with another free trial coming to an end and that I just forgot to cancel or something, you know, the usual. But! I was wrong and it was Numerade. At this point, I wasn't even pissed yet. I was confused because I thought I had already cancelled but you know, it had been exactly a week and I thought to myself, "I have slept since then so maybe I forgot." I went back to the Numerade account I made to cancel it yet once again. Then the next day and another week after then, my card kept trying to be charged and I was like, "Now hold up." I spent days trying to get in contact with someone from Numerade's customer service department to cancel my subscription and remove my card from the website and nothing. I had to call my bank, cancel my card and activate a new one. I should not have to do that at all. I wanted one simple thing and that was to not be charged for something I was only going to use once, HENCE THE REASON FOR ME SIGNING UP FOR THE FREE TRIAL. I can proudly say that this is the one time I have been overjoyed to have no money on my card because if they had taken my money, I would have found whoever is in charge and said and did some things that would have gotten me in a fair amount of trouble. If rating all these experiences gave me the option to put NO stars, I would because 1 star is simply too much credit fort the *** show they put on. This entire experience for me has been *** in a handbasket and I truly hope whoever is behind this scamming *** website gets hell's worst offering. I should not have to go back and forth to cancel what was supposed to be a FREE subscription. Thank you for making my life more miserable than it already is. *** :) - Sincerely, A pissed of Consumer

They stole my money

I had numerade to help with my class. They kept charging me after They sent me a cancellation notice in March 2023. Now 2 months later Im still being charged 18.99 out of nowhere. I reached out to Emily by email because there no live person and she said theres no refund. It is now the end of May. Then she said theres must be other accounts in my name. I only had one account and one class. Its *** Dont use them please. They will continue to steal your money. Im dealing a attorney at this point which will cause me more time and headaches.

Automatically billed the yearly subscription

Hello. I signed up for a free trial of Numerade a couple of days ago and when I did not realize it would charge me for a YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION after the free trial ran out. I think this is ridiculous. I am a college student and all I wanted was a free trial. I never ended up using Numerade anyway. I wasn't even notified of my free trial ending, so I had no way of knowing I was going to be charged $90. I believe I should get a refund for the subscription use seeing as how I was unaware of the charge. My bank account went into the negatives because of this.I am beyond stressed out. The lack of communication and notification about the charges is insane. I have attached a screenshot of the charge on my account and of the emails that Numerade has sent me. The charge was on December 9th, and there were no emails to tell me I was being billed.
