Sorry service-unable to get issue resolved

Unable to talk to representatives about my account . What is the purpose of having a customer service number if you cant reach anyone

I have an account it has money and can never reach anyone on your sorrycass phone system

System says my account is inactive I accessed my account and added new vehicle and made the old vehicle inactive

Zipcash bill

This is the second time that these people make me pay for a bill that should not exist. I had to pay for a bill because their tollgates decided not to read the tag and charge my account. Of course, they sent me a third notice because the first two miraculously never came through the mail, and they have no idea what happened and what was an eleven dollar bill turned into a hundred dollars bill. Now it's my fault for not paying it before the third notice. But don't worry about it since you never saw it, we will make sure that you pay only sixty bucks like the second notice would have been about. Give me a break. The first time is fine, that was maybe my mistake, or so I thought. Now they're pulling the same trick again, like at least don't target the same person twice. This is a scam tactic by a company that I believed in, and I don't support this. They should be ashamed

Payment

I got the sticker for my car and after the register they charged me $100, I have never seen the worst toll than this. The customer service very impolite, they hanged up the phone when I was talking and they didn't help me at all. I will not recommend the NTTA for your car.

Ripped off disabled veteran on fixed income

I sent a 2.73 fee in form of a check. You sent the check back and added 10 bucks. I spent 20.00 on the tag thinking ok I should get a refund. No I get another bill $37.73 ! This has been 3 months. All I did was drive through town and kept going on to Minnesota. Nobody was at any toll both. And why did they send my check back, and what happened to the 20 bucks I sent? I thought of retiring there. My Great grandfather would love it if alive. I have 160 years family there. I thought Texas was God, grass and grit? Maybe it's Grift? Feel tough ripping off poor folks? Crying Shame. Low life's hustling honest people.

Bill didn't receive any billing till two weeks ago

They're trying to build me a $175 because of me not paying it sooner but I didn't receive a bill until 2 weeks ago I don't mind paying what I owe I mind paying $175 extra

They did not work well with disabled people they can't understand that we live on very little income and can only pay bills at a certain time also identical receive the first and second bill and I was

It's about not receiving the bills until you get the third bill so they can overcharge you $175 that is what my complaint is

Paula deserves it

I was having problems with account and had spoken with a very, very rude rep who put me in a queue when I asked for a Supervisor. I finally hung up waited a little bit longer to call back. Paula was a breath of fresh air! She listened and answered all of my questions. I appreciate her. Please hire more people like her. Customer Service is still important! Please reward her for such a great job!

Unknown, received request to complete

I never spoke to anyone or answered any questions. I did not know what this was. It was listed as customer service! My father is deceased and I need to talk to a person. He is getting bills from tolls. He was deceased when this charge occurred. There was like 9 dollar bill which is now around 140 dollars. This is absurd that you cannot speak with a person! All I want to do is speak with someone.

NTTA is a criminal organization

I called Valor (NTTA collection agency) to set up a payment arrangement. I told them that I couldnt put any money down until April 25. So, starting on April 25th, I started paying $150 every 2 weeks. My original balance was $1358. I have made $900 in payments but yet my balance is $812. Valor said that new monthly unpaid fees would stop. Well, I went into a NTTA office and the gentleman said there wasnt an agreement and that my balance was $848. Im done with these criminals. Send me to jail. Im not giving them anymore money

Confusing Toll Charge

I received a bill for a ZipCashToll that was invoiced during a time I was not even in Texas. I couldn't find a way to reach NTTA from their website so PissedConsumer contacted them on my behalf. NTTA did then email me to clarify that the bill was generated during a time 5 months earlier when I was in the state. It would have been much easier if the date of the toll had been posted on my invoice or billed closer to the time I was in TX but at least NTTA clarified the issue for me. I also would've liked more information about how I incurred the toll since I don't recall using any toll roads but for only ~$7 bill, I let it go.

Had difficulty getting through to a live person. Once I got through, the transaction was seamless, and the NTTA rep was very helpful.

Billing Issues

The credit card on file for the past several years expired. After being notified by mail I contacted the Folks at NTTA and updated the card on file. They did not take a payment to catch everything up. Now have charged additional fees and turned it over to a collection agency despite having my payment information for more than the past 30-days. Had to call back today to pay everything again with the information they already had on file. (They did not auto draft as promised) I have been with them for more than a decade. Very disappointed in this system. Unfortunately, they don't care because there is no competition.
